The government is not subsidizing anything for foreign students. The essence of the black market abacha introduced was to give the central bank the leverage to make money off forex by selling dollar at high rate more of the reason why it's so difficult to get dollar or pounds from the bank. When people send money abroad the do it at black market rate. Who gave you guys this idea that government is subsidizing tuition fee for foreign students. A lot of u are so dumb in this country.

Bros u no get sense go to united kingdom and learn what is called subsidy. The UK subsidize health insurance, technology, housing, education, electric vehicles and sustainable solutions by providing financial help through loans, grants and tax returns. Likewise United States and so many other countries.

Nigeria cant afford to subsidize anything due to mismanagement and weak implementation of policies. Stop allowing those guys up there to deceive you the country is in a very big mess.
