iamoyindamola:Smith-Rowe hasn’t really impressed the few times he’s come on this season. I don’t support giving him a start in an important match like this one |
iamoyindamola:U think Smith-Rowe will bench Jorginho ? |
Na Havertz strike ? |
raumdeuter:Having a will or trust is the way to go but families still contest it. That my deceased colleague was married but never had a child with her husband before her demise . I guess her family and the husband were never in good terms ; even her elder sister claimed she told her she was making plans to divorce her husband .( Unfortunately she died from a sickness that lasted j OasisX:ust 2 days while she went to celebrate festivities with her hubby while her husband was in Lagos. When her trust was opened and it was discovered she willed everything she had to her husband (whom they never shared a child together ) without any mention of her family , the family kicked and it became a major issue . When the court case was dragging too long as per naija matter na, the husband had to bow to pressure to share the windfall with them cos things were actually not going well for him financially at the time of her death and she had some millions in property, pension and insurance death benefits. |
raumdeuter:I agree with u , it makes no sense for a wealthy man to die intestate at age 70. My senior colleague who died aged 47 in the year 2020 had a trust which her family members still dragged with her husband for almost 2 years before they agreed to a mutual out of court settlement . This Akala matter will be like Nigerian election for the lawyers cos every family member will collect their own SAN to get a piece of the cake. I think it’s just fear of death that makes Africans run away from putting down a will. |
Be like wahala wan sup for Alao-Akala’s family on top his properties as baba no do will before he died
|
GloriousGbola:They will even shout at u when they are almost hit u while driving one-way |
iamoyindamola:What the man is doing is making it cool that soldiers are above the law; that soldiers can pass one-way because they fight to defend the nation’s sovereignty and ensure safety of lives and properties . He’s wrong . If Sanwoolu passes one-way and there’s evidence of it, let him call Sanwoolu out for it . Not him using the soldier being arrested for committing a crime to enable more soldiers to do same in the future . |
iamoyindamola:If governor does the same thing he’s also wrong na. But that elderly man wey put on ring light sit in front of camera dey talk say “ he said he’s a soldier , so the governor should’ve say okay o don’t do that again o “, it doesn’t sit well with me at all. U no understand what it means for u to look the road very carefully before crossing and u still end up getting hit by a road vehicle passing one-way which u never accounted for ? Omo , I’m not a violent person but I no remember the number of times I forgot my hands in that man’s face that night . He wan make I buy candle wey I no plan . 🤦♂️ |
Incognito9:I didn’t send a mail sir 🤷🏼♂️ |
iamoyindamola:Na nonsense the man in the video dey talk . Sanwoolu did the right thing for arresting the soldier for following one-way. There’s no excuse for following one-way. I nearly lost a friend to one-way driving ; I think I’ve shared it here before . My friend was lucky I was walking side by side with him, I held his hands when the keke following one-way hit him. If I didn’t hold him and use all my strength to drag him, his head would’ve ended up under the keke or an oncoming vehicle . Anybody passing one-way is a threat to society and should be treated like a hired killer whether he’s military or civilian . |
GloriousGbola:I was on nairaland all those period and it was crazy .Some of the people involved have since moved on and become responsible people. I think one just outgrows some of these things as time goes by . That’s why I don’t judge people based on screenshot of posts they made 10 years ago. |
Ballzproblem2:This is what he should’ve done a long time ago. It’s not too late sha |
reccy:And this woman go dey among people wey dey call out Diezani for corruption under Jonathan. Smh |
GloriousGbola:It seems whoever came for her came prepared . They are just releasing her trespasses small small. ![]() I think they should just scrap that humanitarian ministry ; na cesspool of corruption . E just be like say na opportunity to siphon money under the auspices of providing succor to vulnerable people in different states. |
Amoto94, reccy Shey Kogi don get airport ni ? See Betta Edu and her band of thieves collecting 300k and 200k respectively for flight ticket from Abuja to non-existent Kogi airport. 🤦♂️ We are patiently watching the decison Tinubu will take in respect of this beautiful yam eater

Roland17:Lolz. U may be tired of reading such comments but it’s the truth . Pep is a world class manager who as a young coach beat a legend like Sir Alex Ferguson to win a champions league trophy . Arteta thus far has punched above his weight as a rookie manager whose first job as a youth corper coach is Arsenal . NB: This post is not to make excuse for Arteta for availing to win the league last year or this year . But we need to know that a team with Pep with minimal injury has a higher chances of winning the league than a team coached by Arteta. |
izzou:I understand say na family emergency sha. Me ehn, all the parties they invited me for that involve entering Lagos-Ibadan expressway , I no go since 2017. |
