Good stuff but you can only carry out these procedures if you still have a cat in your exhaust system as most cars that have come into my workshop with emission related issues have had the cats gutted out from the casing.

I just had a 2008 Honda accord come in last week with the same p0420 code and on further investigation discovered that all the catalytic converters have been cleverly removed making the car less fuel efficient and the sound from the exhaust very hollow.

I must advise that you check your car's cat before leaving it for too long at a mechanic workshop.

How do me as a non mechanic know if the CAT is there or not. A mechanic just told me mine is missing after scanning the car which shows code p0420.

For the check and vsc lights, you would have to run a scan to be sure of the codes behind them.

But I doubt if they are the cause of your cars vibration when idle...all you should do first to rectify the vibration is take your car to a good mechanic that will just clean the throttle body with an injection cleaner...j believe that should fix the vibration and RPM problem.

Thanks.. I will stop the omeprazole 4 to 8weeks and only use like once in 2weeks to recover fully. Am still looking for nexium omeprazole, I will prefer it to Meprasil omeprazole.
Somehow am feeling dry throat, guess the wound is healing or am reacting to one of the medicine. I guess the vomiting control tab but my vomiting as stopped. No more vomiting, I will use this morning and night, then stop using.

Just use omeprazole with prescription, there is a risk i think with just stopping all of a sudden.

Also it builds up slowly in your system, so its not something to take once in two weeks.

I went to big pharmacy this evening, luckily I met a good Doctor there who was calm to listen to all my research. I explained everything have used in the past, all the test I Google and end up doing, the result and all. I told him have used omeprazole in the past but the symptoms keep coming back after some months. Just as suspected, half treatment was the issue. Now I will have to use omeprazole for a month non stop, gaviscon, kotase tab for a week, Domperidone 10mg for few days to control my vomiting.

I did my research now and discovered Meprasil omeprazole works for erosive esophagitis truly. I will try and complete this dose this time.

Researching online now, I will have to use the Meprasil omeprazole for 4 to 8weeks non stop, one tab morning and one tab at night, 30mins before eating. Gaviscon morning, afternoon and night like 2hrs after eating. Domperidone one tab morning and one at night for few days to stop vomiting. Kotase tab 2 tablet morning and 2tablet at night for a week to heal the inner wound. I pray this work for me

Yeah you should get better but also make the necessary lifestyle changes.

Also be careful about long term use of PPI.

Unfortunately healing hasn’t been permanent for me and i get symptoms when i do something to yhe extreme (like taking vodka or strong drink, excess pepper or anything that can hurt the LES)

Educate yourself! Prolapse is caused by a medical condition where the pelvic floor muscles and ligaments get weaken due to several factors (mostly pregnancy and constipation or other forms of straining).

This has nothing to do with being gay!!

The gay guys sometimes do rosebudding and for them its not even a medical condition because they can get the “prolapse” back in easily. Theirs happen because their pelvic floor is very strong and they then over relax their anal sphincter.

Please let’s research before judging people. Anyone can have an accident that triggers a prolapse.

I met a pelvic floor physical therapist that told me to do some kegel exercises to strengthen back the muscles and i saw some improvements; however i played football one day and noticed i started to have the same feeling of bulge and constipation which made me realize the prolapse is back. (Apparently I shouldn’t have started any exercise or lifting yet)

I have tried doing the kegels again but it doesn’t seem to be solving the problem this time.

I hear surgeries for this are not advisable and only for extreme cases but unfortunately that is what a doctor said i may need.

Is there any solution that can help me with this?

It is nothing to worry about, for the time being, take stool softener and something for the pain. Your Doc. will help you to push it inside and a Thiersch would be done.
