whytepawn1:Atiku got some Northern votes. How can you tell which beggar voted for who? Or did Buhari get all the Northern votes? The idea is totally stupid and backfiring. Moreover, these people have always begged, even in the time of plenty. Some of them have made fortunes from begging all through the years. You people are purely wasting your time. And if you continue this way, you will be dwelling on your pains, especially when the beggars continue to thrive. |
Some people's level of idiocy is staggering. That beggar could be one of those who voted for Atiku. Thinking of the North as a monolith is a sort of staggering ignorance that pervades the South. Then, as per denying beggars money because of differing choices, that is the height of stupidity and pettiness. If you don't want to give, no problem. There is no law mandating anyone to give to beggars. But to attach politics to your desire not to give, that is the height of intolerance. I can bet that Christians will be the ones who are likely to popularize the stupid act of this fellow. In spite of enjoying unconditional love from God, they want their fellow men to worship their choices before they can help. Refusing to give beggars money on the account of an Atiku loss will not achieve anything. It is not like it is some sort of a revolution that will change anything. I am reminded of 1984 by George Orwell. The proles always taking the fight to themselves rather than to the Party. How will refusing to give beggars money affect the Buhari presidency? It is not like your generosity mattered in the past anyway. And just so you know, there are others who would give that same beggar enough money before the day ends. |
hammerFC:You people and chest beating are inseparable ![]() Toothless bulldogs!!! ![]() |
Hoodbilonia:Have you seen the convoy of the Queen of England or of Donald Trump. Does using convoy now equate with being an embezzler? We are talking about the Nigerian president, you are talking about Ghana. The population of Kano, Lagos and Oyo is already close to that of the whole of Ghana. |
They don't understand the meaning of honesty. I have argued here countlessly that Buhari is the most honest Nigerian politician. He doesn't know how to sugarcoat words like the average Nigerian polithiefcian. He doesn't believe in dwelling on regrets just to come across as a saint. If he doesn't regret an action, he tells you that straight, not caring about the general sentiment. |
bilal4riid:Don't mind her. |
Mrpojj:Go and check the timeline of Boko Haram insurgency from at least 2011. There is relative peace now. |
sexiestharam:You are wrong. Absolute peace is an illusion. |
sexiestharam:I bet you didn't read the part where he mentioned relative peace |
Shibaraba:If you have a FB or Twitter account, someone may be using your picture to do what you will never imagine yourself doing. No one needs to be a celebrity to have his identity stolen. What you should rather be focusing on is the reason why the picture was used. The tribalist behind the false account could never make such a post with their own real identity, and so they cowardly latched on a random picture from the net (of course, a Google search of a Fulani or Hausa name) can bring up pictures from FB or Twitter. Identity theft is common. You don't have to be a celeb to have your picture stolen. All the thief needs sometimes is to use your picture to pass messages that they would ordinarily not be able to pass with their own real identity. |
The reason why false prophets and teachers continue to thrive is because many Christians remain blind to the Truth of the Word of God. Let us examine the prophesy. The prophesy is a warning to Buhari just like the prophesy Jonah gave was a warning to the people of Nineveh. The warning is to be considered by Buhari, not pastors and prophets for the disaster to be averted. It was not Jonah who prayed for Nineveh, rather, it was the people of Nineveh themselves who repented sincerely. Is this false prophet telling us that he gave a prophesy to Buhari and yet was the one who ensured that it didn't come to pass? The average Nigerian Christian's eyes should have opened to the falseness of these charlatans. Their failed prophesies and their ridiculous excuses for these false prophesies reeks of arrogance and falsehood. For years now, God has been showing signs, but Christians have remained blind and are rather content to continue serving and protecting their pastors. |
Does one need a president from one's tribe to thrive in business? I am not a tribalist but I wonder what people mean when they say Igbos have grown to be productive without producing a president. |

surevik:You people have begun to distort the truth. No one claimed that the election was devoid of violence. Not APC, not the foreign observers. You can go on and lick your wounds in sifia pains for another 4 years. ![]() |
alabi484:PCP would fall alphabetically right before PDP. Perhaps, it was the idea of the party founders to steal votes from potential PDP supporters. |
Nawa for Chris Okotie. He was only able to poll 4,554 votes. |
BlaqCoffee109:You can't even prove that Buhari is a despot ![]() If a despot like GEJ can be described as a hero of democracy, then Buhari is a saint. |
BlaqCoffee109:I don't agree that the will of the common man was trampled. It is hard to prove that. |
Luvlyna:Do you need a job? |
BlaqCoffee109:I don't agree that Buhari has proved to be more corrupt. If at all there was electoral manipulation, it is not possible that PDP would be the victim. If I were Buhari who has allegedly been cheated of his mandate in the past, you can't take chances with a PDP whose presidential candidate is Atiku, an old trickster from the hey days of PDP masterful conjectures of 20 million votes. The truth is that you can't trust PDP not to rig. The best bet is to be just as ready for them. I don't even suppose that electoral manipulation is corruption. My opinion, though. |
Pierced:So the bloody elections in Port Harcourt in 2015 was also caused by Buhari the tyrant? |
BlaqCoffee109:When did you people begin to care ![]() Na for Buhari matter una eyes come open. |
faithfull18:How was it not fair? |
Luvlyna: ![]() |

ENIMONEY:By all means, avoid the lagoon. |
VenOmswiftTM:Nigeria's problem is not solely that of leadership. We also have a major problem with structure. I will say it again and again. Bring all the world's best leaders alive and dead and put them in Aso Rock and they will fail. With our pseudo democracy, nothing can work. How can anything work when the foundation is a sham? It is either we practise true federalism with true federalistic devolution of power or we practise the Westminster system of government we practised between 1960-1966. Nothing will work with our type of insincere political structure. |
