So funny you just divided the whole of Yoruba race into two with impunity and ignorance. Without the fear of been called a zombie, the fact that Nigeria is where it is today is the fault of all the leaders we have had and even more guilty are we the followers. Jonathan had 2 federal radio stations in each state of the federation and a TV station...in some cases two TV stations. And yet he was out "propaganded" and hated? Whether you voted for change or not...we are in this together till 2019....the earlier we began to demand accountability from our government the better for us all... |
mrstheo:Amen!!! |
mrstheo:How you wan born twins for the year wey remain just four months? I'm just curious... |

Just as I was thinking this night that we've finally moved on with this saga... The OP suddenly resurrects the dead dog... |
kennyht7:I have one for sale...but are you in Ibadan? |
Hello...glad to see this. I should be able to bring my 02 Lexus to you within the week, I need some professional advise on the lean bank error code. |
This is what logical reasoning has been reduced to in this nation. Of all the economic reasons why the dollar subsidy to pilgrims whether Christians, Muslims or traditionalist was a bad move, a Nigerian can only see a religious divide. The jazz the Nigeria elite is using on average Nigerians is very potent. At a time when even remittances to Nigeria is been clamped on due to round tripping, we still see someone justifying another opportunity for it. I have in this past week concluded that this is just how Nigeria has been wired...there's not going to be any change... |
You dey mind those mofos? They have practically opened an account for me in almost all the Nigeria banks...but as usually they have very poor creativity... It's no longer ATM disabling...it's now a rubbish bulletin... But to face reality...the hustle for survival is very real these days... |
Padding of the budget...ko le werk! |
It's so funny some Nigerians still think all these noise will lead to a meaningful prosecution and punishment. The way the issue of Saraki has been treated so far is a pointer to how this Dogara case will also be handled. If there is action for the common man in Nigeria...it should be weeping and wailing as our commonwealth is been squandered by the fools in power.... |
This is how we allow politicians to divide us with religion and tribe. If Reno thinks PYO has failed as the vice president of the federal republic of Nigeria, he should clearly say it without recourse to religion. Imagine if someone from another religion had insinuated that PYO is a fake pastor...all hell would have by now been let loose... |
Governance in Oyo state is already on auto pilot.... I hope people of the pace setter state will be more discerning next election year... |
You are running a 32bit windows operating system. There is a limit on RAM usage on machines with 32bit OS. You can get a systems engineer to upgrade the OS to a 64bit windows operating system. |
You are certainly waiting for a long thing... The hype of the deal has concluded it's task...which was to give Nigerians what to talk about for only 2 weeks. |
Stanleywaxy:I see you are not following my thoughts... The current EPL was founded in 1992, how many games was running live on tv and across the world as at then? Some clubs play in the lower divisions...how many of them do you know? But go to their home grounds you will see the fans wearing their jerseys and supporting them. If we don't build the brands no one will come and see it or support it...have you seen a single EPL game with empty stadium? A long time ago....iwayaun nationale...abiola babes were popular and privately owned... until these Nigerians could no longer support them....but lately...we have mfm...ifeanyi uba...ikorodu utd...the relegated Giwa FC coming up while dangote is running to London to go and buy arsernal...even abramovic has a club in Russia. On a final note...everybody in Nigeria need to come together to build the nation we desire...we've done enough of pushing the bulk...and it has not helped us. Pick a local club...support them by paying to watch them....buy their jerseys...see if they won't make more money and pay the players well. You will be surprised how you can contribute to improving the quality of the league and Nigeria in general. |
9icetoo:Now I'll assume that Michelin will not just recommend the number of useful years for a tyre without specifying certain usage conditions. Now if something as little as temporary over pressure could cause the damage that I had...don't you think that even less than 4 years should be recommended for tyres in Nigeria...where you are not even sure of what your vulcaniser is doing when gauging....patching and inflating our tyres? My thoughts are not backed by data or empirical facts...but I think it's logical. |
