You were trying so hard to make a sense but making sense is a long thing for you. You know Igbos will lose if they leave and they are thieves and 419 et al and yet you still want them to remain with you. I have never seen this level of hypocrisy in my entire life. You preferred civilized organized referumdum but here you are still condemning them for writing to united nations. Obviously you can't hide your hatred for igbos or whatever method they chose to adopt. If I could remember vividly, what igbos asked was for referumdum not wars, and they did it without firing a single shot nor disturbing the peace of anybody/region. Don't come here trying to remind them they are already landlocked because they are not ignorant of that.
Come of it. Why not talk about the trash written in the letter. Rather than behaving like a slave by written those institutions, let him behave civilised here and like a son of the soil

Lemme get this straight. You called Nigeria a zoo, and Nigerians animals.
your bragged ur boys will burn down Nigeria if u go to Abuja for ur court hearing and get arrested.
You were boastful of how you have stockpiled ammunitions and your cheer leaders here are reminding us of how 2017 is different from 1967

U were foolish to confront fully armed soldiers with stones and sticks.

Californians have never called America a zoo nor referred to the rest Americans as animals.
Neither has Texans called for the burning down of America or the killing of Americans who are not Texans. Catalonians didn't have a secret army and threaten the peace of an entire nation.

Now u wanna call out on un? You must be high on oshogbo weed. phucking retård

The overall reason why Nnamdi Kanu and his IPOB cohorts cannot be treated with gloved hands is that while this guy was in the USA he publicly requested for Guns to come and emancipate his so-called IPOB. Which country can hear such even when he is now present in the same country he has threatened to take up arms against? I haven't seen any. So all this petition is bullshit. He is only making ends meet for himself. If any region wants to go on their own, let them learn contemporary democratic approaches and not a primitive one

Well from the story, the man could have prevented all that drama.I don't support the woman's action because it's an assault but if the man had communicated well with the wife it would not have resulted in violence.
Exactly what I am saying. There is a difference in communicating well and one party being stubborn. No effective communication and drive home a stubborn person because he/she is already clouded by selfishness. Details of how he communicated weren't in the post but you assumed it.

Your comment has more to do with what women do,isn't it?
My comment is based on the report given.
Why I mentioned women is because you blamed the husband rather than to condemn the barbaric act.

Na wa. shocked
When you decide to fast, you carry your partner along and not just reject her.The bible says your body belongs to your partner in marriage.
What are you saying as if the wife wasn't aware? You do not throw a blanket response when you do not have full details of the conversation or what transpired. You only have details of the act and not what happened before the act.
Outside fasting, do wives not constantly refuse their husbands?

Politics › Re: I Will Cross Your National Red Line, Lere Olayinka Dares Buhari by Bluffly: 4:41pm On Sep 11, 2017
meethumb:
Special Assistant to the Ekiti State governor on New Media and public communication, Lere Olayinka has offered to cross President Buhari’s ‘National Redline’.

Olayinka made this known in a letter, written and circulated online on Sunday, 10th of September 2017.

The political and new media giant’s letter Reads:

September 10, 2017.

General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd),
President, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces,
Federal Republic of Nigeria,
Aso Rock Presidential (Residential) Villa,
Abuja.

Dear President Buhari,

OFFER TO CROSS YOUR NATIONAL RED-LINE

Your Excellency Sir, because of your health, I will go straight to the main reasons for writing this letter.

My name is Lere Olayinka, a citizen of Nigeria from Okemesi-Ekiti, Ekiti West Local Government, Ekiti State.

Upon your return to Nigeria after 103 days abroad, spending our money to treat yourself of sickness you never disclosed to us, you came up with your National Red-Line threat.

Even though you have failed, and or neglected to tell us what amounts to crossing the national red line, your Information Minister, Lai Mohammed already threatened Nigerians on Hate Speech before your arrival.

From your understanding, crossing national red line is the same as telling you and the cabal ruining Nigeria the truth about the cluelessness of your government. It is about not behaving like the 15 million mumus who voted for you, hoping that you will improve the economy of Nigeria despite that you were unable to improve your personal economy – remember your cows did not increase from 150 that they were since 2003!

