The coloured one uses real age while the not coloured one uses lunar age. Remember that u check age vs month of conception not month of birth. I used the coloured one when I wanted to conceive. It has been 2 times lucky. Don't know if I can try for the third time and it will still be accurate. Don't just take the calender as gospel, put your faith in God and then do your best. Also calculate your ovulation and follow the advice from the other posters. |
I am always careful about hygiene. I did it with my first son till he was 6 months and I am currently doing it with my 4 month old. I take a sterilising container that I can use with the microwave and sterilise before I use. I also have cold water sterilising. Then I keep the milk in an ice cooler until I get home. I express 2 or 3 times before I leave work. When I get home I keep it frozen till the next day. I found out that my baby eats more from the bottle than when I breastfeed him. I noticed that weekends my books are always full and I still have to express. It's very time consuming and intensive but it's worth it at the end. |
What is the maximum that can be obtained? What informs the interest rate? Can the cost of obtaining a governor's consent be factored in? |
Hope its not my husband. In fact, I have started vexing 4 him whether its him or not. ![]() |
debrief08: Wicked women. So helping them has now turned a crime. They will get their own shaIts not the women, its the state. Happy new year, madam. |
I wish i could be a surrogate mum for people who need that kind of help. |
In my office, its a first name basis environment. Nothing more, nothing less. Even the CEO is called by his first name. |
Naijaphil: U av neva heard of the triplets named miracle, signs and wonders. Now, that was really funny. |
Stop promoting illegality. It has been banned. There is a probability of your children being arrested under "your supervision". |
Am i not helping you push up your advert. ![]() |
You should have noted on your blog that the pictures are for a corner piece of the 4 bedroom terrace building so that they won't feel deceived. |

The person that shot the video was doing a personal documentary on golden eagles as it was his hobby. He was just lucky to be there videoing at that time. |

When someone sends you a friend request (more like adds you as a friend), there will be a tab that appears saying followed (where you have following, edit profile, followed topics, etc). When you click on it, it will show you a list of people that are following you. You can click on their profiles to know more about them. You can't "unfriend" them but you can follow them back if you are interested. |
My cousin's lactation consultant told her to continue breastfeeding while pregnant that it would ensure the first got the necessary immunities and will not affect the foetus. She did so and currently is breastfeeding the two at the same time. Her first is 1yr 2months and the 2nd is 2months old. They are both thriving well. The only thing is she had to eat healthy and watch her food intake cos she tended to get hungry easily. Do what will suit your situation. My personal opinion is to do what feels right to you (actually, breastfeed for as long as you can, lol). |
Why not be truthful and say the real location. For those who do not know, Bogije is not in Lekki. It is well after Ajah, Greensprings, Awoyaya, etc. |
Guitarlife: Read through the nominations thread, you will berth safely I promise.I have read through it. No big deal. This year, it seems like there is real competition for Madam Chaircover. Cool |

@ Guitarlife, why not be plain and say what you want to say. Don't hide under riddles and euphemisms. I have been away for a while so i am completely at sea. |
My husband says it a lot but i say it very sparingly. I feel when it is said daily (like my husband does), it loses the appeal it once had and sounds like rote. I feel it should be used on occassion so that it doesnt lose that "specialness". |
I vote for greatgod2012 |
The first red flag was that the name he introduced and the account name were not the same. |
Ujujoan: Na wah oh, you dey try oh. Me I wake up by 6.00am or 5.30 on a good day . . . and yet it's stressful. And I have just one kid!I work with a "multi-national" on the mainland while i live on the island after Ajah. E no easy at all. I wake up by 4am so i can express milk and then get ready. Leave the house by 5am. Any later and i will be stuck in Ajah traffic and get to work late. I get to my husband's office by 6am and sleep in the car till 7am. Then i go to work. Its stressful but God will help me. Returning is even worse. It has made me take a lot of "cheeky shortcuts". If i begin to mention, all the "i don't compromise on my kids, you must be a bad mother" will be out in full force. |
My MIL is the best woman in the world (at par with my mum). We are in the same town although it’s almost 2hrs to her place because of traffic. She has no daughters so she takes me (us) as her daughters and confidantes. She cooks for me, goes to the market for me, checks in on my kids, helps my toddler with his school work, buys things in the house. I had to move in with her when my maternity leave was over because I needed help with the kids. Yesterday, she walked in on me while I was weeping bitterly because the stress of waking by 4am and working hard, getting home late, not having time for my kids really got to me. She came and cried with me. She just called now that she has gotten a driver that will be taking me to work and bringing me back. I love the woman pieces. I have never cooked in her house because she won’t allow it as per its stress. She has bad knees but will make sure she stands and makes 3 square meals for me. She does the school runs for me. There is nothing I can't tell her and she, same. Every time she goes out of the house, she buys something for me (a dress, shoes, fancy slippers, underwear, etc.). Her business is suffering because she can’t really devote time to it but she doesn’t mind at all. When I gave birth, she slept in a hotel near the hospital for the entire 1 week I was there. She did everything for me even washing my clothes. My mum has been very ill of late so it’s just my MIL. She has gone 2wice to Abj to see my mum because I have not been able to go. God has blessed me with the best MIL on earth and He will keep her alive to see her great-grand children because she is such a rare gem. Love you mum. |
Abeg, you guys are being too alarmist jor. Spoiling a lovely thread. My 2/3month old baby likes waking up in the night, usually around 2 for me to carry him on my chest for the rest of the night. Since i have to be up by 4am, i deviced a means to quickly change hs position from my chest to a pillow so we can both get good night rest. No wahala. I give my toddler eba and soup in the night so that he would sleep very well and not wake me up in the night. I hand him over to his nanny to get him to sleep cos sleep time for him is drama time. I feel guilty but i need the rest. Waking 4am and sleeping by 11pm is so frustrating but that is Lagos life. |
@K2wise, when you verify, pls let us know on this thread so if we can help, we will. |
