check ur 1NL, the no is there. If you are calling KCC from Nigeria, make sure you add +1 or 0091 before adding the KCC no.

The first test when you get to dmv/rmv is "eyes test" you will be ask to read from a paticular object like microscope, if you can't read it, then you will be refer to an opthamologist and you may end up using glases whenever you drive.

The second test is Computer based 25 questions on laws,road signs, and road usage, you have to score at least 18 out of 25 questions, when you pass it you will be issue a road permit, you can drive with road permit but a drver licence holder for min of 1 year must always sit by you.Then if you are sure you can go for the road test you will need to book in advance. The raod test is practical, you have to drive to proof to the examiner that you will not be a threat on the road.I will send you a link for the computer base practice test.

hmmm, you see why all our drivers for here dey kill us. Even eye test dem no do. Me self wa get DL no do eye test. God help us.

Why advice ppl to source for what the Lagos Embassy said is not required and will not be requested.
Attempting to source for AOS is creating enemity btw you and your family and friends because you will not get a pleasant reply as regards to AOS.
You can imagin how adesojiaderemi felt when he got those reply from ppl he calls family or friends. Its all abt setting the record straight.
The Lagos Embassy will not request for what is no longer a requirement for DV processing in NIGERIA. Can you pls translate this reply from the Lagos Embassy :"AOS is no longer a requirement for diversity visa processing"
pls make sure you translate that reply in simple english.

Again, if you are from other country and have received your 2NL pls email the embassy in your country to confirm if AOS in needed.
there is no harm in asking but assuming and knowledge is power.

jidex001: Af000010***, i submitted in September. all because i applied via Applechioce and i didn't get my confirmation number on time and i forgot about it and Applechioce called to notify me sept 4 and i sent d filled forms less than a week.

you may be current in Dec or Jan but for the fact that you are new here pls read through the forum from page 1 and i bet you, you will have no question to ask.

The Embassy may not respond to your email unless you have gotten ur interview date.
I personaly know a farmily of 6 that went for ther interview and they dint request for AOS.

it is NOT, am talking with fact and can prove it.
1. Everybody that has gone for interview said nothing like that.
2. Someone email the embassy in lagos asking if its needed and the reply he got was that its nolonger required.
Any of you can email the embassy to confirm it, just state ur name, case no and interview day and time.
Fact not Assumption.

baba ijebu indeed. Out of the millions that will apply from Nigeria Only abt 3000 DV Lottery will be approved.
So its not 50/50 but 95/5. For the fact that of about millions sp*rm cells are ejaculated only you were able fertilize it then you can make it.

well i just need to ask @temmytanny,@adesoji,@brightmon some salient questions;

1. Which browser did u use to applied during ur time?tell us exactly when u applied(from start date of registration).
2. I used a white background i.e a white wall in my house to take my passport,the wall had a small hole somewhere which is might or might no be very obvious,could this affect me in anyway during the selection? though all other conditions were met
3. some of my friends used a white wall which was a bit coarse,could this also affect them in anyway during the selection? all other conditions were met also.
4. @ Temmytanny,from what i gathered on some immigration forum; u must have a continuous stay in US for 5 years to get ur Citizenship and u mustn't leave outside of US for more than 6 months from the day u receive ur GC and u always have to apply for a re-entry permit if u live outside the US for upto 6 months to retain ur GC status....my questions is this for example if u have a good job in Naija and u still hope to retain ur GC status how do u go about it pending when u get a good job in US?.
5. How long do u have to stay in Naija after u get ur DV visa before u go to the US.

1: i used internet explorer 7 or 8 cant remember.
2: i dont work at KCC so i cant tell but i will everybody to stick to the rules. I also used the wall of my office as background because it was white.

5: you will be given a 6 months visa but its adviced you leave b4 ur medicals expire. You may not have a smooth entry at your POE "point of entry"
