First of all, he ordered me to resign from my job.He ordered you to resign and you agreed without considering your wonderful father's investment in you? Your husband is a small pig and you mismarried. Accept you made a mistake and can easily correct it by dumping him.

Farmers who lose income will not remember him well. Those who are not employed because jobs are exported for us to import will not remember him well. The value of Naira becoming 3000 to the dollar would be remembered well by dollar sellers but I don't think buyers will remember him well. Bond holders who will ask for higher interest to lend him money to subsidise your eating might remember him well, but Nigerians who pay back the loans for the food you ate wouldn't. Inflation, if it has a memory will rejoice at record highs, and the Nigerian Stock Market will likely hit 200k, but sellers, when they do sell, will soon remember their wheel barrow amounts of money bought far less than before. This is just a quick take though, so don't mind me. |
These same people argued that Semenya was not a woman just because she was far better than them. Its like arguing a person cheated just because they beat you. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-13698605/What-DSD-condition-Olympic-boxing-controversy.html

This will send price of gari and petrol up a tad. And by the time the protest is over, that tad will become significantly obvious to the busy protesters. https://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/investing/2024/08/02/nigerian-eurobonds-drop-as-deadly-protests-spark-investor-flight/

Mercisharelove:First, I never said I believe in Christ because I don't. I rather read a book and try to understand instead of not using the brain in my head to ask and knock and seek for understanding. As for you "Do you ever think, God would say", the proper question is, "would the writers of the Bible write what God is written to have said to Jesus what he is written to have said to Adam?" And the answer to that question is likely not, since that wouldn't serve purpose, which was to feed people the fruits of knowledge so they be educated. The pity some use the same book to enslave. Thankfully, it also has the capability to open the eyes of those who seek instead of merely believe. Mercisharelove:Be that as it may, neither Adam nor the ground was cursed. If it were, Adam would not have been able to feed himself and his family, and they likely would have died of starvation and hunger. Instead, they used the knowledge they had gained to feed themselves and multiply. Mercisharelove:The reason I don't operate under such atmosphere is because I regularly and constantly eat the fruits of knowledge. That is what Christians refer to as accepting Christ into one's life. It means going to church and learning from reading the Bible, as church was the school and the bible was the widely made available textbook of the time. We today have evolved from then as education too has. The Bible is no more the only textbook, and we do not only go to church to learn one day a week anymore because we must go till the ground. Instead we go to school 5 days a week to learn to use our brains. And we are obviously better off for it since we learnt not to eat only bread or we'd have become malnourished. |
bemeruca:Funny you keep quoting far right channels to prove your point. Its like quoting the kkk to prove blacks should be hung. Taxpayers will indeed feed asylum seekers while their status is being determined. We feed the starving in Sudan, and save whales and elephants too, because we are kind and generous and love our neighbours even if they live far away elsewhere. If you are awaiting decision on your asylum seeking and commit a crime, your asylum becomes null and void and you'd be deported back to where you came from after you've served at his majesty's pleasure for your crime.

Mercisharelove:In one world I am a farmer, Mercisharelove, where if the above does not apply to me, I will starve because I would have been lazy. The alternative is of course to get slaves to sweat on my behalf of course, but slavery has been abolished so the best is to pay staff for the sweat off their brow. In my intellectual world, I apply the sweat off my brow to learn my book or I would be ignorant and unemployable. What you quoted is not a curse but a fact of life. One must work to eat unless one has sugar parents who have done the work for one. Christ was promoting knowledge. He was basically saying, "use the sweat from your brain to learn by eating the fruits of trees of knowledge instead of using your brawn to till the ground" ignorantly. The seeds planted with knowledge and wisdom do not produce thorns and thistles, but "grow hundredfold, in another sixty, and in another thirty”. |
Konkoja:And he actually adds no value. |
bemeruca:This is silly nonsense. Everyone trying to get into UK knows how controlled entry is, but here's rightwing you claiming illegal immigrants arrive at the borders with machetes. Intelligent people here do not listen to Tommy or Chaudry because we can use our own brains to think and reason. |
DevilsEqual:From the moral standpoint, lol. I guess you'd also tell me she'd burn in hell, but wouldn't say much if the man took a second wife or constantly cheated on her. What about from her own point of a need to survive and better her lot? Have you thought your "Empowering women" is because you made women powerless in the first place? |
Philipponzaghi:I want to be the first person to stone you and I for considering "empowering our own agricultural sector instead of relying on imports". I propose 3 stones for myself for every one for you because you say it better than I can. |
Salewa97:This is funny. Lol. And I'm accusing you of a typo. Is the lawyer they appointed not their legal adviser? |
The organisation also urged the president to open the land borders, particularly in the Southern part of the country for the importation of food items to bring down price. The government should open border so farmers in other countries can find market for their labour while our own farmers stop planting because it is not worth it? Or is it just that everyone so selfishly wants cheap food that they don't care that it exports jobs? |
Smart women! Their education will enable them to educate their own children so the next generation will not drink fertilizer.
|
bemeruca:Yet, we clearly see his protest was not peaceful, and was full of lies he'd been fined for to antagonise others. Funny though is, this your "peaceful" was what Choudry too claimed that kept him out of jail till now, and it will thankfully only work so long for Tommy till the law catches up with him too.

