Yesterday at noon, two young men were walking
in the rich neighbourhood of VGC Lekki.
A young lady was constantly watching them from
her balcony. She made a kissing gesture at them.
Confused, one of d guys looked behind to see if
they were the one the lady was signaling. To his
great surprise the lady pointed at him to confirm
he was the one she was signaling. In attempting
to honour the invitation, the other guy held his
hand to dissuade him not to go, that it was a trap.
The 1st guy looked at his friend and said to him
"This beautiful sheri pawpaw dey call me, you say
make i no go? You be bad belle, You dey craze?
Make u dey go, I go join you later the guy zoomed
off to the gate entrance, and went up to the lady.
There, she welcomed him with a smile and ask
him to sit on the sofa and be comfortable. She
will be with him soon. Minutes later the door bell
rang.... She whispered "my husband has come
back unexpectedly, please, take the pressing iron
and pretend to be ironing" she added more
clothes.
The husband was wearing the rank of a Colonel in
the army.
The guy obliged and took the iron and began
ironing the clothes as the husband sat there
watching TV throughout.
He ironed the clothes of the husband, woman,
children, tablecloths, sheets, curtains till 6pm. The
woman then gave him one thousand naira
The next day, the guy meets the other and
narrates his ordeal.
The other guy : "Eeeeh, no be you wan date
beautiful sheri koko?.... if you care to know, those
clothes you ironed?

In my opinion, you have lost the fight against corruption the moment you disobey a court order, especially when it is your first in office.

You don't fight corruption without restructuring the Judiciary to block loopholes exploited by criminals to get away with evil(Buhari doesn't know this, but I am sure those leading him on do).

You don't fight corruption without restructuring the security and intelligence agencies to make them independent, accountable, and increase peoples' confidence in them.

You will lose the fight against corruption once you prioritize force over strategy (you are not fighting dumb kids but extremely smart and intelligent people, some with global connections), and that is another reason I believe Buhari has lost this fight.

You know what they spent their hay days doing, they spent it thinking about their future, they spent it planning and executing same in pursuit of specific set out goals, they spent it studying about who, what and where they want to be in the next 5 years, they spent it listening to music that raised their spirit, they spent it thinking about how to live Godly, honestly, and prosper as well because they know it is not only possible, but the shortest route to living happily tomorrow, they spent it becoming the 'connection' others would need to rise, they spent it becoming a government unto their fellow men. These ones my friend are they who would become the youth leaders of tommorow, eventually becoming the leaders of tomorrow. Be wise, pray, plan and accept no negative thoughts and even the skies, won't be worthy of being called your starting point.

Guys, I am on a very tight budget and am looking to buy an inverter that can carry a laptop, phone, standing fan and two energy saving light bulbs. Also I am looking at a system that would be easily expanded in the future to accommodate an ac unit, 2 flat screen TVs and 4 additional laptops. I need advice on which inverters would work best for this setup, as well as a good and affordable battery, at least for the initial setup. Don't know if a budget of 60k will be enough for the initial setup?

At a time when the nation would have easily recovered from the shock of fuel subsidy removal, as well as had funds to absorb same shock, these hypocritical ones were sponsored to protest, even without their knowledge. Any kid with common sense would have known it was a sponsored protest, but alas, common sense is not common at all.
Lessons haven't been learnt yet, that is why they are still supporting this scam of a government. But God said, "In a time of great hunger and lack, my people will live in abundance", so no qualms, enjoy the drama while it lasts.
