He came in my office now, I stopped him from talking, we went into his e-mail (mail from KCC came this month oh), I copied a link from KCC mail, pasted on my browser, his confirmation number came out as it did when KCC voided our winnings last year. Then I went to KCC site and put it, his Last name and year of birth. The congratulatory page showed. So many things are happening that we do not know. These people are rough-handling us all.

His problem now is how to start the processing. He claimed another nationality.

well if you say so, i think the nxt step now is to get his passport from that country, after which the rest follows.

But when I filled out the form he chose Seychelles instead of Nigeria to increase his chances of winning since Seychelles people no dey too apply. It paid off. What does he do now. No passport of Seychelles yet.

He got notified from KCC that he won via his e-mailbox July 13,2012. So are they doing like that for DV2013 people? Or they did this because of the May1 controversy? If they inform via e-mailbox,those who lost their Confirmation Number should not worry.

If u are using it on ur phone as you implied, it think is cost effective for you cos you can always switch from using ur phone as a modem to browsing with it via mobile browser like Opera mini or UCWeb which will not drain the data and i guess u stay in Lag where majority of ppl use airtel as their network for voice calls so the "on-net" call thing is to your advantage For me, i only use my airtel sim for my modem and not calls. It's all good anyway

well if u say so but i use my phone as my modem, meaning am always online and nothing like bank charges if u reacharg using atm, quickteller, vtu, or thru moblie banking ok.
If u using modem, then u waisting ur free on net calls, sms but if u ok with what i have and refuse to explore then gud luk.

missannie: I heard that KCC will send 2ND NL to all those DV-selectee qualified for interview on the 15th of August 2012.
& if any those not receive any, they should Call or E-mail KCC.
My question is this; If maybe you case will be current in DECEMBER, it is possible to get ur 2ND NL in AUGUST.
Cus oneone said that; You'll receive ur 2ND NL few weeks b4 d Interview not everybody will get theirs in August.

i think we shuld keep our fingers crossed, August is just a few days away.

ajmiry: Well, his case # last 4 digit is under (09000), does it mean he will receive his 2nd NL earlier than others.

He called KCC, they told him, he will receive his NL in mid of August if not, then call us.

2. Is there any way to check whether the case is under process or not. like most people can check there case by entering the receipt number in USCIS.GOV website.

He shuld keep his confirmation no safe cos his still going to use it and shuld keep his eyes glue to his email but i think his no will be current by Nov.
