Oyo did not reject Adelabu. Adelabu was just unfortunate to be linked to Ajimobi. In 4 years time, should Makinde mess up, Adelabu may get his chance even as an APC member.

You have forgotten that there are people who vote for personality rather than party. It is very possible for people to vote for Buhari as president and vote out Ganduje. Buhari and Ganduje are two different people from the same political party. For you, APC is APC. But for some people, APC is good here (in the case of Buhari) but bad here (Ganduje).

Anyway, I heard that Ganduje is actually leading in Kano.

Let me add that there are friends of mine in Oyo who voted Buhari for president and Makinde for governor.

Remember that politicians have days when they walk in crowds and meet people. There is a term for it. And this does not happen all the time.

Obama was one of the most impersonal president the world has seen. Yet, there were instances of street walks when barricades were put on either side of the street when he passed. No one would have been able to walk behind him.

Right and wrong is defined by the law. I am a mathematician, not a lawyer. However, I am sure the constitution is silent on the issue.

However, this is a civil law specific, if the man who was slapped feels offended, he can sue. Or maybe any lawyer in the house can help him.

As for the pastor case, I felt offended because I considered the matter more from a religious angle. Why would a pastor who claims invisibility when it suits him use soldiers and policemen as guards?

The security guards are doing their jobs. There is a limit you can get around the person they are protecting. If you pass that limit, you will be regarded as a threat. There are instances where politicians and celebs can meet people, in which case, the security details would not be so tight. But not at this period.

Let us do it this way. Next time Davido is performing, jump on the stage and see if the security guards would pat you on the back.

Which everyone? The problem Ndigbo have had with the northerners since 1970 is mainly about religion and it rarely occurs. The problem Yoruba have with Igbo is envy, simply envy. U guys develop envy not just towards Igbo alone but towards other ethnic groups.

Why would Yorubas envy you people? On what basis? The wealthiest persons in Africa are mostly Yorubas with investments scattered everywhere and headquartered in Lagos.

Typically, Yorubas like office jobs, which is why they may be few in business in comparison with Igbos and Hausas. If Yorubas were envious of what you have accumulated, they would have taken possession of the properties you left behind while running back home months before the civil war.

This is was not the case even among your own people. One Igbo would take over another Igbo's house and refuse to leave even when the rightful owner came by.

Before you accuse us of envy, you should first look at your kinsmen. Stop projecting your envy on Yorubas. Yorubas are almost carefree and would not envy you because of business or landed properties.

Igbos don't play any huge part. What played out was a fight between Christians who thought they were resisting Muslim rule embodied by Buhari.

Every of my friends, many of who attend Winners Durumi and Dunamis where all for PDP, not because they like Atiku, but because they see PDP as a Christian party.

To many of them, it was a battle between APC (Muslim) vs PDP (Christian).

I can bet that there were more non-Igbo voters than Igbo voters during the presidential elections in Abuja.

How come you people are not also showing interest in Abuja politics?

All dis happened just 6months to his departure..he pocketed another 200million, yet he sued the f.g that they should release may monthly allocation to him instead of fashola..

That the state need the fund to organise a welcome party for the incoming governor..F.G won in court nd the monthly allocation was released to fashola instead..

You know nxt to nothing about tinubu...he hates development nd only cares abt his pocket...
