also another example,most phones like techno,ifinix and the rest are way costlier in the malls than their counterparts outside the malls,and yet they are the same quality and everything.what i see as the problem is when buying outside,you should know where to look and not just buying from anyone you see.

it is actually the other way round.

indomie is currently 400 or higher on the street but in at least two malls it is N335 for the 100g pack

market square has consistently sold coke below what it is sold everywhere else. it is only n the past month they raised their price of coke to 350

you have to take the time to check multiple stores. because sometimes, you actually cannot make sense of their pricing regimen. ie one store ha s the item for 5k, another has it for 7k

by the time you regularly visit different stores, you will know which one is the best place to buy a particular item

and that is the problem with the market, because they will always size you up first before giving you a price.

if you are in festac, avoid temple hill though - since their fire incidents, their prices have been 101% ridiculous.

most malls use this tactic,some basic things will have good prices like drinks and things like indomie.....but for many other stuffs,the profit margin they put there is outrageous.

Shoprite can pay for 10 million bottles of Coke. NBC may decide to sell for them at 1 naira per bottle. If they sell it at 30 naira, you would think it is cheap. But they cashed out well.

The ambience, their properties, structures, services, insurance, marketing...Do you really think it is 30 naira profit that is taking care of it?

In most of these things.....our mega marts make as much as 80% in profit per item.
Dont be suprised if the wholesale unit cost is at 3000.

In many schools it's usually corpers, PTA teachers that teach these core subjects while the main employed teachers will be handling shorthand, typing, CRK and those subjects you can do lesson note and give to some student to write notes on the board

While I was in SS classes in the mid 90s, 2 Math's teacher for the entire SS classes, No physics teacher. It was one corper who taught unlike he left and they hired a PTA teacher, chemistry 1 teacher for all SS classes

For NYSC, we had like 23 corpers. That should tell you how much we were in control of the teaching force.

I was taking SS3 Math's, another corper taking Physics another taking Chemistry

Truth is most of the permanent teachers are usually scared of some technical subjects for SS classes cos I can bet many of them cannot get 70% in Waec for those subjects so they will gladly pass them to corpers and younger PTA teachers who are fresh from Uni

Yes Healthcare workers in govt hospitals are the real MVPs na dem dey work pass. The others na just ghosting. If they can sack the ones in ministries and those redundant places to employ more Healthcare workers that will make sense

Even teachers many are just taking unproductive subjects. Some schools will have 10 history, 10 CRK, 10 IRK, but 2 English, No physics and 1 Math's teacher

Under GEJ he weaponized the state agency like military who dealt with opposition. That was the job of Obanikoro minister of state for defence, Olukayode and one Col Sagir. If APC wanted to match this, they will deploy soldiers to harrass Obi and Datti

Under GEJ they used the media to smear their opponents where AIT and NTA were airing propaganda pieces on Buhari and Tinubu, It was when GEJ lost that Dokpesi had to apologize on all newspaper. TVC and NTA did not do hit pieces on Obi

Under GEJ prominent PDP people like Fayose took newspaper aadverts to announce the death of Buhari, No one did that to Obi under APC

Under GEJ, when reports reached the security advisers that GEJ was going to lose if elections took place in February, he moved the date of the election to March and in the time between increased propaganda and pressure on APC. No one did that to Obi

Nollywood, Musicians, Transformation Agents of Nigeria did all sorts of propaganda and insults to prominent APC members, If not that "the "Buhari pull over" clip has been pulled from youtube I will post it here

The importance of this is like I told you earlier, we owe the future the truth, the way you are going one young 20yr old will think PDP under GEJ were angels doing nothing and APC was just smearing them

Calling Tinubu a goat, a devil, Ebola etc no one has been carried for that, until people start making claims like BlueRayDick defrauded or collected money from xyz , Supporter ABC killed y etc. Then you have to defend that in court
