ayobarmy: Hellooooooo is any1 here? Pls which is the most safest baby milk for a 4months old baby. I bought 123milk but some says its not good for him......i will be glad with the fastest response. Thanks
still be giving him formula. Leave peak123 for when he is 1yrs, 2yrs, 3yrs. There are so many in the market. NAN, SMA Gold or progress, Similac, Frisogold, aptamil, etc. I prefered Similac because it was affordable and it agreed well with his system unlike sma.

They just brought light yesterday night and took it this morning after 3 weeks.
Blank, what is your order number and customer service will give you a call.
Call me and tell me what? I have received my order now, in Lagos, and i don't want anymore contact with them.
Business › Re: Online Shop, Kasuwa Rebrands To Jumia by blank(f): 6:03am On Aug 17, 2012
I don't know how to edit out my personal details if not i would have uploaded a screenshot of the "my order" page. I placed the order 29th of June 2012. I am not saying they are a fraudulent company. My grouse is their shoddy service and nonchalant attitude.
Business › Re: Online Shop, Kasuwa Rebrands To Jumia by blank(f): 9:39pm On Aug 16, 2012
For your info, I am a dissatisfied customer and I am definitely going to spread your bad news and discourage people I know from using your service cos y'all plain incompetent. No one called to apologise, I was the one making all the calls.
People telling tales of 2month old orders. Very funny. Facts: Jumia will not delay a delivery for two months. It is virtually impossible. Jumia didn't even have a books category two months ago. If your order is delayed past the maximum delivery time promised, call customer care. If you're still not satisfied, or if the occasion for the 'gift'-giving has passed, simply cancel your order. If your product is faulty, invoke the Jumia warranty. It's very simple.

The need to rebrand was borne out of incredible growth, not a slowdown. Jumia nigeria is now part of an international brand just like Jumia Egypt etc., all under the Rocket internet umbrella. That means more liberty to diversify product offerings and expand across other African countries. At 1.8million visits within three months and 20,000 visitors daily, there's no better sign of growth.
Do you think you are talking to an illiterate? I bought a book as well as the dvd. Did u miss where I stated that I called them on numerous occasions but they kept on telling me lies? Even after they changed their number from a mobile number to a landline nos. I sent a stinker of a mail yet no response. Since you work there, I will send you my order number so you can check if I am lying. Although I know you will switch it around cos everytime I called they kept on trying to make it seem like I had just placed the order when I had placed it long before then.
Autos › Re: Understanding A VIN Report: A Detailed Explanation by blank(f): 5:20pm On Aug 16, 2012
What is the implication of the car being a slavage title but absolutely no reason is given?
The autocheck report says that there is no record of an accident neither was it stolen but it has a salvage title.

Drlumi: Lol smiley You can't really blame them, though. They are pioneering (not exactly, but kind of) in the Nigerian market and the logistics are far from being perfect at the moment. Until they have a critical mass of customers, it's going to be very difficult for them to deliver on their promises at the right time. At the same time, it would be very difficult for them to sell if they don't promise the same kind of services provided in more mature markets. So, it's a catch 22 situation. With time (and competition), I think the situation will improve.
I have used dealdey and they also just started yet their services are superb just that they are not really into electronics. As for Kasuwa, nothing anybody in this world will say will make me use them even if they change their name. I bought the dvd as a gift cos i wanted to save small cost as they were giving a discount. Had to buy something else and also wasted my credit in the process. Bunch of liars.

How cansomeone complete 3 whole years in a British university and not know that you submit both soft and hard copies?
Why did she not apply for mitigating circumstances?
Please, tell this your story to those that do not know abeg.

Someone opened a thread not too long ago asking why people expect their uncles/aunties to pay their tuition in foreign universities. U can imagine how entitled she feels that she doesnt know that she should be grateful. If she didnt want to be their nanny, she should have paid her own tuition. Also, aren't there people doing security work to pay their way through school? Mtsheew.
Business › Re: Online Shop, Kasuwa Rebrands To Jumia by blank(f): 2:33pm On Aug 16, 2012
Very annoying people. They will be deceiving people with their free deliveries, etc.
I bought a dvd from them. It took them over 2 months to deliver.
What helped me remain calm was that i had chosen the option to pay at point of delivery.
I kept calling them and it was from one failed promise to the other, some were outright lies.
When they finally delivered, they did not even call to know if someone would be home.
My gateman called me when i was in the market and my family had gone for the weekend that someone was looking for me.
I pitied that DHL guy cos he had to wait till i got home (which was like 3 hrs wait).

Bottom line, I won't touch them with a ten foot pole whatever their names are.

But her parents feel it will spoil her so why get it for her?
I understand she is staying with you but still consider her parents in this decision.
Also, if she is going to uni, how do u plan on monitoring the use?

Personally, i feel once the person is old enough to enter uni the person can get a phone.
Just don't feel its right to disregard her parents and your husband just for a phone.

You don't have to share the details.
Pick whichever one makes you happy and explain to the other person.
Personally, i always prefer to go with my husband's advice [s]and then explain to the other person that you felt it was better to do it that way (not that its hubby's opinion).[/s] I just read the other contributions.

Or just go with the flow and let life pick one for you. wink

jhydebaba: So this was your plan all along? Can you just imagine my unfaithful wife, the people you want to eject from "your home" do you know their individual contribution in building the place you now refer to as "your home"? I remembered how my family stood by me when I was building the house even offering assistance in the process. My dear wife, where were you then? You are nothing but an ungrateful gold digging housewife, thank goodness you confessed that my family is not giving you problems.
So, what exactly did you want? Get me to send my family parking, kill me and inherit my properties?
If you know what is good for you, don't bother to come home this night, open another thread and ask NLDers to apologize on your behalf.
Abeg, go to Lindaikeji's blog and post this. The person in question (your wife) is not a nairalander. Btw, i don't believe you are the husband.

It is possible for there to be pictures because people were using their phones taking pictures and videos.
I was more interested in getting the hell out of there in case they start arresting people around.
And I was kind of scared and feeling traumatised by what I just witnessed.