Mercisharelove:Thank you for your compliments. I would not be discussing with you if you were not "well trained culture of discipline" too. That said, you are not telling me the truth, Mercisharelove. What you are telling me is what you understand, just as I am doing, and if there is a thing called the Holy Spirit that supposedly ministers to all, we'd likely see each others point even if we continue to disagree. You will never purposefully and consciously tell people you love not to nourish themselves with the fruits of knowledge of anything not to talk of knowledge of good and evil unless you want those people to be ignorant and under your control. You will in fact pay for your self and your own children to be nourished with knowledge so they do not become slaves to others. But the doers of evil whom we read can meddle even in God's so called Garden of Eden will definitely meddle in the understanding of the Bible and ensure it is believed that good is bad and bad is good and those you read with your own eyes lived 800 or so years after eating the fruit they were told would kill them died when they ate it. You'd likely also believe the woman is the rib of man too despite reading, "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them", and knowing it is woman who born man from between her own legs. If I want to create ignorant slaves and alimanjeris, would I not hide knowledge from them, or better still, make it so they hide knowledge from themselves so I don't even need to bother chaining them? Can those who do not eat fruits of knowledge, subdue and rule anything or increase and multiply? Go study those who brought the King James Version to Nigeria and tell me if you think they are made of mud and laboured naked and ignorantly in their Garden of Eden, or if you think they ate the fruits of knowledge for breakfast lunch and supper and built ships to go around the whole earth to rule and subdue and increase and multiply and enslave the stupid and the ignorant. Look at our beautiful Nigeria and tell me how we are organising to protest that we are enjoying our beautiful peaceful lifes far too much because we refuse to eat fruits of knowledge we believe will kill us. Its after all not like when we say "Let there be light", we end up crying Nepa! Instead of "And there is Light". No? Fact is, it was only after use her brain Eve fed stupid ignorant enslaved Adam the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil and his eyes opened and he gained wisdom and learnt the truth and was freed from slavery and became self employed that they became able to multiply and increase in number and rule over and populate the entire earth with billions of humans who now believe they descended from them. But I of course don't want you to know any of this please. Because if you know it you'd stop paying tithes for being my slave, and I might need to pay you instead for the work you do if you gained knowledge and your eyes truly opened, and you might even refuse to work for me and go set up your own business in competition and, God forbid, reduce my profits! The Bible is a very complex 'Tree of Knowledge', though I'd more want to call it a branch, or a root to denote it is only the beginning so humans don't end up eating only the bread and believing and trembling in fear as a result, which is a waste of the supposed blood of Jesus, if you asked me. There is a reason Jesus' most performed miracle was the opening of eyes. It is so we can truly see what is before us, which is that some understandings of Scripture enslave, while some free people from slavery. Understanding it empowers us to free ourselves from bondage and be the salt of the earth so we can create a "new heaven and new earth right now" right here on earth while we live instead of expecting some free imaginary after life after we are dead like salt that is not salty.

