This happens at most checkpoints in Nigeria and indeed all checkpoints (military/police/road safety/customs etc) in the South East. |
Rather than speak through media aides, why not summon up courage to face the press on a live interview. At least we get to hear if you've got anything to offer. |
9yrs later, we still dey look photo ![]() Meanwhile see toll gate oo, when the bridge is far from being ready. |
Obviously, this OBImania is a real threat to 'structures' ![]() Just mention the name OBI and you don blow be that. |
I thought the 'smaller' artistes perform first. |
Obi kererenke Obi Obi kererenke Obi Obi kererenke Obi |
Igini should acually be considered for INEC chairmanship. He will bring order to the system. |
Chai! To go dis kind prison go dey hungry some people now ![]() BTW, I hope say dat desktop get active data subscription. If not eeh... |
Nah waoo! ![]() How many middle names can one person have? Adekunle kor, Ahmed ni |
Pepsi will fold up the day they attempt to sell the same price as coke! |
Same Binta Nyako that became Solocitor-General 6yrs post NYSC? |
Ndi Igbo are already immuned to discriminatory stuff like this. I am still curious as to why the JAMB and unity schools cut off points remain highest among the same Igbos that are not considered 'good enough' for high positions. Until this question is answered, Nigeria will not progress. |
Seriously, this 'disbursement' should be investigated. $322.5m (+ $11m int) would transform our infrastructural deficit. |
Even Obi's critics are so obsessed with his name. 2023 election is obviously Obi Vs all other candidates put together. Indeed, the revolution will reverberate across the nation. |
How come that of all the 18 or so presidential candidates, everyone seems to be fixated on what Obi said or did not say? It only suggests one thing - Obi is the man to beat! Luckily for him, while his detractors are preoccupied in scooping out the minutest of contradiction in anything he ever said in life, not one person has yet accused him of appropriating public funds to himself as is the case with the other leading opponents. Indeed OBIdience is better than sacrifice! |
True true people no get work oo. Abeg PO come help rescue Naija. |
BTW, why are some zombies trying so had to fault our incoming president. Isn't it funny the extent people go to demonize someone whose alleged 'faults' are like child's play compared to his opponents' very glaring avalanche of corrupt enrichment. |
Na waaoo, so everybody don dey put mouth join for the mata. People talk, dis one join too. Nah your moni e take travel? How wetin e go do take concern uninformed, primitive skulls? Since wey he neva go, why you and the others you mentioned no fix the power sef? Don't worry we are happy with the empirical evidence he brings (that's if you understand). Peter Obi is the president we want for a new Nigeria to unfold. Period! |
It is quite an irony that those that keep deriding PO, still can't ignore the revolution he represents. For the sake of the suffering masses of Nigeria, may the heavens grant Peter Obi victory. |
I believe that is their 'salary'. Any other thing is 'egunje'. I also do not believe that every politician is corrupt. Funny enough, many people casting aspersions on them, might do worse if given the opportunity. Make we dey fear God! |
Did OUK (from Old Bende) not handover to TA (also from Old Bende)? Ikpeazu = Abia South (Ukwa/Ngwa) OUK= Abia North (Old Bende) TA and Ikonne are from Abia Central (50% Ngwa and 50% Old Bende). TA has taken Old Bende slot in Abia Central. |
Any proof that these are the real hoodlums? May God please help us. |
I bet those enforcing this are themselves unvaccinated. |
Rita's outfit would have been way classier without that cleavage window |
Even if she had the appointment, would that disqualify her from contesting if she is a student? |
When merit is sacrificed for mediocrity in the name of 'federal character', that's what you get. Funny enough, even local TV stations with OAPs who did not train formally as journalists, are doing better. |
If they were serious, they would have immediately taken action against his conduct. Not coming to cry to the public. Come to think of it, what if other passengers have been infected by such VIPs? |
I knew those rules were unenforceable on 'big men'. This is probably coming up because the said big man belongs to the opposition party. I vehemently frown at such act but then he who comes to equity must come with clean hands. We all watched the flagrant abuse of COVID protocols at a big man's burial in Abuja by those who drew up the guidelines. We siddon dey watch |
I hate to write this (please forgive me ahead). But a naughty part of me is wondering whether Wike would be 'enjoying' that PH girl the way Akpabio wanted to. Come to think of it these guys seem to be pals - same age group, same profession. They may have been having intimate fun siiiiiiiiince Like I said don't attack me oo, I actually mean well. |
Please oo, what are our security agents still waiting for. They should at least help us find out how people become governors without winning elections. Thank you. |
Sad! |
Guys, lets not be emotional or sentimental on this matter. We have only heard one side of the story. We do not know for sure what the TRUE situation is. BTW, without taking sides at all, it is a well known fact that certain communities routinely impose levies for various issues of communal relevance. Even in major cities, residents contribute levies for security, waste management, certain repair works, transformer issues, etc. Even charity organizations (which are not profit-oriented) pay such levies where they are located. Religious organizations also join forces within their neighborhood to address immediate challenges. The question to ask here is, how much is the levy? Is the daily cost of providing supposedly free healthcare to the people not more than the levy? Does the hospital not pay utility bills? Or are they exempted because they offer 'free' services? We must think beyond the surface when issues like this come up. There could be more to it. What if it is no longer financially convenient to sustain such free services considering the present realities of our economy? Should the community become subservient to the benefactor for an apparent philanthropy? Please guys, let reason prevail. Las las dem go sort themselves out. |
