All I see you doing is hoping in a hopeless entity; of course when you are not posting pictures to mock starving Biafran children.
Educating you, you mean. Oh, my bad. Educating those who would learn, you excluded it seems, or you would not be bearing false witness in order to justify your lies!

Any one who mocks the starving of anyone will reap the starving they mock! buda and everyone else included, buda's own times 100!

Nigeria is beyond redemption FYI.
That's not true. Or rather, speak for yourself.

Nigeria is beyond redemption only for those who are irredeemable. Those who want redemption know they must get off their lazy asses and work really hard to redeem themselves and their country Nigeria, and they are doing exactly that.

Yea. This is the best time for anyone with handicapped conscience and brain to be very proud of Nigeria.
We should be proud of the innocent blood shed everyday for no reason.
We should be proud for our valueless Naira against world currencies.
We should be proud for the unemployed youths and hunger.
We should be proud for the hardship.
We should be proud of our clueless leaders who keep plunging the country into hopelessness.
We should be proud of the insecurity that keeps making new all-time-high.
I can keep listing reasons why anyone with mental decay should be proud of present Nigeria.

Sometimes I feel shame for the shameless adults who carry phone and come online to type silly things.
Don't these people have brains or they chose to deactivate it.
You continue with your shame. I recognize that all the above is done by we Nigerians but I also know that the majority of us have taken no part nor done any of the things you mentioned above, and a lot of us are even working really hard to stop you doing those things you mentioned above and I am very extremely very proud of us, and I am yelling!

Turns out we are smarter than credit is given us!

thebosstrevor1:
The protest was a flop, many people aren't in support of the protest, nobody want to lose their jobs or get their businesses and properties destroyed, people are now smarter.

Twitter changed their algorithm in support of the protest, the tactics was to destabilise Nigeria for the second time and also to create international awareness of a flopped project which was organized by loyalists to pdp.. I personally think Mr Jack is naive, he keeps falling into pdp traps, Jack and Twitter have been the useful idiots for pdp online games.

Back to the flopped protest, the media have tried to exaggerate the strength of the protest, in reality, the protest was very weak in most places, few gatherings and most people going about their normal business as if nothing is happening

Let the anti Nigeria groups admit, they have failed and their protest have failed, it was a flop and a very good flop.

No they are "not supposed to be sponsoring protest in any country". And not only protests, must they not support, but also threats of violence against the citizens of any nation which is what my bubu unwisely did!

That said, I can use twitter to organise a protest if I want, and being just ordinary buda, twitter would likely not realise what I was doing so you can't exactly say they were supporting or sponsoring me.

Enabling might be a more accurate word, and that's the service they sell.

EnlightenedUFO:
This is so devoid of logic man. If so, it means Twitter is also sponsoring iswap since they also use the platform to spread their message. Or you mean Twitter financially sponsoring or donating human resources to the protest?
If twitter allows iswap to spread their message in Nigeria, twitter should be banned in Nigeria, just as twitter would be banned in USA if it allowed alqaeda to spread their message in USA!

The current ban of twitter in Nigeria is however not for the reason above, but in retaliation for deleting bubu's post, and we all know how we would have reacted if orange drumptf had banned twitter for deleting his posts! We'd have gone and burned him out of USA's Aso Rock! We being Rinos and Democrats and Lots of Republicans too!

No it is not.A simple restructuring alone will douse some tensions in this country. The youths have offered solutions but what position in government do they hold to implement such changes if not to continue calling on the leaders in office to act
Yes, it is us who will implement them. We can start by restructuring our neighbourhoods and cleaning our streets! Abi na government go clean street that I dirty? We can start by restructuring our minds! We can start by restructuring how we relate with one another! There's so much we can restructure ourselves!

Below is one very important restructure we neglect! But I bet no one will be calling on their governor today to restructure and implement what already exists and that could make a difference if simply implemented! Instead we shall be yelling restructure to the God in Aso Rock while neglecting to restructure ourselves!