Please lets clear the air. What is a court marriage? Is it the marriage registry that is being referred to as court marriage or the intending couples appear in the court room with their counsels as witnesses and a judge then preside over the affairs and ratify?

So what is been referred to as court marriage?

Why can't we develop these things ourselves and keep our wealth within ourselves. What researches and projects are been embarked upon by our universities. It's okay if they come and do not repatriate incomes anyhow as they wish.
One major key to development is to keep our wealth within ourselves.

you made full sense on your own but i think you missed his points *1 He didnt point accusing finger on the you youths as the problem of the failed nation, infact he blamed the existing and past heads if you must know *2 He explained how evily manipulated the system has been made by the lords *3 Yes he wept for the future if the youths can set things right, just like many of us believe but to me its a very risky experiment just like head transplant how can the youths make things right i ask you, where will they even start from? He stated the obvious which even you agreed that the negative tendency is greater than the positive tendency in a very larger proportion not on a 1:10 ratio as you wished and to me this is where the problem lyes...
I quite agree that it appears a risky experiment but we can through foundational technology. Like I have been pondering lately on starting a political party and how will it be funded without state government diversions as we have off today and I realise that party members can be paying dues. And this calls for a live transparency network. We can achieve anything we set out to achieve if we can be painstaking. To start requires few individuals of like-minds.

it's not arrant nonsense, he's just saying it would get worse
It is arrant nonsense. Nothing will get worse more than the already worst. The youths are not the problem but them that failed. Let them set a system that radiates integrity, transparency and development in place and that solves it. Not the youths. They failed to create a civilised society and they are weeping if the youths can, should that be their headache. Must they generalise? Moreso, it is not that the system will be entirely in the hands of the youths because it is not so anywhere in the world as it is a participatory and balanced one that we yearn for.

They should stop generalizing as not all youths are Badoos or Vikings or Buccaneers, etc. Not all youths rob the banks, kill and engage in rituals.
What is required is just one leader in every 10, which is possible.

Arrant nonsense. What does he mean by core values. If they have themselves have core values, let them stop stealing Nigeria dry and make available world standard infrastructures accessible to all common Nigeria. From time immemorial, the bad as always been in existence just as the good. There have always been criminals and saints. The only difference now is that our population has increased but percentages of good and bad still remain relatively same.

I wonder who told you that I'm parochial, just like you and your ilks, to have the bible as my standard. Unapologetically, I don't need your wack opinion to validate my submission.

It takes an informed person to know that insight is superior to experience.
Obviously, I can see where you are coming from. Stay blessed.
Christianity Etc › Re: 40 Words Of Wisdom From The Bible!!! by Bluffly: 12:00pm On Sep 03, 2017
LordKO:
Without reading further, let me state my reservation on the number 1 "Wisdom belongs to the aged, and understanding to the old. (NLT)"

I stand bold to say that wisdom belongs to the insightful aged not just the aged - after all leaders are readers but not all readers are leader. And understanding doesn't belong to the old per se, but to the goodness proponents and practitioners - oldness doesn't confer goodness, ethical leanings does.
If I were you I won't argue that. With all thy gettings, get understanding Prov 4:7 Can a newly recruited Lieutenant say to his/general that he has war strategies. Can you argue with your father when it comes to life experiences? They've been there before you. Remeber that when you are not making some certain mistakes, you've actually learnt from other peoples mistakes or you are been directed by the holy spirit. So whatever knowledge you may have, be careful in translating it to wisdom where the age is.Give honour to whom honour is due.

In conclusion, you haven't derailed from the truth but only segregating the truth.

lightblazingnow:
You didn't tell us who is wisdom

For the record: Wisdom is a person and not just a subject, most Author like king Solomon referred to wisdom as she, but I will tell you that wisdom is CHRIST

Who existed before anything was created and share equal status with God Almighty.

Philippians 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

2:6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:

2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

And so, before anyone would enjoy wisdom that man needs to know and comprehend who he is...

I am CHRIST JESUS the word which God prepared to be revealed at the end of all time..
Going by this scripture "Philippians 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: " Wisdom is the Holy Spirit
