First I have a problem with your presentation OP. Which one is "indigenous fulanis"?
Your use of indigenous there is completely unacceptable. Who is indigenous and who isn't? A people who were there as the defunct Benue-Plateau state was created are now chased out and you are referring to fulanis there as indigenous.
Secondly, for the sake of quotation, I don't see any military person there. Could it be my eyes or my copy is incomplete?
