Eventually, I just commot mind, say e go sha show one day ... grin

Special thanks to everyone who has contributed to this chapter in the story of my life. I really appreciate.

in conclusion - I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all. (Ecclesiastes 9 : 11)

God Bless

To the best of my knowledge, you actually have to apply before your 60 days are up,,, then suspend the application till the baby is born... At which point, you'll add the baby to the application

can you believe that yesterday I try to do a Dummy EOI with 70points and was surprised I got invitation to apply for visa today... hehehehhe was surprised self. grin tongue tongue

is this always fast like this?
That is unfair on other people.... The dummy invitation is now wasted, whereas, that wasted invitation is the difference between someone somewhere in the world getting this PR, and missing it for life.....

imagine a situation where there is someone on the queue who should have been invited as the last person in that round, whose 33rd birthday is in two days time and will therefore lose 5 points that he can't recover FOR LIFE.

Just imagine such.... And that person will never know that his dream was denied by a Dummy EOI.

. Canada would have been a better option as my education as well as having siblings who are PRs automatically give me about 30 additional points going the Canadian route. I also won't have to bother about skills assessment and police report.
Not to rain on your parade, but Accountants require huge points for invitation at the moment, even 70 pointers wait ages for invitation... What you have outlined supports Canadian Express Entry better... Just my opinion though

VISA processing for single aplicants seem faster than married ones.
Not really. It all depends on the individual circumstance of the person and several other long factors, there are a number of single applicants on this thread who have been waiting a month and above.

So which means ur course of study could be removed at anytime..there is no point huddle for a course in the list that might still change
It means you should do your possible best to get invited within one year of doing assessment for any specific profession...... After you have been invited, no new decision affects you anymore.....

Usually, when application is finalized and EOI closed but there is no Grant email, , it means your case has been determined to be fully qualified for the visa, however allocation is full, so you can't get the visa grant and details yet.

Congratulations bro. grin

But Haba... This is weird o... Without submitting Medicals and PCC?

Probably there's something I am not understanding here

EA accepts student copy. I submitted student copy to them.. It was colored of course. .. With student copy written boldly across every page

I'm certain if a document is fully black and white, they'll assume its not original

The initial nomination mail wont reflect as an ITA on skill select. The ITA shows only after submitting the necessary documents, paying an amount as the case may be and eventual approval by NSW
Precisely what I was going to say... And as long as the official skillselect ITA for 190 hasn't appeared,,, the EOI is still free for 189 invitation

To the best of my knowledge, No state invites someone who hasn't specifically selected them.., so ya, I think selecting All states practically renders the EOI useless.

No, he can't receive an ITA without knowing. If the email failed to enter, it would still be on his skillselect page.

Is he sure he hasn't lost points somewhere? Probably a birthday at the edge, like 32 changing to 33? ... That could be an explanation... Somehow, his DOE must have changed
