illicit: I can teach him diction for a token OP, Don't listen to this guy. He's just trying to make a few bucks off another's challenges. Tell your friend to promptly watch as many black American movies as he can. Mostly the ones with humour contents. And he should do so with a media application that provides subtitles for the movies. That shit helps faster than any tutelage he can have from anybody. Owing to the few freelance jobs I've had to handle, I have entertained English conversations with native American accents, native British and even Irish laced accents. And being one who's always had a flair for movies, understanding them came with no difficulties. On my part, I simply speak my Nigerian English with calm and firm dictions and we're all fine. |

Business › Re: Concerns As Naira Emerges Worst Performing African Currency In 3 Months by BoldBrainz(m): 7:58am On Sep 01, 2023 |
Parachoko: Common sense should let you understand why I was talking about the Cedis.
The Cedis was doing badly few month ago just like the Naira is doing now, but today, it's one of the Best Performing Currency in Africa. Common sense? The Ghana cedis is NOT one of the best performing currencies in Africa. It is as a matter of fact, a failing currency that is struggling parity with the Zimbabwean dollar which is currently exchanging at 2.14 ZWD to 1 naira. The cedis was doing just fine until the redenomination policy which has seen its value plummet abysmally and is currently sitting beyond 90% of its initial worth. Even as disappointing as the cedis is, One GhC currently exchanges for 67.76naira and your supposed "common sense" puts you in a place to champion the course for the support of a government and policies that are impoverishing the people and economy of your country. So much for the common sense you're arrogantly preaching! |
Business › Re: Concerns As Naira Emerges Worst Performing African Currency In 3 Months by BoldBrainz(m): 7:24am On Sep 01, 2023 |
Parachoko: I don't understand your Question. The news article basically centered on the failing naira, you deliberately moved in another direction to comment on Ghana cedis. And I'm asking you, is your country Nigeria using cedis? Why are you avoiding the subject matter only to be making reference to a currency that doesn't concern you and your country? |

Anything to bring down the nation is their paramount joy.
Modified:
Jobless and headless mobs are already quoting me.
They're already feeling guilty even when I did not mention any name or party. Leave the crowd alone. Address the subject matter, which is the dwindling naira and economy. If there was nothing negative to gloat over, there'll be no crowd for you to worry about. |

Family › Re: His Wife Went For Omugo In Uk And Refuses To Come Back by BoldBrainz(m): 3:40am On Sep 01, 2023 |
bukatyne: I asked the question, didn't I? Indeed you did. Marriage, love and religion are three phenomena without operational manuals. They all mean different things to different individuals and are not concepts any one soul can lay claims of proficiency to. Primary reason I hardly debate on them in public. Having experienced all three, I can afford to give confident insights into them without claiming my perceptions to be factual grounds. So it amounts to folly when anyone wakes up to call themselves "marriage counsellors" or even wave off marriage as a "simple affair". |
Family › Re: His Wife Went For Omugo In Uk And Refuses To Come Back by BoldBrainz(m): 3:31am On Sep 01, 2023 |
UnfairLife7: Says who?
Maybe you should go check UN data
Let me school you a little
There are more Male in general than female in the world There are more Male maternal death than female (meaning female infant survived childbirth than male infant) There are more aged female than aged male (meaning women live longer than men)
Go and check life expectancy in Nigeria and any part of the world, women has high Life expectancy than Men Kindly disregard the UN data when relating this scenario to the Nigerian reality: - There aren't more females than males in Nigeria. Not in the slightest. Even our last population census put paid to that. But if that's not a reliable data source to you, do the practical sampling yourself, and that's quite simple. Travel round states in Nigeria and explore rural settlements. I had a stint with Unicef for about 2years and collection of in-country data was my departmental specialty. - Mortality rates in black infants does not have a gender peculiarity. For every five births in Nigeria, three are females, two are males. Mortality remains a random phenomenon that's largely dependent on factors bothering on causes that show no vulnerability prevalence just because a baby is a female. - It's a huge lie when you claim there are more aged females than males in Nigeria. Again, travel round your country. The fact old men like Ned Nwoko can marry six young wives should even tell you more. - Life expectancy in Nigeria is generally the same for both genders. It rather differs between urban and rural dwellers. There's a reason aged men seek to retire to their hometowns after having their careers in urban cities. |

Brymo "was" raw talent because he started doing drugs recently and has been going off tangent with words and actions. That simple. |
