My dear am in 4 anything dt will constantly remind me that am expecting. Am not d falling ill type so morning sickness 4 me will be lyk a celebration of knowing am still human afterall. Lol

You say gini? Trust me , you DON'T need hyperemesis( severe morning sickness ) to remind you that you are still human and expecting! It's like woman approaching delivery and saying she is praying for a prolonged labour so she can know that she is really a woman that can give birth!
Be thankful that you don't have it!! Maybe until you witness first-hand from someone close who spends virtually her first 3-4months in and out of the hospital before you will appreciate your self!
From 18 weeks or so when your baby starts kicking, the kicks are all you need as a reminder that you are expecting!

u wanna know d secret to that stomach abi? ok here is it, make sure u let ur mumsy or hubby press ur stomach with hot water morning and night for 2weeks. if u can drink only hot water for 3mts. tuck ur stomach in always, tie ur stomach with wrapper until ure nearly unable to breathe for at least a month..

Teamie , thanks for sharing. But I intended buying a stomach girdle for the tieing . The girlde and the wrapper, which is better?

Kpekusin has been difficult, hubby is 9months pregnant... Kikikik. Orobo man, then I feed him overfeeding these days because d first 3 months he suffered o. Buying food from all buka joint n cooking at night, so now that am normal again without the hormones jamming, I decided to cook silly for him.
His tommy is now protruding the more.
He is conventional n won't do it in d living room even though we stay alone.

This evening we decided to use a pillow under me for lifting and easy penetra.tion and it was excellent.
Please o is this safe? Cos he was touching something deep inside...

Please are you very sure of this LMP date? Why am asking again is because if you are to work with this date, you are 36weeks pregnant and your EDD is around 21june . That's means the ending June the other scan gave you is closer to accurate than this 8th of June oo. Has your Doc asked you for this LMP before?

Anyway how's the pushing going , I went for anc yesthdae I did scan and result came out am 37weeks 5day and baby Weigh 3.37kg and Edd is 8|june while my first scan said 22 june bt I'm scared the gyne might want to follow the last scan cOs he's d one dat requested for it .....which one should I follow now cos the gyne said I must see him for my next ante natal visit, abeg I'm confuse right now cos am already looking @ middle towards ending of june tho @ d other side I don't mind to birth my baby earlier bt I don't want premature baby Oo.

First of all 37weeks is not premature ooo. Baby is mature and can survive comfortably well. And you even have some days added to the 37weeks sef....
Do you remember date of LMP ? That would have made it easier for you to know which of those dates scan gave you is more accurate.

Since they have booked you for induction already on Monday you can afford to take the full bottle on Sunday being that you are heading to the hospital on Monday. But dont fail to ask for the induction on Monday ooo. You should be long over due by now....Relax your mind. Baby will come. You will share the Goodnews soon

The pelvic pains is sometimes part of pregnancy package ooo especially as the pregnancy progresses oo. The growing baby puts alot of pressure on your pelvic area resulting in pains. Avoid sudden and abrupt movements ....like jumping out of bed.
Manage...we will soon bring our babies forth

Ok, tnx dear. scan was 2wks ago & cephalic. I dey trek well & climb stairs sef, pineapples na daily thing,I join mango sef yesterday & eating pineapples as am typing this.. DH dey fear kpekus since i enter 8mnths o..says my belly is huge, na beg we use kpekus last wk & na gentleman tinz him dey do wen I dey tel am say no b wetin I need now but him no hear & av been tryin to seduce him since den bt d guy no wan budge.

Eya aa a..maybe you need to Google it for me to read with his eyes too o ,wether that will convince him that you need it ooo. ..sperm contains contraction triggers oo. All the best...

Yes o Amhappy finally they gave us,am thinking of that induction cos of the weight and CS history but the Dr said he can't induce if the head has not engaged so now I don't know what will be the best elective CS,induction(with emergency CS if the induction fails) or waiting for labour(with the weight increasing),left for me I want elective CS but hubby will not hear of it as many prophets and his siblings have told him how they saw me in dream and vision deliver vaginally #smh

What Doctor has said about not inducing if baby'shead has not engaged is very much in order...it is to reduce chances of a failed induction that will need an emergency CS. Your wanting elective CS too isn't bad. What AM NOT COMFORTABLE WITH is those your 'prophet and prophetess' who are trying to spoil your husband 's mind about being willing to accept a CS if it will be the safest and wisest option for you and your baby! God is not against CS ooo....CS is not a sentence from the Devil ooo....your prophets should stop joining God in their confusion ooo...CS is a life saving procedure! ! Try and disabuse your DH mind from them ooo...so that he will be willing to sign your forms for us if that will be the best option for you please!

It is this same 'by force vaginal delivery vision' that was seen for my neighbour oo and she abandoned the hospital when she was told CS because baby was breech and her b.p was high and ran to church. When the church battled and saw she was dying, na still hospital they rushed her to and she died on her way back!

You can know that through Vaginal examination. So feel free to submit for it. When did you take your last scan? What was baby's presentation? Have you trekked enough? Eaten pineapples? Kpekpus with DH?
Mamas based in PH will give suggestions on the help thing.

Don't buy anything "newborn " even 0-3 month is not necessary, if you must buy it , let it not be more than 2, for onesies, buy from 3-6months, 6-9months even 12month,and baby starts wearing them from birth. You will be so surprised how he will grow into it. For sleep suit, buy same 3-6, 6-9 months. What I do is to buy mostly those sleep suit with open leg and use socks on baby's leg, by so doing, baby doesn't outgrow it quickly. If you will be putting baby in AC, buy those ones made of polyester, you can use it for all your kids and it won't look old. My baby outgrew the 0-3 month overall soo fast, thank GOD I bot just 2of it. As for cap, two is just enough. You need loads of bib say at least 6pcs.

I didn't see any sleep suit with open legs oo...what I saw was the ones with closed legs. I think I will buy more 3-6months then than 0-3months. Same with onesies. What was your baby's weight at birth? Your baby obviously grew very fast....

Una good morning ooo....sorry I've been MIA, data expired after delivery, using dh phone to update.....would try and give bs today + it's been a hectic week , lots of things to get done.

Baby is small(below 2.5) tho very strong( I'm tiny and dh just better pass me small, breast milk still not flowing much, baby developed fever a day after birth....gist plenty sha.

Pls bear with me. Easy delivery to other mamas who has given birth, can't read back yet.

We are patiently waiting for you. ....More strength to you to cope...

Placenta arrives by second trimester which is from 13-14weeks. But depending on your history, your Doctor may even tell you to continue till 15weeks or so.....

Avoid perfumes. Most babies even react to fragranced creams, soaps etc. Even perfumed detergents affects some babies' skin
