iamoyindamola abeg do u have download link for Tokyo swindlers? |
Jokerman:Because Ten Hag has a family to feed, the God of our father Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin will uphold Ten Hag's job!
|
iamoyindamola:As in.... Why will one man hold the whole state to ransome. Even Tinubu that was the godfather of all godfathers, when he fell out with Ambode he waited till the next election cycle to take him out through a process that never involved sabotage of state owned assets. You Impose a governor on the state and now u want to burn down the state just to remove him. Haba. |
Itsrm:See what through me? That I don't support godfatherism or what? |
Itsrm:You think that is how all the great democracies are built? Courts who don't have jurisdiction giving judgement over a matter they should never have heard? The hypocrisy is not speaking against the corruption of the judiciary because it favors ur principal. You don't get to pick the hypocrisy to address and the one to overlook na. The law that establishes FHC says they don't have jurisdiction to hear matters pertaining to state agencies. That is the law, not some corrupt judge giving kangaroo judgement over a matter he doesn't have jurisdiction by law establishing the court he presides over. |
Theflint1:E clear pass DSTV HD channels. ![]() His loyalty lies strictly with Wike and no one else. Even if Wike supporters deploy rocket launchers to blow up everything blowable, it will not diminish his stanship of Wike. The funny thing about all these is that the so called Federal High court judgement Wike and the IGP claimed to be relying on; the court itself does not have jurisdiction over Rivers State Electoral Commision which is an agency of Rivers State government. That was why Fubara proceeded with the election. It's just a shame that the judiciary has turned itself into a laughing stock, the police force not hiding their bias and Wike being Wike as usual. |
iamoyindamola:At least let's thank God no be another thief dem catch wey wear Cole Palmer Jersey. ![]() |
popizaino: ![]() Chelsea fans, una too get passion for una club and players. I give u guys that. |
Itsrm:English is not our mothers' tongue, but it is not that hard. I said Wike is burning down the state and u support him. Look through ur posts and u will see how u've always supported Wike up till this present moment. I thought u would be showing me ur posts where u criticized Wike for causing chaos in the "peaceful" Rivers state u've always projected on this space. But u are showing me a December 2023 post where u are hoping ur principal who is a thug will allow the sitting governor to exercise his executive powers he helped him to acquire. Unfortunately, things have taken a different turn since ur wish in December 2023 and u have been found missing criticizing him. All u do is find a way to project him as the generalissimo of Rivers State. Even people that stood by him all these while he was governor and even when he brought Fubara to the fore have had reason to call him out for destabilizing the state but not u. We know what we know. |
Itsrm:Res Ipsa Loquitor; The fact speaks for itself. Wike is burning down the state and u support him. In fact u are his number one supporter on this thread and u've never spoken out against his actions leading up till this moment. U are always bringing up one pont or the other to defend him. I'm sure u are not more of Wike's supporter than this man in the video who was Wike's supporter in 2015, 2019 and even up till Wike lost PDP presidential ticket and went berserk. These are party men who knew where to draw the line. How can one man want to destroy the state because of his ambition?
|
seankafor:I don't think he hates Fubara, instead he loves Wike with all his heart. That's the only thing that can explain how he will rationalize Wike and his supporters burning down the state just for Wike to prove he can deal with Fubara. Wike literally said he will put fire to the state of PDP governors that wants to take away his structure and he has started fulfilling that promise right from his own home state. How can an ordinary citizen be okay with that? 🤷♂️ As much as u don't like Ur governor, u should not be supporting an ex-governor burning down the state to prove a point |
mostob:I'm more concerned about Calafiori not getting injured during the international break. He's now a very important member of the team. |
Theflint1:That's what you get when the IGP has already shown he's partisan by his actions and inactions. |
As Wike and his boys are busy burning down Local government councils now, Let's say they eventually win the court case; Where will they now rule from if another election is held and they win? ![]() Once again it is a big relief that a cantankerous fellow like him never made it to Aso Rock. |
Who amongst the shekpe tech boys own this repair store? Alhaji Popizaino you sure say no be one of Ur numerous stores be this for Abidjan?
|
mostob:I don't think he's injured, instead I think Arteta wants to protect him. It's looking like he's vital to Arteta's game plan in the continued absence of Odegaard and We can't afford to lose him to injury during the international break like we did Odegaard. |
LiveLongNprospa see wetin Una Twitter people don cause 😂 Somebody said T-pain is pained.

swiz123:Only time will tell if they have things figured out as claimed. For now I think their business model is reckless and there's a possibility Nigerian system will humble them. I read a paper on why Shoprite failed in Nigeria and the South Africans had to sell their stake to exit the market. I hope I can lay my hands on it, I will share here. |
swiz123:lol ![]() If u want to eliminate middlemen u don't need to have 3 outlets on the same stretch of road, it is an unreasonable move. You will be cutting off your nose to spite ur face. The cost of running those 3 outlets is not worth it when they run just one and have people trooping in far and wide to buy at a cheaper price. The people they are trying to win over still go to open markets to buy stuff they consider expensive as per bokku price. |
liveLongNprospa:Everybody on the committee on budget in the house of assembly should be in jail normally |
mostob:Baba, even me I'm tired of him playing as a non-scoring striker. He's already going the way of Lacazette and needs to be shown the way out. |
Mashallah 🙅♂️

Ten Hag on Aston Villa draw 🤤 Ten Hag is happy, we are happy! 🙌Up Up way!