Stanleywaxy:There was a thread some days ago...one dude was asking pastors to talk on behalf of Nigerians because there was suffering in the land while he seats in the comfort of his own room. Who exactly are you expecting to develop the Nigerian league? God abi or Angels? Which one came first in Europe? People went to watch the local league or the league improved before they went to watch? During the beginning of last season in Ibadan...the VIP ticket for a game was N500, people will pay and not find seats because people who came in with complementary (free) tickets had taken all the choice spots. Then we started complaining...and guess what during the mid season break, the management of 3sc numbered all the seats in the VIP section of the stadium...when you buy a ticket, the number on it automatically becomes your seat number... You wouldn't even need to ask any to standup from your seat...just call the stewards and the dude on your seat will be asked to leave. The VIP section came to live and the management started making some money no matter how small. In the last election some people said...there was no good candidate hence they didn't vote...guess what they are enjoying part of the suffering now...maybe their votes could have upturned the results... We need to participate in Nigeria for things to get better.....the only things most Nigerians are good at is complaints...no action or at best we say cancel it....delete it....remove it... |
Some people are Buhari's monitoring spirit... |
HungerBAD:I guess the Buckingham palace is also a waste.... |
Stanleywaxy:I have only one question for you...when was the last time you saw a local league game? I support shooting stars of Ibadan...i have their jersey...I watch their games live in the stadium...thousands other fans do too every week... I doubt if you know that dstv transmitts 3 games live every week....do you even know that some clubs play their games under flood lights now... If there's been anything that has improved in Nigeria in the last 3 years...it's the Nigerian professional league. |
Stanleywaxy:And how will it get there when folks like you who don't event no the road to the stadium not to talk of the names of the clubs make noise about little issues within the league. How did the EPL become what it is today? Wasn't it because of the support it got locally from average citizens? Wait there till Chadians or Cameroonians begin to support our league for you. |
UndisputedBosom:Stop speaking out of ignorance... Worse than this happened to the last premier league game between Manchester united and west ham...or you didn't see the issues between the English and Russian fans during the Euro cup? I didnt see you say you would stop supporting them. Edit: This is bad and the perpetrators should be brought to book. |
LivingBetter:Thanks... The top ply on the Tyre got removed more reason why i suspected that it was an expiry issue. I have followed Tyre pressure recommendations on the tyres for quite a while although it's still a bit difficult to know if the pressure gauge are calibrated. |
The yorubas have an adage that says...if you had ever witnessed the destruction caused by thunder...you will not abuse it's god. One of the tyres of my Honda Crv blew out on the 3rd main land bridge this year...the tyre that did the damage was only some months past the four years.... I lost the car and I was just lucky we didn't trip over into the lagoon. I will rather stick with the four year usefull life for tyres and be safe than argue it and remain at risk. If FRSC is unable to prove that my tyres are expired after four years...how am I able to prove that they haven't? |
Ranchhoddas:I won't reply a foolish comment, less you drag me through the lanes of your stupidity and even beat me to it with experience. Run along boy...No more responses from me. |
Ranchhoddas:Thanks...you are entitled to your opinion or comment, and I am to mine. Just a word of advise, check my signature before you respond to me in the future! |
Another lazy Nigerian...what have you done to protest the injustice and hunger in the land other than to buy cheap internet and come on Nairaland? We just want to cross our hands and legs while others fix our issues for us.... We are not only lazy...we are also docile! |
I guess the suffering in the land has produced surplus common sense... So more need for Twitter commonsense.... |
When you are good in what you do...even your arch rivals will not be able to fault your success... Sai Baba...I beg do something o... Go CR7.... |
The hustle to survive is very real now...hopefully, it won't get bloody. |
Ok...my comment is going to be off topic... Didnt we all shout on that former PM that said we are a fantastically corrupt people? Imagine a struggling youth stealing from another struggling youth... |
