This minister is very funny wuth his statement. I hope that he is not playing politics with power in this country. He needs to get serious and face the task before him and stop making statement that make him look like an "imported" minister. Has he not been living in Nigeria? Let him call and ask anyone of his friends or relations in any other part of the country about the situation of electrity in their areas. In my area, we get 2 hours per day from 1am to 3am and it is 1 day on and 1 day off. Please be serious honourable minister, you came with very high recommendation and a wonderful resume.

It really baffles me the way guys especially on NL batter our own dear President and even his family with names and insults. A people truly deserve the type of President/government it deserve. No respect, not even for family values anymore because of social networking. Disgusting.

please let us be careful in saying it is not in my bible. The bible is the Word of God and not God. Before we start idolising the bible. God still speak to people of today and His words are ever so in tune but we need the Holy Spirit to give us understanding.

Sometimes I just wonder how some people derive so much pleaSure in abusing and insulting the President. Perhaps due to the anonymous nature of NL. But I think we should be a bit. Civil and also respectful inspite. God bless Nigeria. By the way GEJ look good in his white outfit, maybe he should try more whites instead those his black or dull colours.

The President is simply a democrat and obeys the laws of the land. The law of the land is supreme and more important than any personal interest. Kudos to our Presido.

You see that security breaches can happen any where even in the heart of Europe. Where thiS to be in Nigeria, everyone, eSpecially here will take it out poor GEJ and his family. So many responses here are out of point and clearly political. The question was point out Fashola's achievements that qualifies him to be a Presidential material. I personally use to admire BRF especially in his first tenure, email/sms response, road constructn, secuRity, education/schools, BRT etc. However he is a failure in his second tenure. I even send an email enquiry last month and the man just ignored. Most roads that he did are good roads that need little rehab but he goes into full reconstructn. Whereas the new roads that he started are abandoned. The man use to be in the hearts of many people including me but not any more. He has become so arrogant in so many ways and should be advised to mend his ways or reap the fruits in future.

Anything that you attach too much importance to than God becomes an idol to you. It could be your gold, your cars, your house, money, clothes. Gold and diamonds are made by the Lord but people should not idolise them. Simple imo.
