Fulani is not troubling us in the Orolu Kingdom of Ifon Osun. We can go to our farm and plant whatever we want, but I must confess that we mostly don't because the few who do go to the farm and plant seem to have their crop disappear just before harvest time, unless its worthless cassava which is why gari is our main produce.

We used to plant 3 year old yam, the big type you marry a wife with, but no one dare plant it anymore because 9 months after your yam is in ground your yam will just disappear! Even maize is not safe. For when you say "just a few days more", your maize will disappear too. Oranges on trees you think are safe, no Sir, not safe at all. Even cocoa as sporadic as it can be, will so disappear that you'd wonder why a tree that pods every week - you saw the unripe pod goddamit - disappeared just before it was time for you to harvest it. Kolanut nkọ, don't make me laugh, as worthless as it has become, is made to disappear too, along with your cocoyam that you only planted to roast and eat at the farm. You'd go to the farm you laboured on and weep at it's disappearance

Obun ko ri nkan tiro mọ, o ni Fulani ni!, but we know who the lazy fuqs are and they ain't fulani at all and so do we all starve! It seems the lazy fuqs in Ifon Osun would sit and watch you labor for months. And just before you reap what you sowed, the lazy fuqs will reap what they sowed not and then shout fula ni!

Now, I know you all here sitting in the city, never having farmed, never even seen fula ni, will yell fula ni too. As if cattle can come and be terrorising us in our papa and mama land where we have oro. Abi ki la fi oro se ni ilẹ wa if not to invoke fear in unruly guests and visitors?

The insect that is eating the vegetable in my Orolu Kingdom is in my Orolu Kingdom, and we are not fooled ni! But our oro unfortunately does not work on our own homegrown modafuqers, yet!

But one day, it surely will!

Oh, I do know, Roc me, lol. I just leave their education to the likes of ask and seek and knock rhektor below, because in such people who use the heart and soul and mind the Lord has given them can I buda place my faith.

rhektor:
In all honesty, there was no book of Jasher written until after the new testament time. Every book that is so named are books written to refer to the story in the book of Judges about the sun not going down as well as David's lamentation in 2nd Samuel about the death of Jonathan and Saul. Both examples above are not talking about any Jasher as a person but as an adjective. In fact Jasher is not a name of anyone the word interpreted as JASHER is the Hebrew word הַיָּשָׁ֑ר transliterated as hay-yā-šār meaning the upright one.
They are a latter day forgery just like the book of Enoch is a forgery.

I was trying to be sarcastic but okay
Sarcasm is usually lost in the details.

The great pity is that down South we do not see how we are being alimanjerised with our substandard schools that have no libraries where we are taught by corpers and illpaid teachers that teach us nothing to the point we say "skool na scam".

budaatum:
...... "If dem want to knack your head, na from back", the Abami Eda you quoted would say, and that's exactly what is being done to us in Nigeria. They fill our heads with what they want us to believe and we are too scared to ask and seek and knock to find out the truth for ourselves.

This link is about alimajeri in the North, but I'll ask you to consider that what is done in the North is being done to us all over Nigeria. The fruit is forbidden to us by the destruction of our education system so we can not build those things that would make Amazon come to our country while we slave away so those 'gods' can send their children to school abroad and they can buy their health abroad too.

Below is the result. We believe Physics textbooks instead of understanding how to create electricity! If we understood instead, Amazon will be begging to build their office in our country but we would not need them to because we would build better ones of our own.

Part of what you should do for your country is whatever you can so you are not excessively taxed, bank deducted and vated unduly so all those things don't unnecessarily reduce your earnings and your chop.

Still, kudos to England. Last time in 2016, they were out in the quarterfinals. And before they used to go nowhere in the Euros. But

2018 world cup ...semis.

2020 euros....final.

Southgate is getting better and better results than some past England coaches, and that includes some past England coaches with more experience. The English FA should not sack him.

England's problem for me is that they still are not good enough. Yes, they have raised a lot of good youth players, but tonight, they were a young side vs a very experienced bunch of italians. In many ways, they still need to fix the way they bring up their youth players (Italy does it better).

All in all, Southgate should not be sacked. He is doing a good job...and performances are going up.
He actually exceeded expectations, so he would not be sacked. The plan was semis in this tourney and finals at the World Cup, so he's actually ahead of expectations.

I'd say those turning them into alimajeri are the real issue of Nigeria. If they were educated or trained in a skill they wouldn't be begging.

Hopefully, Southgate learnt from his penalty miss.

“I was absolutely in the middle of nowhere,” says Southgate, shaking his head in disbelief. “I looked at Alison, my girlfriend, and said, ‘That’s the way things have changed now’.”

Southgate has become famous worldwide for the closing seconds of the Euro 96 semi-final, when Germany beat England at Wembley. As a defender, he had played brilliantly until then and had been mentioned as one of the three best players of the tournament; but the kick that shot him irrevocably into international consciousness was the weak ball he sent to the German goalkeeper.

As he approached the goal, the score was one-all, the penalties were five-all and 30 million people in this country alone were watching - on the brink of euphoria or desolation. Southgate had volunteered to take the sixth penalty, but he judged the shot badly and the ball rolled almost nonchalantly into the goalkeeper’s arms. The next German penalty-taker put the ball away and Southgate’s sunken expression looked like death: sudden death.
