He then went and made sure the student loan relief programs that were already in law were being implemented and those students who were eligible for that relief received the relief.
The goal of some of these programs Congress passed was to get people working in fields that didn't pay a lot.

There was no workaround.

It basically just says Biden had been injucted from continuing with his forgiveness plan in '22 but decided to ram through with it in '24 by claiming that their [FG's] control over the whole gamut of loan forgiveness programs gave them some leeway to forgive some loans that could not be forgiven by the forgiveness plan that was rejected by SCOTUS.

This can be translated, he still did it anyway and the DOJ did not bother with due recourse to holding him accountable. This feels like election inducements but it is immaterial now.

Are you saying, Trump should find workarounds to circumvent Constitutional orders like the one Biden circumvented?
