Atlantic View ~ Interesting Flow This edifice was designed to connect the indoors and the outdoors. The pool house features an outdoor kitchen, making cool drinks and snacks readily available for the real men. From Pool to Outdoor BBQ area; to Gym; then changing room/bath; and finally land at the dining. Isn't that interesting? _______ Pic 1: The Dining. Your brief is incomplete without the following inputs. 1. Proposed location (eg Lagos Mainland or Lagos Island) 2. Project type (Commercial or Residential) 3. Land/Soil Condition (Waterlogged or Dry land) 4. Land size 5. Land orientation (cornered plot or a plot in middle of a block). Oga Adeekiti, All construction companies and service providers needs to market themselves effectively and do everything to differentiate their services from the competition in order to stand a much better chance of driving qualified new business. By specifically serving a particular niche within the wider market, you'll have the opportunity to own your market space. It doesn't have to be rushed but let people know you for something different. Just yesterday, a client asked me if a bi-folding patio doors is possible in our ongoing project. If I restrict myself to what majority has to offer, I'll suggest a sliding door to him or tell him we haven't got there yet.  1 Like |

^^^ Thanks for the correction. A lot of these solutions/technologies are already here with us but most of the people holding the franchise are not doing so much marketing the products or maybe a lot of service provider are satisfied with conventional methods of getting things done. Trellidor have done a lot of installation in Lagos that I've personally witnessed. They're so beautiful. |

Trellidor.com (a nigeria based company) do a lot of this modern security barriers. Though they serve a particular niche and the cost is NOT so pocket-friendly yet. Working with them on clearguard security screens. |

Updates: Here and there • Installation of supplemental columns at K-024 ongoing. • Helical elliptical staircase poured • Ongoing sandfilling of compound at Alpha Beach Ocean view project site now completed. Full work on the upper floor slab resumes Monday. |