I agree with you 100%. I have been spending Christmas in Nigeria since 20 years ago when my parents moved to Nigeria and it's like the country is just going down yearly and I see our people hailing this Thieflicians and the reason why i do not understand. Tinubu was like a brother to my Dad when he was living in Chicago and he's still close to my Dad as at now and I always asks my Dad do he have any conversation with Asiwaju on the way Nigeria is trending and till date, I never get any concrete answers. The bottomline is that Nigerians especially the young people have to fight the inept leadership because their future is at stake.
Oh, the young will fight. Nigeria is in a position where the population of youths is increasing while the old are dying off fast, and those youth are impatient so would not wait long. The sad thing is their lack of an ability to properly reason, as we constantly can see here, a result of not properly being educated by their parents no doubt.

Nigerians think its bad now, but you wait a few years and then would we see what bad really looks like, then would we be like, can we have now back please, but it would be far too late, and after then might we wake up to our responsibility and things might just begin to change. 2040, if I'm being conservative, but more like 2070 when the generation after the next generation take over is what I predict, though I hope I am very wrong.

I guess that's why I'm here, to ensure I am very very wrong.

I am with you Budaaman. I ask my cousins in Nigeria all the time why our people can't stand up to these inept Thieflicians spoiling the country. All maximum pressure should be unleashed on them because no country in West Africa can absorb 200 million God forbids war breaks out. Nigeria and Nigerians deserves better than what they are getting. A country so blessed by nature but turn to a laughingstock in the comity of Nations.
Sorry Pride, but we Nigerians get exactly what we deserve. Those you call Thieflicians, its not as if we go and hire our leaders from Mars, we get them from amongst our very selves, and that which abounds in our hearts is what abounds in our nation.

The wealth (blessed by nature, as you call it), is not what is in the ground, but the intelligence in our heads. That is why we are drowning in crude oil but have no petrol nor light.

Those who plant maize reap maize, those who plant cocoa reap cocoa, and those who sit on their asses waiting for manna to fall into their mouth from the heavens will reap their waiting for the manna from the heavens to fall into their mouths. We all get what we work for for that is all we deserve! And if we don't want to be ruled by thieves, we should stop stealing!

You made a sweeping generalisation about the stance of Liberals on such issues, including cultural appropriation when you stated this is your previous reply to me:
How can I possibly be making a "sweeping generalisation" when I said "I am"? Do you not know that not all liberals have the same definition or understanding of the word? Even USA uses that word different to how we Brits do, so how can you possibly assume I mean "I am liberal like everyone else who says they are liberal"?

Are you certain you are not the one sweepingly generalising, Diss, by substituting my "I" for an imaginary "we"?

DissTroy:
Same thing as declaring "I am Nigerian. I believe Afang soup is the greatest soup man has ever made". To a non-Nigerian, what it means is, that's what all Nigerians believe about Afang soup.
I must say that I have met some non-Nigerians who do generalise as you claim, I do admit, but when they meet buda, they tend to insist that buda can not possibly be Nigerian, and I often point out to them its like not all people from their country is the same as them since all tbe people in their country did not all attend the same brainwashing do not use your brain school that they might have attended.

I think only ignorant brainless people will think as you describe above. Its like when some say "all Nigerians are crooks". I ask them if their mama and papa are crooks and suddenly they start to use the brain inside their heads!

DissTroy:
Completely different from, "I am DssT.roy. I believe afang soup..."
You mean like my "I am liberal"? Would you have me say "I, buda, is liberal" instead, lol!

I need to watch you carefully if you will misunderstand so, Diss! It will add to my work but I can try, for you.

So, why then do blacks (the "Liberal" ones) for example, scream "cultural appropriation!" when Adele and Kim Kardashian braided their hair?

Why then was there outrage when some White kids try to make money off Yoruba trademark last month and Nigerians were yelling the boys have no right to appropriate the Yoruba culture even though the boys aren't portraying it negatively?

I thought it's anything goes. Black women can style and adorn Caucasian hairdos/wigs but a White woman braiding her hair is a culture culture?

Double standards?

A man who probably had the most Negroid of skin ever?
No, diss, I "have NO problem with seeing a Blair McIntire from Ireland with skin colour as white as #FFFFFF play King Jaja of Opobo" etc!

If I don't like it I don't have to go give them my money to see it! Or will someone come drag me out of my house and take my money to pay for it and force me to sit there and watch it?

