DDfruitful:
Ministry of works does the construction while ministry of environment is saddle with the responsibility to clean
Which Ministry is then responsible to make sure that the sizing of the Drainages are okay at the design stage.
..
Secondly, which Ministry is responsible for all the additional constructions such as additional Drainages and culverts, increase in the drainage sizes, which are trageted at having a better control/management of the flood and stormwater

This unnecessary explanation is an insult to the sensibilities of Nigerians because she could very well have voted against the proposed amendment in favor of her committees work. Also, she did not 'abstain' but was 'absent' during the vote, there is a difference.
In the end, whether she abstained, or that she was absent,, everything Resulted to Absenteeism

Uzodimma Of Imo State Immediately cComes to Mind. That was one hell of a faulty judgement.
Other judgements like that are also faulty too.
..
Atiku Also comes to mind here.
He should have been interested in ordering for a re-count/re-collation.. But he was busy presenting his own results, as if he is INEC.
Politics › The Main Disadvantage Of Electronic Voting Is That: “Recounting Is Impossible” by BluntCrazeMan(op): 11:27am On Jul 17, 2021
At the election tribunals, going by the Electronic Voting Methods, the only data that can be produced and presented as exhibits and evidences, are those same already-processed figures that are stored in the machines that were used in the Electronic Voting, and also, the figures that were transmitted and stored inside the Collation Servers.
..
There's no way anybody can have access to the raw election data, and start afresh to do the re-counting of the ballots.
..
Meanwhile, even with the current ballot system, nobody had ever called for the recounting of the votes or for re-collation of the votes..
..
Rather, these people would approach the tribunals with their own versions of the election results, and be pleading the tribunals to accept that their own version of results the are the authentic results.
..
The proper thing should be for the aggrieved party to reject the polls outrightly, and then present their cases as to the reasons why there should be a re-counting or a re-collation of the votes as may be required, so that the tribunals can order INEC to do a re-counting or a re-collation of the votes under strict supervisions by all the parties involved, if it were established beyond reasonable doubts that a re-count or a re-collation is necessary.

A lot of people might think that doing the right thing is boring.
..
Well,, we will look into that one later.
Nairaland General › How To Know That You Are Doing “The Right Thing”. by BluntCrazeMan(op):
If you want to live a life of No-Regrets, then make sure that you do “the right thing” always.
..
And what is the “the right thing”??
..
The Right Thing is anything that is backed-up by an absolute truth.
..
And then, an absolute truth is something that remains true always, no matter the angle from which anyone views it.
..
Anything that is an absolute truth is not relative. It cannot be disproven when looked at from another point of view.
..
Typical Examples Of “The Right Thing”.

1. You can enjoy yourself as much as you can, but don't hurt anybody while you enjoy. (If you enjoy alone, you're actually hurting someone who came around to share in your enjoyment, whom you turned down or declined).

2. Shortcuts are not the best way to go. They only solve immediate needs. All those processes that were missed while following a shortcut would definitely be needed to be sorted out all-over again as time goes on.
..
3. Love brings peace. Peace brings happiness. Happiness brings joy. Joy brings positivity. Now, if your love does not bring peace, happiness, joy, and positivity,, but rather anxiety, stress, jealousy, suspicions, and a constant insatiable craving for sex, then that is definitely not love.
..
4. Even if you decide to stay all alone by yourself and be doing absolutely nothing about anything, if your staying alone hurts somebody somewhere, then you are not doing the right thing. Once you get to know that you are hurting someone, please do something about it.
..
There are many many more.

Agbegbaorogboye:
The question is what bandwidth is required for transmission of results.

NL transmits 250Kb for files which can carry jpeg and is easily transmissible with 2G technology. You don't need 3G for transmission of results.
You're even referring to the upload of photos using the INEC Z-Pad..
The Electronic-Transmssion of results uses ordinary mobile-phone network services..
And not Internet.
And it is being done using the Smart-Card Reader.

Honestly, this Issue of Electronic-Transmssion is beginning to attract too much unnecessary attention meehhn.!!
Politics › Electronic Transmssion Of Results Does Not Require INTERNET Connection.. by BluntCrazeMan(op):
The Electronic-Transmssion of Results is actually done with the INEC’s Smart-Card Reader (SCR), and not the INEC’s Z-Pad.
The Z-Pad’s functions are totally different from that of the SCR.

..
The INEC’s SCR doesn't require any form of Internet Connection for it transmit information.
The SCR uses ordinary mobile-phone network services, and it can even tap into any available network service around it (whether the network provider is nigerian-based or not).
If the SCR is even configured further, it can even use Radio-waves to transmit information. Whether SW or AM or FM Radio-waves, depending on the one that it detects, anyone that is available in that area would be used to transmit the necessary information.
..
Thus, when the Engr. Ubale Maska from the NCC Team said:
“In all the polling units studied in 2018, only about 50% have 2g and 3g networks, adding that 4g network which is higher only exists where there is 3g network, therefore making the coverage inadequate.”,, it sounded so funny.
..
Like, it means that the NCC definitely believes that the SCR uses internet connection to transmit information? They don't even know the full capabilities and functionalities of the SCR.
That's a very wrong belief on their side.
..
In fact, both the NCC and the NASS should be schooled properly by the INEC on everything which the Electronic-Transmssion entails.
..
..
And then, for the enlightenment of the public;
INEC should publish a Comprehensive Report of all the test-runnings of the “Electronic-Transmssion” which they have been doing in all the previous elections.

2. This comprehensive report should contain the success-ratings of all the respective test-runnings of the Electronic-Transmssion in each of the previous elections.

3. The Report should also contain the methodologies in details, and also, it should state clearly the Network services (and/or the internet services) that were used, whether they used ONLY the Network Services of the Nigerian-based Telecommunications network providers, or whether other Network Services from International Service Providers were tapped into.
..
..
I for one,, I am one of such persons who would read such reports within the first few days they published it.
