Have you ever been in that difficult shit you wish you had the remote for time so u could rewind or fast forward it in order to delete those moments? Ok. There was this small open-ground we normally went out to play football;however,there is a low fenced compound that overlooks it. We had been warned several times by the owner of the house not to play ball there as it always goes into the compound,which we normal jump over and collect it. So,on this particular day, it happened that Devil did a Job job on me—I played the ball and it went into the compound. As it was customary, I must be the one to go pick it. So as I jumped over the fence and paced to collect it...brothers and sisters...what I saw looking at me caused me to literary faint. I saw the full family of over 15 people staring at me— and among them is a military guy(landlord's son). At that moment,I saw my spirit leaving me while waving at my soulless body. I could tell it was saying something too to me,but I couldn't really hear it—but as a linguist that i am now,I believe it was saying "Elliot see gbese" or "see gobe". So,in front of me is one big pot of soup,and a ball inside of it. To cut the story short, the young but fiercely looking guy took me by his side, unclad me to my pant n drag me to my house. Somehow I was glad he was taking me to my house; I thought my mom would plead on my behalf. But lo n behold, my mom denied knowing me. This guy now took me back to their compound to give me the kind of beating that I have never had. It was after then when i got home, the first thing my mom said after sighting me was that my food was ready and that she had bought paracetamol. I no fit shout, I was so damn angry eh! Funny enough,now that I am all grown with enough beards me n d said guy r friends.

I couldn't stop laughing. The fear of military guy is d beginning of wisdom even for ur mum. I no blame her o. Before they join her own for d matter

OP, pls dont give up on yourself, not now or ever. I've never seen any storm worse than what you've fought for 31 years. You are indeed a warrior and thus stand up and let ur warrior traits and instincts take over.
Do away with those negative thoughts and just free your mind. If not for anything, be grateful that you are alive.

Humans fail in a lot of things, businesses, career, academic, marriage...etc. but when failure happens, after grieving (like you are doing now)
You should be ready to restrategize from the lessons learnt and bounce up a stronger and better you.
You are not a failure... you are a success and a source of encouragement to other SSD patients As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is.

Never, u give in to suicide, it's never an option. You have a purpose, a mission and you shall accomplish.
You still have half of your capital. Work with that for now and dont be depressed. Marriage will come naturally when you are ready. Dont be pressured by family and friends cos they wont pay the Bill's...take ur time and in due course you will smile again.

And pls all this your thinking and depression can even trigger your crisis cos its stress by itself. So pls let go... take a break and restrategize when u feel better.

I use a slow speed masticating juicer for my fresh juice cos of oxidization rate. Mine is called d ventray masticating juicer. Price would vary with d store. Not sure abt d prices right now but they r quite pricey depending on d brand.

I've also used a blender. The difference is u need to add water to get the puree before sieving to get ur juice. But for the juicer, no water is added and no sieving is required. The juicer separates d juice and d fiber for u and the juice is richer in nutrient content.

Your brothers ex wife seems very wayward and would cook up any lie just to have you to herself during the wild sex escapade. She might have lied to you, just to have you wrapped around her finger.

This is really sad. May the Lord comfort his parents. I can only imagine what they are going thru. This news actually stirred an headache for me. I knew his chances of survival was slim but was been optimistic.

This is just too scary...the search is still on. However, his chances of survival seems very slim considering that his bones are tender.
I really feel for the parents, knowing that they lost another child aged 3 yrs old to cardiac arrest in 2017.

Some part of the cow intestines look like that even after cleaning with very hot water and salt. Remember they are ruminants. They have about four stomachs I think. One part does look like that.

I won't disagree, I avnt seen it all but I will explain d little I know about the ruminant animal stomach.
All ruminants have a big stomach sac with 4 compartments namely the Rumen,reticulum,omasum and abomasum. They are all part of this one stomach.However due to their functions, the 4 compartment differ in textures. The feed processed in them which eventually turns to waste is what gives d color we see before they are cleaned up.

Very true... The same thought crossed my mind. A good number of people do not know you can scrape off the black part of the tripe to reveal what you have in the picture up there, except if this is the regular way they are accustomed to preparing the dish.

Everything looks delicious by the way.

The food looks so yummy most especially d ox tail and drumsticks.
The first time I saw d uncleaned beef tripe was when I shared a cow with a group of friends. It was exactly like in the pics below. By the time I cleaned it as described I got the nice looking honeycomb shaki(beef tripe). I can't imagine eating without cleaning with hot water. But then it's because we know...

Whao! Good job. That's a lot of cooking.
I would eat all items except the beef tripe soup.
It looks different from what I'm used to.

Usually, u get the raw tripe with the dirty look from the butchers. See picture 1. Then you drop it into a big pot of boiling water and use a knife to peel off d dirty brown part like u peeling off fish scale. The final product is usually neater like in picture 2.

U can try that a next time if ur procedure was different from what I described.
