Thanks ma the issue I also have is they aren't spread evenly. I pour slowly into the lam but as it fries, some part swells more than the others. pls help your brother

maybe it's the mixture that is the issue. Watch a few on YouTube am sure you'll see where to correct yourself

I just used what I had at home jare. 2 eggs 2 handful of flour, a teaspoon of baking powder. A pinch of salt. A pinch of cinnamon powder. Then I just poured in the condensed milk plus little water to make a thick batter. Then fried on a non stick pan with little oil. I think I should have added a little butter cos it was too drawy if u get what I mean cheesy

I have tried the banana and egg own and it was horrible. I guess i poured a bit more than required oil or i used the wrong frying pan