Those who decide to pay "Blair McIntire from Ireland with skin colour as white as #FFFFFF play King Jaja of Opobo" etc have the right and the freedom to pay "Blair McIntire from Ireland with skin colour as white as #FFFFFF play King Jaja of Opobo" etc, provided they are not doing it to discriminate. And I have the right to remain in my house and keep my money in my pocket and to close my eyes to not see if I do mind.

It's the height of wokeness and revisionism to have a movie about King Henry VIII and you have Malik, a dark skin boy from Senegal, play his bestfriend and confidant. I doesn't matter if Malik has perfected Medieval English. The truth is, King Henry had no black friend. That's a completely different scenario.
You are the one seeing in 1s and 0s diss. That's why you stick a label on it so. Can't you see the hypocrisy, or are you just intentionally failing to see where we've come from and how we got where we are?

It has been found that it does not matter what colour the person playing Henry or his friend is because a movie is not history, and we never had a problem when a white actor painted his face to play black people whom we just plainly did not want to hire so why should it matter if a black person now plays Henry or his friend as long as they can play Henry and his friend well?

Buda they are not speaking for their constituents.

There has been series of polls from WV and AZ that many of them support Biden's agenda and they won't mind removing the filibuster to achieve it.

They are only being selfish for their own interest in an alternate reality that they live in believing that McConnell will work with Biden or Democrats in anything and that is a pipe dream.

They should also remember that their own colleagues also have constituents that want to see such legislation pass.

Anything that will give Democrats an electoral win which will in turn benefit the people will never get GQP support and Manchin and Sinema cannot be too foolish not to know that.

You cannot keep saying that they should wait till next year to vote what if dems don't win Congress again or don't you know that voters want to see results and know what they are voting for.If Dems fail to deliver they deserve to lose next year and people may not even be enthusiastic enough to come out and vote again.
It's a democracy! If their constituents decide they are not being spoken for, which is indeed possible since they could have been tricked to think they might, election time will come again and their constituents can kick them out and elect someone who does speak for them. Hopefully, by then, they would have learnt their lesson and scrutinise the next candidate so they don't get fooled again.

budaatum:
The government is not made up of Martians who came from Mars! The government is made up of people from amongst ourselves whom we ourselves elected to rule over ourselves.

If we do not like how the current leaders we elected are leading us, na democracy we de, we just wait 4 years and elect from amongst ourselves those who will lead us as we would like ourselves to be led.

But if we keep thinking it is our so called leaders who are solely responsible for misleading us, then we obviously have learnt nothing since we got the power to democratically lead ourselves and will likely make the same mistake of electing the wrong leaders from amongst ourselves to lead us at the next election and will likely make the same mistake at the election after the next one and the one after that.

By the election of say 2031 I think and hope, perhaps we shall then have learnt that no one but ourselves can free ourselves from the hell of no jobs and etc that we have ourselves created for ourselves.

I have immense faith in us despite your continued objection!

And this is the problem with wokeness! The programming of seeing everything in 1's and 0's, in binary. ...Except when it has to do with gender where you can identify as a thousand things and be fluiid.

If I have to recruit or place ads for actors for the remake of "Sango", fhe movie or stage play. It's set in Yoruba land, right? I need Yoruba-speaking actors who also, of course, double as blacks.
So, I put up a post seeking black actors (and actresses) with good command of spoken Yoruba.

But, no, I have to be woke so I'd leave the door open for Park Jing , a Taiwanese-German actor born and raised in Ireland to be recruited for the role of Sango too.

See how rationality is jettisoned for wokeness/political correctness?

You get it now? That's the problem.
No, diss, I don't get it. And that is in no way the problem! I don't know where you live, but the law that prohibits you discriminating against "Park Jing, a Taiwanese-German actor born and raised in Ireland" who "has a "good command of spoken Yoruba" was made to protect you from being discriminated against precisely just because of the color of your own skin, because what you suggest can equally be used to decide you can't be employed to program code for Microsoft just because you are not, say, white!

The requirement for your Sango is a "good command of spoken Yoruba", and not Nigerian or black, so if "Park Jing, a Taiwanese-German actor born and raised in Ireland" has a "good command of spoken Yoruba" you'd need a better reason to not recruit "Park Jing, a Taiwanese-German actor born and raised in Ireland" for the role of Sango than "you are not black"!
