Australia and rest countries u mentioned have fixed dia country's..they are not shitholes like us .. so in our peculiar circumstance..we must make vote compulsory by all eligible adults in dis country to chase out vultures from governance and Government.. period

If anyone takes somebody to court for forcing him to have a PVC, or for treating him differently because he doesn't have PVC, the person who took the person to court will definitely win the case..

In as much as I don't blame the people who enforce the “NO PVC, NO ENTRY” policy, I still have to state it clearly that the Nigerian Constitution didn't make it a compulsory obligation for the citizens of Nigeria to vote in elections.

Voting is a “Right” of the citizen - that is, “right to vote and be voted for”.

So, if voting is a right, and not an obligation, then the citizens also have the right to choose NOT to excercise their rights to the fullest. They can choose not “to vote, or be voted for”.