Meanwhile, your second favourite trouble maker has been served his just desserts. Your first, Tommy Robinson, might soon follow, though I bet you'd argue they aren't promoting the same hatred of others.
|
bemeruca:Its a good thing you are not in UK talking to the police in violence. Bayo Alaba, Labour MP for Southend East and Rochford has said your sort of vitriol is unwelcome.
|
Brendaniel:As I said, you implied you were suffering. If you were not suffering, you wouldn't have repeatedly asked me to come save you. If it pleases you to believe buda is a "liar, cheat, a fraud and deceit" for asking you to be responsible for saving yourself, buda lives. I expect no less from irresponsible people who think they can blackmail others to make sacrifices they cannot make for themselves. |
Brendaniel:Stop being irresponsible and lazy and go read the thread. If you don't need saving from your suffering, you wouldn't have been begging me to come be your messiah. |
Brendaniel:You really need to learn to be responsible, and for your own learning too. Go read your posts in this thread in response to me. Everytime you asked me to come be your messiah, the implication is you were suffering from something you needed freeing from. |
Mercisharelove:What makes you think I am bound? And what do you suppose I am bound by? |
MossadAgent:What makes you say the above? |
seunmsg:I think he might be able to compete outside Nigeria market without the FG putting barriers in his way. There's many countries out there begging to sell their crude oil at a discount. seunmsg:As I already said, and in agreement "I can't understand why he'd build such a huge refinery without first owning upstream to supply it". Its just not good business. Its even worse and more stupid if he "felt he can get whatever he wants from whoever is in power in Nigeria". If he truly felt that, my advice to him would be to shut the refinery down or just sell it to Nigerians to do with it what we may, because his business sense would need to be nil if he thought something as stupidly ridiculous as "he can get whatever he wants from whoever is in power in Nigeria" without considering the cost. |
Mercisharelove:Sorry, but I can not possibly "stop quoting the truth". The title of your thread includes "What Do You Think??" And I must assume you do mean "according to my understanding" as opposed to what I may have been told to believe, so you must excuse me for using my brain instead of being brainwashed. I think I just understand it different to how you understand it. Its after all a huge book that no one single individual can claim their understand is the only correct understanding unless they are actually ignorant. You just need read James and Paul disagreeing to know that, and that is precisely what makes the Bible the very good book it is. Some may read it and decide they are created from mud to slave in the garden of Eden for pay that excludes the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. While some may read it and decide they are created in God's image to "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground" for pay that includes "every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it". It is a choice that everyone who is programmed by the Bible religion needs to make. To either be a naked ignorant slave on reduced pay, or a ruler and subduer and fruitful multiplier and increaser on full pay. Jesus would have fallen on the mountain had he not consumed the fruits of knowledge. And anyone who wants to subdue satan must equally eat as much as same fruit as he must have eaten. What do you think? |
I think this is a thread to test who is stupid enough to believe APC gave the person in the image 1.5k not to protest. And the below is my Obidient credential.

jumper524:You see the above? I really don't get it. How is the masses currently bearing the grunt the reverse of "the masses bears the grunt"? What we Nigerians always seem to not want to accept is that the masses always bear the brunt of mismanagement of an economy. Same way we think "by the sweat of our brow shall we eat" is a curse and not a fact of life I suppose. We must love deceiving ourselves. Fact is, not only do we the Nigerian masses bear the brunt of the mismanagement of our economy, we the masses are also responsible for causing the brunt in the first place, and are responsible for alleviating and fixing the issues that make us cause that brunt. We are a democracy you see. Government by we the people for us the people who bear the brunt of our own mismanagement or the pleasures of the proper management of our economy and our country. So we better start educating ourselves to wisely elect those amongst us who lead us. P.s. I have added the below so I can be stoned by those who disagree with me.
|
Brendaniel:You did imply you were suffering or you wouldn't have repeatedly asked me to come alleviate your suffering for you because you can not be responsible for alleviating your suffering for yourself. |
seunmsg:I do not see why Dangote's major market must be Nigeria especially since there is no way Nigeria can consume what that refinery can produce when at full capacity. It is the largest this side of the world after all. All he has to do is produce cheaper than others. And yes, I know that's simply said but almost impossible considering government would not only not support but even throw obstacles in his way. Seriously. I can't understand why he'd build such a huge refinery without first owning upstream to supply it. Its like Shell not owning crude supply for its daily 404,000 barrels capacity Pernis plant in Netherland, which is stupid if one asked me, and which makes me wonder if Dangote Refinery wouldn't become another Nigerian white elephant
