I'm so glad to hear this. I am very wary of Nairaland and skeptical, because I have read more negative stories here about scammers, than I have of positive ones like yours.

Please blow this litigator's trumpet loud and continuously. When we encounter terrible client services we are quick to share the experience online, but would rarely share good experiences too.

I'm glued to my device reading your story and thinking this is madness.

Lol. Babe people are suffering dear. The ones who do not have exposure and education are worse. I found it hard to draw the line because this was family.

Let me make you laugh. Once, when I was still living in the mother-in-law's home, she bullied me to follow her to the bank. I was pregnant very heavy. She said no I must help her out with some documents she wants to sign.
When her disturbance was much l stood up despite the fact that she knew I was ill and sick.
The car was outside parked in good condition with full tank.

She said no we had to take public transport. I didn't question her. The bank was like 4 buses to where we lived.

I got to bus 1: my mother-in-law who was supposesd to be the one paying for my transport fare turned deaf and dumb.

The conductor was furious, he said she should pay her fare she started pointing at me.
That was how I paid for to and fro journey of 8 buses from my wallet. A journey I didnt plan for.

It was that month I decided that I was renting a place of my own..
Another lesson :
A woman must make money. You must work. You must have a business. Whatever it is you do, you must be financially independent if not the world is not really our friend, as a Nigerian women. Only us, rape, adultery, trafficking, and all other vicious crime all directed against us. Wetin happen now? Our society is sick and it's needs healing especially in the treatment of the girl child and Nigerian woman.

God bless the litigator...as long as this is not an advert in disguise

Thank you ma/sir. That was my personal experience with him. I run a very popular brand online I don't need to advertise anyone. I feel speaking up will help many out there looking for solutions.
I spoke about my problems with everyone I met. I was scared for myself and my kids. Even my own family were not soared. They got used to her many visits of threats.
Was it wrong to marry her son?
I was so good to her. Many people thought I was her child. What does a child do to her mother that I didn't do for this woman but she said I am deserving of death if I don't surrender my kids to her. What does she want them for?

I needed help. I got it on Nairaland. I am indeed sorry that the online world is full of scammers and fraudulent people. So I am happy I was able to get real help.

Your MIL kidnapped your kids?
What kind of family do you have?

My dear, my husband is wonderful but his family no go area. After the last encounter with them , my landord has gotten security guards at the gate .

You can come to visit me if you want. My neighbours and the whole streets will tell you stories .
This woman want as far as using voodoo to cripple me. I was crippled for one year . I can share my mri results. I woke up one morning to find myself crippled. My small business crippled.
I am walking now and have good medical care.
I also pray hard.

She said I makes too much money.
When I had the first child. She took her away from me. She didn't know my financial strengths .
I was a corper When I had my first baby. I came out best in my class and was offered a lecturing job. I was running an importation business.
She came to tell me that if I want my child back that I should buy her a jeep. A jeep her children ever bought.

To her surprise , I bought it. She gave me my child. Then I knew I needed to be careful with them. I faced my importation and became a popular brand. I dropped the lecturing offer so I could monitor my kids and home.

She wasn't happy and was ready to make our life unbearable. I have called family meetings upon family meetings . it's beyond family meetings now. She has planned an angry mob to break into my rented house once. I cannot begin to mention the oppression I have had to put up with in the name of marriage. I don't mind updating this thread on how my cases go.

My landlord is wealthy and has a cordial relationship with military. He too has ordered she doesn't set foot in our appartment again. He has even suggested hiding us in another property.

He has had meetings with her and she is bent on destroying her son even if it means killing me.

No 1 mistake I made. I stayed in a family home.

Lesson learnt
Do not ever allow your in-laws know your worth.

She even asked one of my dispatchers to put voodoo in my items once when I just gave birth. Thats when I limited all work activities to the office before I decided to move out.

Business / Review: My Experience With A Litigator On Nairaland by BlongTrendies(f): 6:18am On Jun 27, 2020
Nairaland is a wonderful place for seeking solutions. I cant count how many things I have gained from this platform. It is indeed a life saver.

Before I met this Litigator, my life was plagued with unending battles.
1. My dad's property was at stake to be taken away unjustly.

