Politics / Re: Prince Oghene Egoh Escapes Death In Lagos by Bucacious: 2:15pm On Apr 11, 2015
well in as much as I am not disputing this story. this is a common occurence at that particular place mile 2 is known for that kind of occurenve around that time of the night. it must have happened exactly close to signal baraks. my sis inlaw was attacked in a similar way at that spot sometime ago and she aint a politician.it usually happen in the traffic there. come to think of it, how could they have chased u from orile and all u noticed was that ur driver was driving rough and u cautioned him and continued wit ur call till that spot! if it was an assassination attempt u wouldnt have just ignored ur driver and keep making calls.

FreeGlobe:
The oba has denigrated his seat. No apologies for any unbecoming response from anyone against an oba who speaks like a "motor park tout." OPC should find something else to do.
in other news, I find it uncharitable that most yorubas cite Lagos as an example of yorubas being tolerant forgetting Lagos was once the capital of Nigeria. These mischievous people should for once cite one of the core yorubas states to prove their hospitable nature. Who are they deceiving

na wa oo. so the oba should be beheaded to appease the igbos na. tell me, wat part of yoruba land isnt the igbos accommodated? the oba was misunderstood, Period! Abuja is now the capital go and do the way u like there now. Anyway, its no onez fault. this is wat Jona and PDP wants. politics by ethnicity. God will disgrace u all. I am a lagosian and Lagosian really need to beware. this was wat the fulanis did in ilorin!!! u can abusr me if u like. OYO for u
Politics / Re: PDP Asks Buhari To Clarify Role In Massacre Of 300 Igbo Soldiers, Civilians by Bucacious: 8:51pm On Mar 22, 2015
any igbo that falls for dis can fall for any rubbish. how can a sane person be talking about the role of a soldier in the civil war. didnt some igbo soldiers kill the northerners? it was called CIVIL WAR for crying out loud. anyway, as usual the igbos will still fall for this. igbos intentionally marginalise themselves. their only party APGA couldnt even exist on his own . They sold themselves to anoda political party pdp. IGBOS its a pity.

have u heard of the herb fenugreek? it gives u fuller breast. if u are breastfeeding, it increases ur milk but if u are not breastfeeding it jist gives u fuller breast. I ordered for mine from the US via ebay and its soo cheap. But in nigeria, u can only get it at healthplus and medplus shops. they are inside shoprite. medplus is in V.I. its sold for 5k there and has abt 100capsules. it has no side effect at all. I have a baby and u will be amazed how full and firm my boobs are. I started checking to know abt it cos my hubby loves firm and full boobs so I got it before I even put to bed at all. u can google to know more abt it.

Health / Re: Anyone Trying IVF/IUI/ICSI (Fertility Treatments)? by Bucacious: 8:08am On Jul 09, 2013
Hi, I read a lot about dr ekeh, p,s he isn't like dat. I had my procedure there and he never imposed any kind of treatment to me though he gave me all available options! Pls,try and make adequate findings abt any doc. I had ivf treatment there recently and it was positive. Though I just miscarried at 10weeks but it is well. I haven't been commenting coz I was actually waiting to be strong and resume work to do so. Well as per the miscarriage, I still bless God coz I av been ableto conceive which is a big achievement for me. I did naturally 2yrs ago and another with ivf dis yr. I believe strongly that only God is the giver of children and his word says 'u can not cast ur young before its time'. So for me wen it happened, I knw God knws abt it and has a reason for it to happen. The best children he has for me is just by the corner! As for doc ekeh, he isn't like dat. For anyone dat chooses to use donor sperm,I think its exclusively the pers biz even if she conceieves quadruplets!

Hello everybody, so good to ne back on the forum. Congrats to all those that just got bfp. Wishing you all a stress free 9months IJN. The devil raised his ugly head as usual oo but thanks be to God that he has been put under my feet where he belongs. Will share my testimony in due time. I want to say a big thank you to all those that sent me emails amd those that congratulated me. God bless you and for those still in the waiting room, this is your yr in Jesus name. I actually did my ivf at regenesis just like blendy said. Dr ekeh is so gud and patient too. Cost of ivf wit him is btw 350-450k excluding drugs. I don't want to hype any doc but his success rate isn't bad at all. I spent abt 160k for my own drugs. I think this depends on age and how well you respond to the drugs. Honestly my case was a miracle coz I got 9eggs of which only 3 wgere looking fairly ok! Tot of cancelling the procedure but honestly, my doc help build my faith and I proceeded. He suggested day 2 transfer to me coz of my egg quality and I was actually the only one dat did day 2 transfer amongst the six of us dat did transfer that day. My embies where 2grade 4 and one grade 3 so they weren't looking too gud but God is faithful. 2 of them took! For those that don't av issues like blocked tubes or mfi I will suggest iui with dr ekeh. His result for iui is simply amazing!wen I did my procedure,5 oda women did iui and honestly,4 od them got bfp! Like I said earlier, i DONT WANT TO HYPE HIM OOOO! But you can give him a try if u want low cost and effective fertility treatment. His iui is abt 160k drug inclusive. Moreso, he has all the time in the world for his patient. There were days I had to book my appointment for after service on sundays and he is always there caling and waiting. Above all,God is d giver of children and He said there shall be no male or female barren amongst you. So, he would give all of us our desired children IJN.

