Yeah gate number applies to local flight.. you have to pass through different gates to board your airline. You'll easily see the different gates (doors) while at the waiting lounge. They are entrances at the back of the final officials who will check your tickets and ask you to board. You'll hear something like arik air flight number VM005 now boarding at gate 10.

@OP i have seen many advise on here and many are not a cure to the problem but will just help the symptom or on the surface.

I can tell you for sure that 90% of Premature Ejaculation (You have PE not ED) is caused either by psychological factors (e.g porn induces, masturbation, anxiety) or physiological (majorly pelvic floor imbalance!!)

You can rule out psychological factors easily. For example try to stay away from porn and masturbation if you do them, and be comfortable with your fiancée by letting her know you have this issue and you’re trying everything to resolve it (this should calm any anxiety before sex)

If that doesn’t work, you probably have a pelvic floor imbalance (in particular a hypertonic/tight pelvic floor). Your pelvic floor is one the key body parts responsible for a solid erection and a good long lasting sex. Pelvic floor should be balanced by being strong, but yet in a relaxed stage (in order words not too strong and not tensed).

Because many people carry daily pressure and stress in their pelvic floor (which is typically caused by your body’s response to stress/fear called a ‘fight or flight’), they will naturally have a tensed pelvic floor. A tensed pelvic floor is further made worst by doing kegel exercises (which adds more stress and tension to an already tensed pelvic floor).
