Lies, am from Kenya, we got other cities too. Check out Mombasa at the coast(indian ocean) it's more touristy and the beaches there are out of this world. There is Kisumu City too, which is located at the shores of the biggest lake in Africa, Lake Victoria. Nakuru City with the lake and the flamingoes is an iconic site also.

I served in Owerri, stayed extra 6months after my service. Who tell you say Owerri no get slum or ghetto?...Owerri roads are f*cking bad, I stayed at world bank and in that area light no dey last more than 30mins. From world bank to FMC junction you go see bad road run for Owerri. That area 45 side yes good planning but mostly covered with hotels and low budget road designs. Have you gone through the tunnel roachas constructed? Rubbish tunnel. Owerri can't be compared to pH my guy. Owerri is fine no doubt bt not as developed as pH. You don drive pH for night before?