Culture / Re: Advantages And Disadvantages Of Inter-tribal Marriage by Bucacious: 11:12am On May 11, 2013
Am I late to comment on this post? Its happenning right now in my home. I never believed this would be happenin! Am yoruba married to an igbo guy. Honestly, I av played every role i tot ok to make the marriage wok but now I dunno. D issue is, we av a yoruba househelp whom I speak yoruba to. The issue is my husband has said severally of how much he hates my language so he forbids me to speak yoruba to our maid claiming he wants the girl to speak better english! What a big lie! 2 of his sibs stay with us and they all speak english to this girl. How is it that its my own yoruba now that wouldn't make the girl speak better english. I wish I cud see into the future while marrying this guy! I gave up my tribal food and only make igbo meals coz I do that perfectly. Yet he isn't satisfied. Honestly, I wish I cud turn bak the hand of time coz I had lots of yoruba suitors but I soo loved this guy that I insisted it must be him.

Eeh! Didn't get to see dis post ooo! I am on my downregulation now and will start stimms nxt wk. I aint plannin to put back less than 4 embryos!I live in lag oo and am doing my ivf here.pls I so apologise to whomeva I might av offended.
tanidabi: @ everyone thank you so much for your outpouring of love,i will still see my Doc today to decide on the way forward.I have done three tests between sunday and this morning and it's till negative.
@ Bucacious i do appreciate your concern, this was my first cycle and i feel so emotionally drained already but i have so much support from nairaland and hubby so am taking it easy, you obviously do not leave in Nigeria,am trying to look for the right words to say.Let me speak for myself,am aware that 4embies does not necessarily mean 4 babbies or 6 or 8 and i also know that more embies does not mean positive preg but madam,Nigeria is not as updated as UK,US or SA,so i do not even think ESET is good in Naija,i hear the FET done is Nigeria is slow freezing and not vitrification so that's a problem already, for me,i have the option of going abroad for my treatment but it will cost me extra which i can save up for but my greatest challenge is the time for the treatment i have only 4weeks leave in a year and i know ivf is at least 6weeks and sis i need my job to fund money for treatment,it's such a silly rollercoaster but in Nigeria am not sure there's any insurance co that pays for fertility so i do not blame anyone that even decides to put back 4 or more than .Nobody prays to keep money in the bank for IVF ,as dangerous as it is people have taken their chances and have multiples,if i get preggo with multiple i will leave Naija at 20weeks,that's my plan so it's our choice but Nigeria is not ready for Eset and by the way i met an FS in maryland USA last year that as a matter of policy implants 4 embies with Assisted Hatching sef and when i asked her why she said it's expensive and people should have value for their money.Drugs alone in the US cost as much as $8000 or is to cheaper,i must have sent mails to like 15 ivf clicins in the us and uk before i started on this journey so my dear am sure you offended one or two people but as far as ttc is concerned the experience itself is hurtful so no yawa.In the mean time i would appreciate if you can PM me on dketubah@gmail.com maybe we can talk further.
Does anyone know anyone who got preggo naturally or even with IVF with PCOS,i spoke with a nurse who walks with Diff Abuja and she said to me that the prob with pco is that you have loads of dead eggs,i do not know what that means o,anyway am seeing my doc today for a final test and then discuss way forward.i love you all and all this will never be in vain

@ graceful, congrats. Pls i discovered that most people got me wrong abt my post concerning 2 women, one with 4 embies and the other with a singleton. I didnt mean to upset anybody. Moreso, i was only trying to talk about the wonders of God with no other negative thing in my mind. I live in nigeria and am preparing for ivf too. I am not planning to transfer a singleton either. I strongly believe that children are from God be it ivf or natural.its a wonderful experience to read about bfp and even see some for mysef. So sorry if i got someone pissed. Didnt mean to do that

This God is just so wonderful oo. I went to see my doc recently to start my ivf procedure. I was amazed to hear of a woman who actually did ivf there, had 7 viable eggs at transfer, told the doc to put four embies for her and donated ONE egg to an older woman who couldnt produce any eggs. You wont believe the woman that owns the eggs had a BFN while the single egg she donated to the other woman took! The woman is over 6month preggo now ooo! I saw her and couldnt just stop wondering! To the fruitful mothers in the house, this is our year IJN
