Firstly,igini doesn't have the power to cancel any results already declared or recorded at the units,only the presiding or collation officers have that power and finally the courts.please get this right.the 2015 guber election in abia state is a good instance.

Secondly,according to the presiding officer testimony plus testimonies of inec and akpabio witnesses from the beginning of this case (i have followed this case judiciously),votes were canceled based on card reader records not manual register as you are thinking.total registered voters in the manual register of essien udim is over 90k.total votes cast was 70k and ticked as accredited in the register.but according to card reader,only 19k were accredited.inec is not looking at manual register but just card reader which is unlawful.
Thirdly once the above two has been established before the court,the election will either be canceled or akpabio's votes of 61k restored and he be declared winner or they will be a rerun in essien udim in which all favors akpabio.

Finally,the supreme court does not care about whether votes are phantom or rigged.it is looking at whether the election process was well followed.these process include using the manual register for accreditation,making sure that votes does not exceed what is in the register,no violence or intimidation in most units and results recorded in the form ec8a.once these processes are followed,the election stands.

I really have limited time to continue on these back and forth. But let me state that investing $14b to $18b in a refinery that is not near the wells in a country that has double digits inflation, double digits interest rate and an approval for Modular Refineries is not the best idea. How will he deliver the feed ? Piping ? (capital intensive, exposure to vandalism, expense on pipeline survellance), Trucking (bad idea), Rail transport (capital intensive).




Modular refiners site their plants at the epicenters of the oil and Independent marketers drive in, load products and move to destination, this is a better business module.

I dont know about you guys but there are better things to invest $14b to $18b into and get better RoIs. In fact, I think he is targeting other African countries with the investment, cos it is easier to ship the products abroad but he didnt evaluate the permanent cost associated with delivery of the feed from wells to his plant.

Tithing is not a scam, as u quoted 2corin.9:7, you give willingly, no one is forcing anybody, whatever the men of God uses it for is their business, it's left for God to judge.

I don't know of any case where the Police posed with their suspect or brought out Shayo and were drinking and shooting in the Air outside Africa . In Russia they would have covered his head with a bag and bundled him away. In America they would have cuffed him and escorted him away then the Police will hold a proper press briefing.
