This is not movie watching, it is the fact. They are aware of the insecurity that parvade their sorroundings, therefore they should secure themselves in their meeting and should trust nobody that pass without being checked. Moreso, their meeting should not have been held close to a road.

I believe this thing did not just start, his predecessor might have done the same.

There is the possibility that this has been going on from the predecessor up to the last man without anything being done against the previous officers, making the looting more brazen from one admin to the other. In that very dept if well probed there are other lesser officers who might have misappropriate a lot of things, cash, buildings, etc; because they will not be privy to such looting and stand looking lost while they too could corner somethings. In fact this type of looting is common in the Ministry of Agriculture. They dont do nothing other than looting of the budget.

Elchappo, tread carefully online; you do not know who you are speaking with neither he you but you've got to understand the sentence “respect beggat respect. In the case of the dead lady you don't know what transpire between her and the steward, it may not be similar to yours and it may but since you don't have the mind to do your transgressor in, you should not make any statement in support of such. We all have experience such and more even from relatives and we just move on while Karma takes it toll.

My question is what is the person manning the CCTV doing while she was shoplifting? an outrageous activities that lasted for over a minute. Was he distracted for the whole minutes or he was an accomplice?. I doubt if someone who owns a large store like this will mount surveillance gadgets without employing someone to utilize its full potentials by monitoring all activities on it. To the management of the store, next time when things like this happen and you have the intention of apprehending the perpetrator, dont make the video public yet, beef up security and wait patiently because there is high probability that she will come back to steal more in less than 60 days. But now that the video is public, only the public can help you get to her. Oh lord, touch her heart and help her stop seeking pleasure at the detriment of others.

The shop owner must be very unprofessional, and probably just use a Nairalander to bring this out. By now she could have been warned-off by some accomplice who might have seen the video. Next time the shop owner should man the CCTV herself or use her trusted kid. That thief is skilful and may want to come again or use another accomplice. they are many.