2. I had a very manipulative mother in law who went through extra lengths to make my life unbearable. Her son and I moved far away when she started sending dead threats to me. We had a piece of property we told no one about. We found out from my husbands elder ones that my mother-in-law was about to claim the place as hers. She was able to do this because she got help from the agent who helped us with the land.
When we asked the agent she denied evergthing. She was trying to resell the place to my MIL. We were at the verge of losing our property. She even arranged the kidnap of my kids twice.

She tried to manipulate my landlord to eject us from where we lived.

How does one go into legal battle with one's mother and mother-in-law?

3. A hacker cleared my bank account. The bank said I will not get my money back because they couldn't not trace the transaction.

My life was messed up. So I needed help. On nairaland, I found this thread
https://www.nairaland.com/5943150/having-trouble-settling-issue-just

I have met lawyers. I have even gone for therapy. But what this person or agency offered me was out of this world.

The litigator and his team are wonderful people. I have sought paid advisory services and I was told I cannot do much about my case.

The litigator repaired and helped me recovered my life. I added his number on whatsapp. He listened to me for 2 days as I chatted and narrated everything to him because my life was ending and I needed help.
He advised me for free.
He was willing to represent us to fight our battles. He has offered me solutions just for free.

He is well connected.
He has resolved most of the cases I brought to him. After using his services, I had to run some legal documentation and processes which are of course not free but I was happy I was getting all the help I needed.

I am thankful to God I have my life back in full track. My dad's property is secured. My mother-in-law's case settled without raising dust.

I am on the process of recovering my money from the bank.

Life is full problems. Always speak out when you feel overwhelmed and drowning in a sea of problems. There are people who are willing and ready to help. Thank you Nairaland and thank you Litigator for getting my life back.

MetaPhysical:
Im still watching but the fact that only men are giving witness to OP issue, and also men are the ones offering solutions seems to me this is a gender specific issue and its a man disease or whatever we call it....syndrome or ailment.

At first, Im suspecting its related with sexual activity. Male problems around lower bodies are typically result of sexual habit.

But on second thought, if it also result in bood in stool then it is perhaps something to do with digestive tract or lining and I will say those suggesting ulcer are not wrong.

Its not gender related. Mine are gone due to the lifestyle related changes I made. But anytime I give birth (Vaginal birth), it comes out and start bleeding again. Note: I have a long history of Ulcer. So I apply the same techniques that made it go in the first place.
Eating soft meals, fruits and vegetables, taking plenty of water, avoiding any stressful work or spending time in the toilet straining. Also have a good medical practioner very close to you in case things go overboard.

The cure to this has a secret.

Lifestyle and eating habits.

Apart from annusol, do away with other Drugs.

Eat lot of vegetables.
STOP sugar.
Do a lot of Warm water sit bath.
Don't sit for too long at once.
Browse other things regarding lifestyle change.
Op do This. Do you know what must have caused it?
I have been there. Mine was caused by forced straining.

Change your eating habits. Surgery is an option but Change your foods. Do you strain a lot when you poo? Maybe you take a lot of hard foods and you don't take enough water. If you are the type that strains a lot, start taking soft meals. You might not get filled at first but it's a sacrifice that's worth it. This is 4 years down the line. Its a forgotten issue.
Change to pap, oats, custard, anything watery and pastry for now. Don't go to the toilet if you don't need to. Don't push or strain for any reason. If it's not coming, its not coming. When the pain has reduced. It is alright to attempt to push it in yourself. And when it is gone inside don't go back to straining..

Go to a good hospital for checkups.
I pray you can recover very fast.

Its a scam.
I applied, paid and installed one a month ago for my apartment. I am trying to apply and pay now for my dad now, the increment is annoying. My father has the old analogue meter. Before now, he has been paying less than 2500 for his monthly consumption of 100units to 200units When the marketer changed for his area, the lady reads what's on his meter and gives him whatever she feels like.
Like seriously, a steady N2500 consumption range jumped to 8K when the new marketer came. I asked him to changed to change to the new digital one we just installed: Conlog.
We just got 100units for N2300.
That's how I knew about the increment.

