To be honest, I wouldn't blame the man sha. Once he is seeing light in his house (be it PHCN or MIKANO) for 24 hrs; he will assume all is well with electricity in the nation. Agbaya, opuro-oshi, ole!

Come to think about the missing or stolen transformers, is transformer something that is so small to carry? or is it not the PHCN staff that knows about the installations that will know how to remove it? You all be deceiving yourself. Bunch of thieves.

[b]And how far do you think NANS is willing to go? Opinions varies hence actions are most likely to vary aswell, you neccessesarily dont have to make mountain out of mole-hill by making NANS relevant. ASUU is on strike and they've not deemed it fit to speak out as it directly affects them. Trust me, if its not NLC, NUPENG, TUC, PENGASSAN and NUEE, almost all other bodies are irrelevant and cant force govt to rescind its decisions
This is because we are a weak state.

You know if you want to catch a monkey, you must behave like one. That was exactly what happen. They needed his support to knock off GEJ come 2015. So, they will have to play it cool with him & give him all sort of praises to get his attention.

But the man is smart though.........lol

Islam › Re: Islam And Under Age Marriage! by Btruth: 3:57pm On Jul 21, 2013
abdulkayus: The "Under-age" Marriage with consummation (I.e. carnal knowledge, sexual intercourse) is not permitted in Islam, a girl has to reach the age of puberty before marriage can be consummated (I.e. carnal knowledge, sexual intercourse) .

But Islam permits the betrothal, engagement and marriage of a girl even at birth and of-course this has always been the practice of many cultures in Africa and the world over.
However , the girl might grow up and refused to be married to the man she is betrothed, engaged or married to at birth - either due to religion or lack of love.
Her permission must be sought before the marriage could be consummated. There is no forced marriage in Islam.

The Prophet (Peace and blessings of God be upon him) did not approve of forced marriage.
He [the best of mankind] (saw) is the best example for us to follow. Allahu Allam....Allah knows best.
@ Brother Abdulkayus, God bless you for shedding more light into this from the words of Prophet Muhammad. I knew that prophet will never have supported this kind of unlawful acts anyway.

Knowledge they say is light. Let our dear Senator & his crew go back and study their quaran very well before they will start preying on our little baby girls on the street.

Shalom.

Could they have known that the man was a coward or something?

Nairaland General › Re: Have You Ever Given Or Received Bribe? by Btruth: 5:40pm On Jul 20, 2013
No offense to the Nigerian Police, that is their specialty. But what amazed me recently is seeing the military boys too collecting bribes on the highways too.

- Okaka @ Oke-Ogun area in Oyo State.
- @ 2 check points between Iseyin to Abeokuta too.

It's something that disturb me a lot. Junta boys behaving like our Men In Black.
Literature › Re: Say No To Child Marriage by Btruth: 5:08pm On Jul 20, 2013
To be honest, I really can't sometimes understand some of the doctrines in Islamic. Will it not be absurd for a man in his fifties having a lusty emotion towards a child even below 15 years?

To me, I think it's just a sickness or diseases. What respect would the children (even the boys of the same age) have for the society that have so much started taking their future lightly all for the sake of few Senators who are pervert?

- What is Mr President saying about this?
- What are the ministers sayings about this? (Especially the likes of Nkozi Okonjo-Ewenla)
- what is the CBN governor saying about this?
- what are the members of the house saying?
- what are the association of market women saying?
- what are the NBA saying?
- what are the Unions & different association saying?
- what are the governors saying?
- what are the Imams & Pastors saying? ( Baba Adeboye, Rev. Oyedepo, Pastor Chris, others, what are you all saying?)
- what are the doctors saying? &
- what are the teachers, lectures & others saying?

Nigeria is doom with this new trends of fashion from our Senators. How did they want to tell us that this is what we voted them for? Are these people truly representing us again? They've so much filled themselves with all our treasury only to turn around now to hunt us.

Though Senator Yerima could be sick in the head, but must other senators follow suit? I thought most of them are learners, why are they all behaving like someone with such as a descendant from Sodom & Gomorrah?

If they can have their way in sleeping or messing around with a 13 years old child, then I think Nigeria is ripe enough to be legalize to have power to carry short guns. If I have my short gun, let me see any motherfucker that will come around my children.

Useless law makers, taking the whole nation for a ride. PERVERT

adepojuot: The bible says: by there fruit you shall know them. Don't blame yerima but blame prophet Muhammed teachings and his lost for woman, prophet himself married under age,Aisha was just 6yrs when prophet proposes to her,Islamic marriage took place when Aisha was 9 yrs old,the funniest part of it is that prophet was 50 yrs old when he married 9yrs old Aisha....prophet married 13 wives plus many sex slaves....so stop blaming yerima.....
