Row Xman: Hi Brabus,Your build cost is dependent on the following factors: 1. Building Size and Design 2. Site Topography 3. Soil Condition 4. Finishing materials (standard, mid-range, or luxury) 5. Location/Proximity to building material market 6. Build route (contractor managed or DIY) If you can provide a more detailed explanation, then I can forward to your email an estimate with at least 5 - 8% margin of error. Thank you. |

Breakfast Update It's a brand new day here in Ile-Oluji and everything is working as pre-planned. Here's a quick update of activities at the site. - Intensive pre-plastering work ongoing in the main building in preparation for the internal rendering of the house which is due to commence next week. - The electrician has drawn all the socket points, AC points and switches in the ground floor section of the main building. Right now, he's working on the lighting points. - Parapet formwork for the grave site/outdoor living area is ongoing and by my timing it should be ready for reinforcement detailing in 30 minutes. - Parapet formwork removal on the main building has been completed and what that means is that the parapet is ready for plastering. - Someone is likely to get fired soon! Watch out for picture updates. |
I'm interested in the 3D wall panel. |

kopell: @Brabus Good morning, can we have an good close short at the top of these project parapet please. Just to see the differences from your own style of casting the parapet. I noticed your's is little smaller from that of Oga Spyder any reason for that, or it just the design. Your explanation and other professionals in the house will be appreciated thank you.Too close shot of the parapet after the formwork were stuck out. Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.
