I only benefited from interacting with a few individuals that were engaging in good faith, and not trowing insults left and right. If not for them, I can imagine my brain being fragged to soup, from the hate, and idiocy there, resulting in my adopting more extremist, conspiratorial views or just being full of spite, now.
I can see some monikers I recognize suffering from this over there.

I would advise for it. One of the lessons learnt is to not let one be dragged into hate and idiocy, along with not letting one adopt the non-use of ones own mind.

Such lessons benefit one in these type of threads after one has learnt to ignore those who are here to drain one's energy.