izzou:Good ! I don’t think I can engage in Night journey for now and the nearest forseeable future . Anywhere I no go fit enter flight , I no dey go. Since all these insecurity matter grew wings under Buhari I have dreaded road traveling generally and even won’t go near night traveling at all. |
monerozi5590:That’s the ideal thing to do. The point itsrm was trying to make is there are ladies who are in their final month of pregnancy who still go to work because they need that 3 months maternity leave to start few weeks to their delivery date so they use the 3 months to fully recover from childbirth and take care of their babies as much as they want before resuming . U know going to work heavily pregnant is actually stressful but some ladies do it. And it’s not just those that work in the office , some who hawk or have shops still go despite being heavily pregnant . When I was much younger my mum usually buys groundnut from all these Hausa women who hawk back then. That day she called her customer who was heavily pregnant , was buying from her when the woman started showing signs that her water may have broken. We were young and didn’t really understand what was happening except that we saw her in distress . My mum called some Neighbours who were women and they converted a room in our house to mini delivery room. They sent us out to play and within minutes the woman gave birth in our house. When she was much more rested they asked where she stayed and she described the place to her. They took her in a cab with the new born and the placenta to their house only for my mum and those that accompany to be shocked that the woman is a Ghanaian Hausa woman like the rest of the occupants of her rented house who came to Nigeria to hustle while their husbands are in Ghana tying Kente and drinking ogogoro and minding the kids . That was the first time I learnt those part of Ghana practice matriarchy as opposed to Patriarchy we have here . Na the women dey provide for the house . I shock ! |
izzou:How far u don enter east proper? |
A40:Na una just dey get una self worked up over nothing . The kind of feminism all these mongrel on the Nigerian web space practice has no place in Africa ( Nigeria in particular ) and it’s never going to work; they will always continue to get their L’s. For starters some of the ideals they parrot has no place in our culture . As Africans, a woman in a marriage is expected to make sure her family’s belly is always filled . That’s how almost everyone was brought up; even for those whose parents could afford chefs, housemaid , cooks etc, the mother of the house still ensures she supervises them to get it right so her family members can get fed properly . Yeah , we have fathers who take it upon themselves to relieve their wives as much as they can and those who can cook really well to the extent they prefer their own cooking to their wife’s . There’s no big deal in that . Now everybody grows up and suddenly think something embedded in our culture that is not even negative in any way should be trashed because Woke culture is the way to go . lol. My guess is some of these people didn’t grow up in homes where genuine love actually existed and it left an indelible mark on their psyche . Like if u grow up in a typical African middle class home where ur dad works in an office or a business man or artisan who goes early to work to Provide for the family and ur mum who is either a trader , civil servant or full housewife wakes early to prepare food for everybody ; in what world is that something to be bitter about ? I understand it’s possible for some of them to see their mums do all of these things and their father still ended up being irresponsible fathers who never really provided for the home and maybe still pummels the mum regularly over any minor disagreement . So maybe that’s why they get bitter seeing another woman doing the same thing and hoping she will regret doing it sha. Las las these people are in the minority and do not carry that much influence they believe they carry in the general scheme of things over here; maybe on the internet but in real world in Nigeria they don’t . We’ve seen how some of them have become poster child for some of the things they condemned in the past as time goes by . Time and chance happeneth to them all 🙅♂️ |
Odunharry:What is wrong with Seu.n these days sef? Na midlife crisis be this ? ![]() |
izzou:That means the roads are in good condition niyen |
raumdeuter:Those ones ? The only thing they can sow is bitterness |
E be like say na ChatGPT the two of them use 😁

obainojazz: ![]() On my way back from Port Harcourt , the AC’s at the airport weren’t working and everywhere was just stuffy . I complain give the airline guys who were hustling to collect something before boarding my luggage ; the guy just told me :oga na Nigeria we dey na light no dey. I told him it’s not like that in Lagos and I believe it’s the same FAAN that manages all the airport in the country so why their own for Port Harcourt dey different ? The guy just look me one kind like say I dey demand for his kidney ![]() |
Itsrm:U took the “ No gree for anybody Challenge” serious ![]() |
Itsrm:U sef ![]() Big man like u ( Na wetin go dey the woman mind be that ) |
izzou:Will u now make it to the village before 8am with these long luxury buses ? I know these buses can be really slow especially if u encounter bad road. Safe journey |
patrickmuf:Na wa o. Later they will say DSS screens ministers before their portfolios are confirmed . If DSS screened someone like her , she should not have scaled through with his kinda allegations against her na |
