Bigprick9inches: Bro explain scratching your self when you sleep with gloves and on a very soft bed. BTW I am not religious. Bros do you know what that is? It's a sleep apnea machine. It's mine. When i used to have "spiritual suppression " and it would feel like someone was sitting on my chest, i did what any religious person who believed in god would do. I went to see a doctor . I was diagnosed with the ailment because my nasal pathways was blocked and they prescribed the machine for me to use. I used it for 3 years and now i sleep like a baby. And to answer your question; Anyone who thinks that his inability to sleep is due to witches and wizards will also believe anything that happens to him is due to witches and wizards. There is no changing that kind of person's mentality. Lol. You are not religious but can even contemplate to ask that question. Ok.

AndrewFarms: Think how you may, buh keep your insults to yourself alone...
I'd rather be gullible a million times over for God, the Most High than to be like you and yet lack the things of the heavenly such as Grace and Favour from the Almighty God.......
The laws of physics, maths and science can't define this yet they acknowledge the existence of the Heavenly realm....
Feel free to stick to your beliefs while I stick to mine, buh if you're not satisfied.... "JUST HUG A TRANSFORMER CLOSEBY" Lol. Define favor? At the end of the day, it will mean having peace of mind or being comfortable or successful as it means to you right? I didn't need your fairy tale god to have all that. Do you know what irony is? Irony is when a man you keep giving money to, uses it to buy the best clothes, drive the best cars, have his kids go to the best schools, own private jets, but tells you that the reason you don't have those things is because you need to believe in a god . You guys are just too dumb for words. |

Bigprick9inches: Dude can you explain the scratches? Almost every night, I wake up with scratches on my body. Do you know why? Because I scratch myself when I sleep. Plus, if you sleep on hard surfaces you are bound to have scratch marks. You people don't know how dangerous this "everything is the Devils" fault. That's how you die young. Instead of him to go see a doctor, he is looking for the easy answer. Na wa for una. |

emusmithy: It's called Demonic Oppression.
It's not only in the night, sometimes in the daytime. Ask BENIN witches and others.
Once, I was speaking to a girl in school then, and she narrated how she gets oppressed during the day while on a little nap reading in the school library. . Really? I wonder why you guys even bother to get an education. It is completely wasted on all bible thumping crazies. A normal person would have gone to the hospital by now. The guy is probably suffering from sleep apnea and you are talking about demonic possession. Why una be like dis na? |

SalamRushdie: I cant blame anyone for complaining , the suffering looks like we are in the middle of a civil war but the truth is we are in middle of the incompetence of an incoherent dull man with an IQ of 15 called Buhari You are talking like this is the first, second, or third time there has been fuel scarcity in Nigeria. Have you ever wondered why this has been part and parcel of Nigeria's history? Since independence fa? You are blaming the wrong person. Buhari is a Nigerian doing what Nigerians know how to do best. And that is to do what's best for themselves and themselves only. In 2070 you guys will still be complaining of the same thing over and over again. You all need to understand the root of the problem. The citizens are the problem and not your leaders. Why? Because Nigerians are generally bad and you cannot pick a good leader from a country where the citizen are predominantly bad. It is just not possible. This is why the cycle of bad leaders will continue forever in Nigeria until the citizens decide to start doing things the right way. |

SmallmebigGod: First of all I need to appreciate you for maintaining this conversation insult free despite sharing different opinion s , this has been rare on Nairaland this days. Now I understand what you shared, I have seen many bad side and excesses of Nigeria police but let's cone down to reality, no one or no group of people is so bad that will not have anything good to offer no matter how rarely this happens. Nigerian police have also acted gallantly in some instances and I believe some good ones exists amidst them. Compliments I won't lie. I'm usually not that patient. We would have been at cuffs by now. The only reason why the conversation has not gone to the gutters is because i noticed that you had coherence in your argument which is rare on NL. But, that being said, Nigerians have a long way to prove to me that there is hope in that country. Have a good day. |
Crime › Re: Why We Shot Abia Kidnappers In Their Private Parts – Nigerian Police by Bollinger(m): 1:48pm On Dec 24, 2017 |
SmallmebigGod: You see where the issue lies, because it is Nigeria police, let's not right them off, there are good ones with good act amidst them and I guess this is just a cheap blackmail by some people to ride on the existing public bias against police Guy, there are none. A good person can never survive in a bad organization. It is just not possible. Two things will happen. He/she is either forced out of the organization or he/she is re oriented into their way of thinking. If there were ample good people in the Nigerian police force, it would not be like that. What am i even saying? If there were ample good people in Nigeria, the country would not be like that. The same principle applies. And that is the root of Nigeria's problem. The number of bad people overwhelms that of the good ones and the result is the over saturation of bad people in all facet of public and private life. That country scares the phuck outta me. |

SmallmebigGod: And we are not there to believe they didn't do that. It also depends on the situations, there are missions where you can't do that, you have ti catch the other party unaware . let's not just castigate the police because of what we know them to be In any other country i would give the police the benefit of doubt but not the Nigerian police. The most unprofessional, and corrupt police force in world. Second only to the iraqi police force. No freaking way. |
Crime › Re: Why We Shot Abia Kidnappers In Their Private Parts – Nigerian Police by Bollinger(m): 1:31pm On Dec 24, 2017 |
SmallmebigGod: The headline is definitely misleading, they were in gun battle with kidnappers that doesn't care where the bullet hit, groin or head. This ur 'normal countries' even if a suspect shot at them engaging them , they won't care using anything available to catch him including a gunshot if that's what they could use. You are saying they should announce their presence to someone who already shot at them. Policemen are someone's father, someone's husband and someone's children , you can't expect them to be using tasers when the other side hold Ak47 Like i said, the things you guys are used to scares the shiit outta me. Meanwhile, in normal societies, it's standard practice to announce yourself before engaging in gunfight with criminals. "This is the police. Put down your guns and come out with your hands up". They always say that. Even with loud speakers so that the criminals don't claim they didn't know they were the police. |

SmallmebigGod: The point is we all now are distracted, might get justice for the kidnappers, and eventually the kidnappers got freed through the same extra judiciary means we are talking about. The police might be wrong if they shot them after capturing them , but in the process of overpowering them, they can use any available means, we all watch the footage of that bank police man killed by robbers are you telling me that if someone caught the robbers and shot him even at the head we will still be defending him. We need to be fair to the police, if the kidnappers were the one that overpowered police and capture them, worse would have been the policemen's fate That is the mentality in Nigeria. In normal countries, you don't curtail situations by any means necessary. You'd go to jail for that. You use the appropriate force for the appropriate situation. A policeman is supposed to announce his presence if possible, tell them to drop their weapons and if they refuse engage them with force until the threat is neutralized. Did you read the headline? They deliberately shot them in the groin. How does that make sense to you? In a gun fight, no one thinks to aim at the groin. It means they had already been apprehended and they still shot them. Smh. The things you guys are used to scares the shiit outta me. |

SmallmebigGod: We are not there to ascertain that they were shot at after being overpowered. The victim lost his life here from torture by the kidnappers and we are here fighting for them bad guys That is not the point. There are rules the police have to use when arresting suspects. Remember this when they descend on innocent civilians ooo. |
