Those lands are indeed people's ancestral lands, but have you ever wondered how their ancestors acquired them? Did they purchase the land from someone, or did they bring it down from heaven? The truth is, all of these lands were initially grabbed by them, and it's on basis of first come, first served.

There are still many unclaimed lands, particularly those far from inhabited communities, as I mentioned earlier in my first post. These areas remain untouched, waiting to be developed and grabbed. It's a stark reminder that land ownership often boils down to who claimed it first.

What subsidy saving did I tell you is national security? Which account is the subsidy savings domiciled? If you can't get this basic, you cannot understand the remaining. There is no physical or digital money called subsidy savings which expenses can become a national security concern. I repeat The subsidy savings the minister talked about is what it would have cost the government if they had kept subsidy, but the ended up not spending by removing subsidy hence the term "saved".

So how could I have talked about a subsidy saving that comes under national security when I have been trying so hard to educate you that there is no longer subsidy money or expenditure anywhere to account for?

Relax, go through my posts and the progression of our conversation again, and read this time slowly.... maybe this time you might learn one thing or two.

This truly confirmed your ignorance. The finance of a country is not shrouded in secrecy. It's not anybody's personal property, it is the common wealth of the people and the people have the right to know how it been spent. Come to think of it, even the security finances are made known to the public through appropriation in the budget.
Mr. Man, finance is not part of classified information in security circle. Only security strategies that are classified and not how finance.

I never claim the law is online unlike you. If you are knowledgeable as you think or claimed, you would have known that no government publish his National security statute online. Also you would have known that information considered of National security concern is not static and that the office of National Security Adviser decides such mater and classified and declassified information from time to time....

But I wouldn't expect you to understand all that, if you cannot understand that the minister cannot account for money not budgeted or spent despite many explanations, then I will have to kill myself letting you understand how certain information might be considered of national security concern and hence classified.

So I give up. Continue your fight against government to explain what happened to money saved from subsidy.
