Popular Nollywood actress, Foluke Daramola Salako has been appointed as brand Ambassador for Ekiti State Festival tagged, ‘EKTI FEST’.

The chubby actress who has been missing in Nollywood since her marriage elatedly said, “I have been made a brand ambassador of the Ekiti State Festival, so, I am here in Ekiti more than the way I do stay in Lagos. I’m among the first set of Nollywood practitioners who took Nollywood people to Ekiti. I was appointed as an ambassador because of my educational pedigree and about the only celebrated face in Yoruba Nollywood with a Masters Degree in International Law and Diplomacy.”

Although, Moji Olaiya, Bukkie Wright, Ireti Osayemi and a hosts of others are expected to grace the event which will come up in December 2013, they have not been favoured or received accolades like Foluke

Ekiti State first lady, Mrs Bisi Fayemi will be the Chairperson for the committee of the Festival while Chief Mrs.foluke ekiti Ronke Okusanya, the State’s Commissioner for Culture and Tourism would be the Vice Chairperson.

U shld quit and move on if u don't feel fulfilled, I was in d same shoes couple of years back, I applied for computer sciences in Nigeria, got meteorology and I wasn't happy abt it and did very poor in sch, my grades were bad buh deep down I knew I was not a poor student just lack of enthusiasm. I had 2 quit, travelled and did 3months program 2 rediscover myself and find my major strength and I chose human resources management... it was worth it at d long run....

Bolushalom: Thanks for your contribution. This is btw Law and Communications and media studies. I really dnt mind any of the courses. I want to be a Lawyer but I really find Nigerian Law boring, the whole process, the court system, and I dnt look forward to court visits, I didnt find what I expected when I applied and it killed my enthusiaasm. As for communication and Media studies, I really dnt mind.
