As at 4:00pm on Friday, 4th December 2020; the INEC’s Virtual-Results-Portal has not yet been updated by the INEC, in preparation for the House of Assemblies and Senatorial Districts Bye-Elections which were all scheduled to hold tomorrow - Saturday the 5th of December 2020.

Is it that INEC decided not to use the Virtual-Results-Portal this time around??