Provide prepaid meters for customers, they refuse but when it comes to implementation of tariff increase, they are quick to do that.

Its a border town between Lagos and Ogun State. Do your research well you will get genuine offers. I was lucky though I met the Baale of the area. no 5 is what bothers me a lot, it's the main reason why I will NEVER be a jehovah witness

I understand that you as adult may make the decision that you are not a part of this world

a child cannot make that decision! every child deserves to live till the age of 18 where they can decide whether or not to take blood

bloodless alternative is too expensive and virtually inaccessible

Well, Blood alternatives are accessible everywhere. Sound doctors even prefer it because It is not as risky as taking blood. I knew about this when my first child was very sickly. I had this Paediatrician who took care of my girl. She was close to our family. She used to tell us how she met witnesses in hospitals rejecting blood and discharging themselves to seek medical help somewhere. They have a worldwide medical committee who have acess to all hospitals world wide so they can collaborate with doctors in treating their people.

She wondered about the whole thing and decided to learn bloodless medicine under a renowned hospital Lagos. The hospital is the only one in Nigeria that carries out surgery without blood.

She paid millions to learn. Funny enough, when she got back to her hospital (A general hospital) , for years she did not come across witnesses to use her newfound knowledge .
She had to study the medicine and process and diverted it to life saving use.

She was the first doctor to design a method of saving premature babies using the process.

Many premature babies are refered to this general hospital because of their new profile of saving premature babies. You will hear doctors tell patients that "your baby survival rate is 100 percent of you can get to this hospital asap".

This is an illustration to show that the Witnesses might not take blood but they have access to risk free and better blood alternatives that work.

There are so many blood transfusion cases that go wrong.
Contacting Aids and other diseases after taking blood. Some even die After such.

May God continue to guide us to make right decisions.

I think this should solve the problem.

I once worked in an event mgt center. They handle weddings, burials etc. They have pall bearers and mortuaries too.

The mortician sometimes tells us wierd stories about corpses.
He once told us about one young married lady s corpse that was brought in. From the night she was brought in , the mortuary started experiencing trouble. The mortician sleeps in the same mortuary compound in a general hospital.
He said every night he will be hearing serious bang on the mortuary door. He thought he was the only one hearing the noise and has happened for like 3 days.
Then he went to buy something in a shop around the place and they were asking him what was happening in his office. lol

He said that night before he slept he brought out that particular corpse and told her that the person that killed her is not here and begged her to go after those that killed her and that she should stop disturbing others.
From that day no noise again till she was removed.

He said he later found out that the girl was having problems with the husband s people and died in the process

May we not die in the hands of Troublesome in-laws. My eyes are filled with tears. This touched me. Please if you ever feel you are in a life threatening situation caused by in-laws. Please speak up and fight if not a life might be lost. I am speaking from experience.

Many bales you buy are rebaled. A pure cream bale is very expensive you need to be sure if your customer's will be able to afford it. I have grown my customer base since 2012 so easy for me to buy and sell.
A cream cotton skirt bale might cost N1000 to 1500 to sell
Most customer's will price skirts from average bales for N300.

You can see the difference. Even those customers, after wearing my stock, they come back to buy, because they know the difference. Most tell me they get more compliments each time they were my stock.

I had to increase my the quality of my stock by buying myself directly so that I am sure of what I am buying. I learn with each supplies I receive.
Over here, no one knows the content. They just keep screaming Wilcox which might be rebaled in voting and labeled.

I had lost so much over the years to horrible goods, fraudulent suppliers who make away with your money without sending you goods.

This biz is not easy but if you want to remain in it. You look for a strategy that works for you by studying your supply, goods and customer's. Hopes this helps

Most Cream bale comes with tags. Some do not come with rags and show no or little signs of use. You buy in weights. 1 kg can cost £5 £8 £10 or more depending how you want it. You cannot count how many in a kilo.
Grade A can contains unsorted raw items which are a mix of clothes some depending on the company

You can buy them yourself from London factories or buy from the ones already cleared here. I got tired of fighting all these bales sellers here and their rags so I found away out.

Let me drop the quotes of last ones I got.
