Project Update

I hit the site very late yesternight because I was busy picking up materials to complete the roofing work. The main building is fully covered and we're already covering the grave site.

Picture updates later today as soon as I tidy up all the loose ends. Meanwhile, POP ceiling works are ongoing.

Parapet and Decking planks removal ongoing. The electrician is busy tubing the pipes. The plumber moves in today.

Pre-Finish Works Underway

Finally the project has begun with preliminary and enabling works been done prior to the rendering of the house. At the moment, the removal of the decking planks, erecting the scaffolds, electrical pipe works, plumbing works and other works are ongoing.

I have not blogged about this project before, however it is one that we have been working on for over a month now. When we were first approached, the project was well underway with another contractor so I can not take credit for all of the works done so far. However we have been working with the client to make tweaks and alterations to achieve a luxury finish without breaking the banks.

With the client, we are now turning our attention to the detailed interior design work. Follow us as we finish the semi-detached duplex in Isheri, Lagos.

Project Update

Tiling of the roof have commenced as is the external rendering. By the end of today, all internal rendering should also be complete and we will begin adding the exterior architectural detailing to the Chateau.

At the moment, I'm picking up materials for the installation the POP ceiling and the bathroom tiling.
