The best mindset to have about betting is to treat it like any other thing we do during leisure that gives pleasure.

U can still see overnight basketball game and just encourage urself saying “ Na who give up 4ck up” . It will shock u that u will wake next day with zero balance 😂.

Betting na serious addiction that will eat a man up so bad . U will just be getting unnecessarily optimistic while going broke.

I think the worst ever game I bet on was a basketball match between Istanbul Baseksehir and Wolfsburg. Score was 78:79 and even though the team i staked on won, the winnings would have been used to buy medicine for high blood pressure

That's why it is always advisable for anybody who has never ventured into it to just stay away from it. The idea that people are cashing out weekly is an illusion that is never real.

But I was referring to traveling for engagements like a friend doing wedding, going for burials, etc outside your state of residence. Right from time I always avoid those kind of travel. I am not anti-social o, but once the social event is taking me out of Lagos the chance of me attending is like 3% out of 100%

People will travel, it's just that they will be stranded when it's time to go back to their bases.

They will burden people who didn't travel to help send them transport with promise that they will pay back once they are back to base and start hustling. Some will borrow from Palmpay or Opay just to return back to base and then start hustling to offset their debt in the new year.