Spy360:Well, one never can tell Sha. That's why I said I put them on a watch list of businesses that may fail in the nearest foreseeable. I won't be surprised if they find it hard to sustain the model in the long run. |
Spy360:The total overhead can never be the same na haba. Let me give u an example : The bokku mart has bakery in each of their 3 outlets where they roll out bread. While constructing each outlet they will install large heat extractor, buy one soundproof Perkins or Mikno generator etc. If they had just one outlet in that axis they don't need to spend on 3 heat extractor but 1; they also just need to buy a generator that will cost let's say 75m instead of buying 3 smaller ones for 30m each (totalling 90m). Also their competitive pricing is enough to make people take ₦200 keke to their store and back to their respective homes. Driving from one stretch of the road to the other within which they have all 3 outlets no pass 15 minutes drive for a very slow driver. |
izzou:While it's true that except one have access to their books one cannot really know the true picture of things ; it is also possible to have peek at things from the outside considering the macro business environment. All the buildings they are putting up now, Milano generators and other assets they are acquiring are being acquired now at a cost that is between 1,500 to 1,700 per dollar o. The naira still continues to bleed against the dollar. Those assets are fixed costs. They will be selling their goods in naira that keeps plummeting almost everyday. Even if they manage to make some level of profit by selling more than some of their competitors, that naira gain will be eroded when you consider time value of money with CBN steadily increasing interest rates sef. That's why I'm wondering why they need to have 3 different outlets with each outlet having it's respective fixed running cost. Why not just have one outlet within an axis and then do as much selling as u can in that single outlet. If your product is as cheap as you make it seem, people won't mind driving 10-15 minutes to the store or boarding ₦200 keke to buy from you. |
Theflint1:I've never been a fan of queuing up to buy anything that has a close substitute somewhere close. It just irks me that I will be on a long queue to spend my own money. The only thing I would stay on long queue to buy is PMS and that is even when I want to buy much inside a car. That's because of the price difference in between major marketers' and independent filling stations. |
GloriousGbola:The bold is what I also noticed which promoted me to be wondering if the volume of sales they make will be enough to cover all their overhead expenses, cover their cost of capital and still allow them to post profit at the end of the month. I think read somewhere that the promoters of the business are foreign ( maybe Germans or thereabouts), but that in itself will pose a big problem for them if it's true. If they are foreign owned they will not want to cut corners and will always want to follow the legal way of doing things in Naija. It will be difficult for them to do business and make it if they always follow the rules here while offering discounted prices. |
Theflint1:I have examined the competitive advantage angle but it's still not adding up. I bought something twice in one of their stores and the price difference is not like what they usually put up online. For example thedifference in the price of their bag of rice and that of regular omo igbo is not even up to 2,000 naira as at that time. In fact it appears they only have discounted price in few items while majority of their products are sold the normal regular prices |
Nezzjnr:Well, maybe it's the cost of materials that has affected the quality of their bread now. |
Amigoss:How does Bet9ja model work for a grocery store? Bet9ja are not selling physical goods, rather they are selling a promise to pay you sums of money if you are lucky enough to guess the outcome of football matches. The fact that only few lucky ones can predict correctly outcome of football matches has already made Bet9ja a profitable business before it even starts operation. Same cannot be said for a grocery store business in this current economy. They are selling physical products which they will need to rely on the amount of disposable income available to their would be customers in this hard times. The fact that they need to pay a number of staff salaries, fuel their big diesel generator, pay various forms of government levies and even engage in CSR out of the little profit they make from selling goods a little above cost price is enough to put a hole in their pocket. Now the major profit they can make is on the volume of sales they can make. Having 3 outlets within the same axis and expending the same cost in each of the 3 outlets seem like a very fooolish business decision from where I stand. Why not maintain one outlet and then use marketing and customer service to drive large volume of sales from that single outlet? |
Tinubu would be extremely fooolish to allow such undemocratic move be made by Wike. There's already a Supreme Court judgment held that FG withholding allocation of LGA's is illegal.Yes, that's the case between FG and Lagos state government when Tinubu was governor. So on what premise will the so called Federal high court will be granting such injunction when a higher court has already ruled that FG withholding LGA funds is illegal? |
