Jobs/VacanciesRe: Lady Loses Job To 'Who Gave You My Number?' Question On WhatsApp by Blueelf: 4:45pm On Nov 28, 2020
I can see many people throwing insults at one another over simple disagreements about this issue.

This just goes to show that many are not better (courtesy wise) than the said female.

It's only normal you try to find out who you chatting with first..

The job was not meant for her. Forget it. When something is yours, it doesn't matter what you do or don't do, you'll get it.
Is this the point or she was just rude?

You're right. This job wasn't for her and no job is for her. Nobody wants to hire a rude person. Let her go and start her own business

This is your OWN response. And not everyone will act the way you would under a given situation. Remember that
She was rude Sir. Simple.

Greeting an unknown number politely doesn't make you fall victim of scam Sir

anyone who feels that he/she is uncomfortable with the screening holding at KD should kindly step aside at this juncture. We are too many sef and the competition is too tough. Or better still, make una kukuma follow flight come. Shikena.
This is very insensitive of you Sir.

Only the Living can actually become Army Officers. If someone is concerned about security, it is a valid concern.

Even when you'll do road match during your training, you'll be provided with escorts. Why? For security reasons. Banditry and kidnapping seems like a joke until it happens to you or someone from your family. I don't pray it happens to you (don't get me wrong). These same bandits were not afraid to exchange gunfire with sentries at Command and staff college Jaji..can you imagine? The issues of security especially in Kaduna are not to be trifled with Sir.

I am for changing the venue to the South west or south east or even Port Harcourt. Security first Sir. Not saying these areas are 100% safe but their security is better than what is obtainable in Kaduna. Mind you, I'm a DSSC applicant but still I feel for those that have to travel to Kaduna for SSC screening.

No offense bro. This isn't to cause quarrel but if we call ourselves brothers and sisters here, we must be empathetic to one another's plight. Sikowitz, this write up is for you as well. Your comments about people staying back in their houses if they won't travel is equally insensitive... You're like an elder here. Please act like one.

Anybody comes at me with insult will be duly ignored. So y'all behave your respective ages...

It wasn't from a blog. It was from a media house; People's Gazette precisely. And we know from recent times that 'People's Gazette is a credible house.
Why it may look like an addition or subtraction may be because the possible internal memo release was edited from a previous one by the army itself. It's nothing new with these type of similar news.
I'm forced to wade in on this matter.

People's gazette carried a fake news that the test we set for was postponed till further notice.

Also, SGcommander, I advise that such news of "you've seen your name" should be kept to yourself. Its not wise to say such at this time.

Please I also advise all that any news of when the list would be released should be suspended for now till when the list actually comes out. Let's not start spreading lies and half truths. Integrity is the character of a good officer

With the way things panned out i.e low number of registrants and also poor turnout for exams SSC won't take more than 30 canddidates per state for screening/interview while DSSC would take on average 40 candidates per state including Abuja for screening totalling approximately 1465 candidates heading to Ibadan.
I think its usually more for SSC Sir

This one wey the thread kum Silent like this, Nah wa oo... But Anyways sha, All is well..

On the other Note, Are we to expect batch screening this year as well whereby some state go 1st get screened and others 2 weeks after? Just thinking coz should that be the Case, then Definitely the List should be out this weekend Max...

I Pray We All get Favored
I don't think this is tenable Sir.

Too much resources and time that the army cannot afford will be spent doing this SIr

I'm thinking we may undergo covid-19 test at the gate of the screening venue (as some Universitites have done).

Success to all the candidates from here. My younger bro just told me he missed his time and army told him to bounce. Imagine, the young man did not even know his time for exam. Was travelling on the morning of exam. Who does that. Some people are not serious. After all my efforts in getting info from this thread to him. Well, that's the power of the words of our mouth. He angrily said its over between him and army after last year's fiasco. I believe this year is just in fulfilment of what he said.
Once again, be careful how you talk down on something you are looking for.
You're a wise man Sir

In as much as i was shortlisted, i would be glad if the exam is postponed reason been that we all deserve a chance in this recruitment, it wouldn't be fair if fellow applicants like myself would be dropped owing to error on the part of those in charge of the Army's ICT.
I concur Sir

Ps: I have an uneasy confidence about making the list tho this is my first time. I think everyone should do the same. I don't know anyone expect God tho.
