slim85:Processing time is about 70days or even more... |
iammartinzo:No news yet...both applications still has final decision not started. |
Without the fear of been called a wailer the OP is spot on. The negotiation with both factions of the NLC is a pointer to the sinister motive of the government on this issue, government should not ask the labour unions to obey court orders when the president himself has brazenly disobeyed court orders. The loosers in this game are the masses...Nigerians will one day wish they didn't participate in the decimation of labour in Nigeria. For the records...I am particularly indifferent on the strike action. |
iammartinzo:I am not really anxious... Whether it is released or not, i will be on vacation first and second week in August, God giving us life. I can only be worried if my passport was with them. |
shaffy19:Congratulations...but suppose you were denied, God no go sidon for throne again? Let's stop taking this visa thing as do or die joor...if I plan to visit a place for vacation and I'm denied, no be to visit another place? Abi you dey go to sidon for the place? |
iammartinzo:No news yet...I am suspecting that my bank might be dulling the process. Since my SoA is one of the documents that might be verified. |
100Cents:Of course not...but this particular one is... |
100Cents:If you are still in Nigeria, don't bother receiving it...it's a RHD car... |
Obiwests:You might need to call the VFS office to confirm. I am happy to hear that there is a UPS service for the submission of the passports. When did you apply? |
I was wondering...African football was discussed in Mexico? There was a continent.... |
Dear OP, how is re-evaluate same as devalue? I wouldn't have blamed you is this was on a broadcast, would have assumed you didn't get his accent...but this is on print!!! |
BERNIMOORE:No one asked them to come out the last time, they did on their own conviction. Come to think of it, most of these people can afford the luxuries of life...the common man in Nigeria should stop looking unto others for help... You don't need a diploma or university degree to be an activist...once you set up the stage at ojota, others will join you... |
They did their own bit back then... It is your turn now...instead of calling them cowards and running to nairaland, oya...go out and begin to lead the protest... |
I thought some folks accused the then opposition party APC of organising the the labour to partake in the 2012 occupy nigeria protests. I am still waiting for the new opposition party, the PDP to organise the labour and Nigerians to the streets for protests. Nigeria has suffered double jeopardy in the last couple of months....lower crude oil prices resulting in lesser income and weakening naira....even lower purchasing power. Governance is not static and a position or decision taken yesterday might not suffice for the realities of today. Hence the people against fuel subsidy removal four years ago can be in the fore front championing it's implementation now. I cannot even see the removal as the solution to the perennial scarcity of petroleum products...we need to see our regulatory authorities doing their job ensuring the quality of the available products and accurate dispensing pumps. |
I have a very clean note 4 with all accessories...rarely used. WhatsApp only...zero eight zero six two one eight four seven six four... |
Vivychi:Waoh....so sorry to hear that, for some others, the waiting continues.... |
Chai...looks like dey don comot baba leg true true o... |
iammartinzo:You are about 60 days gone...I did biometrics on the 10th March, so I guess we should expect some information from them this week or early next week... |
Vivychi:Average processing time for a TRV is between 65 and 70days... Tell your friend to chill for another 2 to 3 weeks... |
Ezedon:Rather some Nigerians will develop high BP while expecting him to perform miracles... |
I am not particularly impressed by the leadership style of Buhari on the economy and his anti-corruption drive but if Fayose must blame Fayemi for non payment of just 4 months salaries in Ekiti, he should also blame GEJ for leading us down this path of economic doldrums... |
I have tried to refrain from commenting on this Tiwa Savage and her husband wahala. But I couldn't keep quiet in the face of some ignorant contributions. How people who are not privy to the details of the contract Tiwa signed with Pampers talk so confidently beats my imagination. It should be pardonable if one person decides to go solo in ignorance but more worrisome are the zombies and wailers who nod graciously to what they completely know nothing about. I am also not privy to the contract details, but being conversant with some of the rules governing the corporate business of the company that produces pampers, it is very possible that free pampers is not part of the deal. The company by policy does not give free products to people who can afford to buy it. Till one of you can produce a copy of the Tiwa's contract showing she will be supplied with pampers, you can forever remain silent... |
Check your tires...they don't like been kept on a spot for a very long time... |
Easier said than done... The best tip up there is maintaining a safe driving speed. Ensure your tires are within the manufacturers usage period. Take serious note of strange noise or wobblings from your car. It might save your life and other road users. I had a blow out from one of my rears tires same week the with the Ocholi family but we luckily came out alive, myself...wifey and the two kids on the third mainland bridge. |
kolajoo:@Kolajoo, did you apply with conference/training or hotel booking/vacation purpose? I am still wondering why some applications are running into several months. |
friendly101:You mean Oct 2015? Are you applying to be the president of CA? ![]() They are completely on their own, since my passport is with me, i have no worries. |
guttentag:I'm just 47days gone today... Like 20 days remaining... My travel is not until August though... |
And without the fear of been called a zombie...when exactly did Boko Haram become an issue in Nigeria? I don't understand when you folks will understand that the election campaigns are over... It's time for the serious business of governance...but unfortunately while the opposition is still in campaign mode...the ruling party is fast asleep at the wheels... |
Almost 70 days for processing...na wah for this people o. I hope it will not become a calendar year very soon.
|
