Eyaaaaaaaaaaaa, so sad.

Please can you enlighten us how a person can overcome this cholesterol accumulation?

Thanks in anticipation of your response.
- At the very least, 30 minutes of aerobics for five days in a week, or an hour for three days, whether in-house or outside, depends on preference and convenience.

- Plenty of fluids intake, water most preferably. But less of extremely cold water.

- Drastic reduction in fats/oil consumption. Extremely important. Cause congealed oil in the system is what becomes solid fatty deposits that stick up in vessels, arteries, tubes, etc., thereby blocking internal circulation.

- System detoxification, at least once a month.

- Have an electronic blood pressure device at home. Constant checks should keep you abreast of the state of your heart. There's the one fashioned like a wristwatch. Last I checked, it was around 35grand. Rechargeable and durable.

Just that itsy bitsy. Nothing fancy..

You can't even spell your way out of a conversation and you're standing with another confused person who has no idea how to properly utilise a mandate he coercively bought.. huh.

Between you and Tinubu, I'm at a loss as to who deserves the most pity.

BreconHills:
Not really. When you want to arrest a ship, you give a warning, then you fire a warning shot and then you take extreme measures as you deem fit. Every banker knows that some Nigerians want the price differential between the official and black market to continue. As we speak the official rate is about 735 while the black market has a differential of 150+ at the very least. Who can buy at the official rate? No one.

The guys in the black market will not give up without a fight. Who gives away easy money just like that? Unfortunately, these guys as well as some others are buying up the dollar at any price using prior profits to balance their trade book. There is now a severe shortage of USD. Meanwhile, overseas remittances from the diaspora which are about $14.6bn per year are not flowing through the CBN due to the plethora of transfer apps ad person to person offset deals.

We all know this.

Government efforts are hampered by massive discounts being given by Russia to China in the oil industry. In fact, a lot of Nigerian cargo is unsold. Add to this the foreign reserve level is abysmally low - nominally about $35bn but actually more like $22 bn meaning the Government is restricted in how far it can push USD into the market to force up the naira. This is why the President spoke of difficult days ahead.

However even with a low reserve and well-heeled FX hoarders - Government can hurt those buying about the 800 mark in a major way. I believe this is what they will start doing to force down the USD. How long they can sustain it is anyone's guess but every day without the subsidy is saving us an at -the- end of the month $1.3bn. Some of which can be applied to the naira defense. Some hoarders will start releasing FX immediately after this warning - like I said those who have bought at the highest recent rates.

Look the very people shouting against the government are those who have been profiting from the lop-sided economy - this includes pengassan oil unions who are bleeding because petroleum diversion is going out of business.
You're clearly not one for plenty of conversations, particularly not on public internet forums. Why then did you suddenly find the need to put down this detailed narrative to me?

it is simple to use, you can check how much is left on the meter, you can how many kilowatts you are using to predict how long the kilowatts you bought will take you, the meter will start blinking blue, then red when you are about to finish the kilowatts, it can't be stolen and used
Quite informative. Gracias!

I think people just speak and type anything that comes to their mind without being sensitive to public perception.

What language is "We are tired of sucking dk" for crying out loud? That's too vulgar and embarrassing to be used by acclaimed learned folk no matter what they are protesting.

And they are showing it to the public. I think we have been too influenced by Westerners to the extent that our culture is fast waning, pity!
What are you going on about?

Victims of societal anomalies are protesting out of anger and you're more concerned about the morals behind the application of semantics? Are you sure you're well?

So just so they shouldn't offend your sensibilities, they probably should have written: "We're fed up of being induced and coerced to administer mouth action to the opposite gender" abi?

Something dey work you huh!

Is Tinubu God that he cannot be criticized?

If anyone observe any wrong decision in the system, you say it out loud.

However, you provide alternative as you criticize and that's constructive criticism. That's what we need even though the president may have access to certain information which you may not have.

The bookworm.
Lol.
I did. He's wheezing and pushing breaths between sentences. That is an extreme case of cholesterol accumulation. Some of his heart tubes and blood vessels are pretty clogged, so there isn't free flow of blood and air to his heart.

Last person I knew with a similar health challenge died 2years ago and he was just 59.

How did you conveniently miss the part of the write-up where it was clearly stated that he printed the 23.7trillion naira under express instructions from Buhari?

Why are you all slyly negating to call for Muhammadu Buhari's arrest and attendant prosecution? What did Buhari need that amount of money for and why did he have it printed outside the knowledge of the Parliament?

I don't like it when people try to be mischievous! Buhari should have first been in DSS custody long before Emefiele got arrested.

Adetokunbo Pearse just called Tinubu an "ordinary book-keeper". That was some very mean thing to say. But he's right. And this man has to do something about the cholesterol clogging round his heart muscles. From the way he's breathing while speaking, he sadly has less than 8years left in him if he doesn't do something about his blood pressure issues, and fast.
