Even if they reject the birth certificate you presented,they cant deny you visa because of it. As far as am concerned,they only deny based on forged document,you dont meet requirement and how you fair in your interview(For DV applicants).Many have use even affidavits to get visa and you keep saying shi.t here. How can you say someone NPC attestation letter from NPC isnt the real one? Were you brought here to cause confusion or what?
If embassy changes rules,they will notify applicants thats was why i asked any 2013 winner to mail them for confirmation. Now its been confirmed,you are doing another MARADONNA for us.
You still have a date with them(embassy) and so keep sh.ut and face your exams.

Temmytanny,the problem we have in Nigeria and Africa as as whole is because we are too comfortable with rubish,what people call hardship is hardwork and smartwork.Just take a simple notice of what we are doing presently on this forum, some people take their time to search the internet, come out with useful information and also teach others how to go about things, while some find it difficult to do.The irony of it is that they end up wasting money for what they can get at the tip of their fingers.

If you go to sectariate you will see some who never go to work, or just come by 10am and leave by 10:30am and still get paid at the end of the time.When people like that come here they will tell you,"oh it is hardship" plus everybody want to work in the office doing nothing, lecturer will not go to class for half a semester only to come two weeks to the exam and cover 13 weeks curriculum.

Here, my GM wash our bathroom do cleaning and eat with us on thesame table,When I call him "sir" he said you dont need to call me "sir" but In naija you have to clean their shoe, carry their bags and that of their girfriends.


My dear brother if "hardship" is: when you work for 4 months you are able to get a good accomodation,when I say good accomodation I am not refering to VI or Ikoyi type of accomodation not even garden City,every 2 weeks or even week you get your salary on time,your wages in a mounth as clerk or even cleaner is equivalent to what some senior managers in Nigeria bank take home,you have health insurance,you get double pay for Overtime,and double and a half for working on holidays,you can get a good car, then that is a good "hardship".

My brother, no one intends to attack your personalty,I dont even know I had a personal contact with you until you posted it.But one thing you should learn fast is how to address the public, by the nature of your training as lawyer you have to be frank and outspoken but when you are dealing with public avoid using words like

“Can someone competent and knowledgeable in this matters please respond”?
“but the way some of us assume the position of Lordship is amazing”
“Be careful with what you counsel”
“not before a thoughtless counsel deny you a lifetime opportunity”
“some people just want to shut others up because they believe they got superior knowledge having been to the embassy”.
“Go with your 5 O'levels pass without English and Mathematics especially if that's your highest education attainment and get a shocker of your life”

with these you may not get a favourable responses even what you are passing accros is reasonable.This forum is more of an advisory forum based on individual experiences rather than a correctional channel.Above all the public are benefiting from our arguments and they should be allow to make personal descision. Please need your contributions, my notification on DV2012 came quite late but I am expecting the interview appointment soon. My concern is basically on birth cert. I paid a guy who arranged what is called a TRUE CERTIFIED COPY for 15k issued by the Lagos State Govt.I See people emphasizing on the NPC attestation. Pls I need to know if I would need to void what I have now and go for the NPCs.
