TheGoodJoe:
Sorry, that is all crap. we are talking of tax payers' money here. Even bank transfers are taxed. Loading credit are taxed. Car road worthiness, vat for contracts, operating licences, Crude sales from the rot of the Southern and Eastern communities.

Then these people swallow a whole lot, do nothing with it, threaten and shoot people for demanding basic needs from our funds. Then people like you will come out and defend their evil. Saying people are wrong to demand basic governance.

To be honest, people like you are a disgrace.
Tax payers money my ass! As if every Nigerian is not aware that Nigeria relies more on the money it makes from selling crude oil - crude, as in unrefined, as in no effort put into in to yourself to make yourself uncrude, note!

If it were your tax money, as in, money taken from what you earned from the sweat of thy brow, you would monitor its spending a lot better than you currently don't bother to, is what I think, instead of what you do currently do which is elect incompetent leaders and then wail at not being well led.

Oil money will soon finish one day and the government will make up the shortfall by taxing you a lot more, and then will you open your eyes and see. I promise you.

That some of you do not see how Buhari has been a disaster to this country is amazing!
What I see more of is how ignorant stupid Nigerians behave like animals and turn their own country into a disaster by electing incompetent leaders and then denying responsibility for their choice!

You'll repeat the same error at the next election and probably the one after and still be here wailing until you one day learn to be responsible for your own choices.

For five days in a row...
Innocent Nigerians have been killed
From zamfara... Kebbi... Benue.. Igangan
The killings continue unabated.
So you think investors don't listen to the news

The country doesn't have a president.
The country is a zoo
The country is a jungle
This country does not have [enough] responsible citizens who would admit that it is they themselves who "killed Innocent Nigerians For five days in a row From zamfara... Kebbi... Benue.. Igangan"!

Instead, what we have is irresponsible Nigerians who blame everything they themselves do on their government as if the government itself is not themselves!

This assumption is terribly floored. See, there are serious investors in the Krugar park in South Africa and elsewhere. So, the zoo business is lucrative but, that depends on the quality of the zoo keepers. If Nigeria is a zoo, it's designed like a typical Nigerian zoo. Go figure out.
Nobody will pay a dime to come and watch your Nigerian ass sitting behind bars in a zoo!

There's enough of us in jails all over the world already so you are not exactly worth the trip to come to be seen in Nigeria, especially not in an unsecure zoo where the animals would kidnap and tear you all apart!

Psoul:
If the country is not a zoo, why do snake and monkey swallow millions of Naira and the government accepts it as true and do nothing about it.
If the country is not a zoo, why do the life of animal worth more than the life of human beings?
If the country is not a zoo, why do the law enforcement agents use live ammunition on peaceful protesters holding the national flag while they pamper terrorists killing people daily.
The count is unlimited.
Who is swallowing? Is it not us Nigerians? Are we not the snake, the monkey, the government, the law enforcement agents, protester - peaceful and unpeaceful, the professor, the pamperer and the terrorist that is killing people? Are they not all Nigerians just like you and me?

Buhari is saying nobody will invest in us if we continue behaving like animals!

Is it a lie? Can you not see for yourselves that nobody is investing in giving you a job?
Politics › Re: I Am Tired Of This Country!!! by budaatum: 10:40am On Jun 10, 2021
I think you ought to be tired of your fellow country people who are creating the country you are tired of, because then might you decide to get those who are tired like you to join hands with you to do something about your country instead of calling on the elite and corporations who are obviously already doing a lot for themselves instead of waiting for you to join them.

P.s. You do not yet understand my comment above so consider before you respond. This here might be of help.

Because of our individual dirty behaviour!

Buhari is not the one kidnapping and robbing people all over Nigeria! We, Nigerians, are!
Politics › Re: If You Want Jobs, Behave Yourselves - Buhari Tells Nigerian Youths (Video) by budaatum:
Nobody will invest in a country it's citizens call a zoo, because it is very obvious that the animals will break out of their cage one day and turn the country into a jungle and eat up all one's investments!

But I guess you don't quite get the fact that if Nigeria is a zoo, as some claim, we the Nigerians are the animals in the cages in the zoo that will one day break out and turn the zoo into a jungle.

Deceive yourselves some more, I say, expecting to reap without first tilling the ground before sowing!

We obviously still need to debate this matter since some people are wrongly convinced the earth is not flat. If only they would walk to the edge of the flat earth and fall off, then we might be able to stop.

While we are at it, the moon is also flat and made of Swiss cheese.

If this is me sleeping I doubt I would bother talking to you at all if I were awake!

I mean, a person who uses a portrayal of King Kong that he himself calls a "result of envy and in mockery of KONGO" as evidence for anything not to talk of the absurd flatness of the earth really isn't one to be taken seriously by those with brains inside their heads they could use.
Christianity Etc › Re: King Kong Movie Reveals Flat Earth with Firmament (dome) by budaatum: 9:56am On Jun 10, 2021
Yet you believe in their portrayal of what you call a "result of envy and in mockery of KONGO who is highly regarded among the Bantus who settled and formed the Ancient Kingdom of KONGO"?

Can you not see how little sense the web of conspiracies you've weaved are making and how you are just weaving yourself into a senseless web? If I believed a single word you wrote below would I not become mad too? It does ignore all the evidence one sees with ones own senses afterall.

donnie:
The character was a result of envy and in mockery of KONGO who is highly regarded among the Bantus who settled and formed the Ancient Kingdom of KONGO.

KONGO (Hebrew: khagore meaning truth) is the name of the arch angel that led the Bantus in the days of old. That's the same angel that Daniel and John saw in a vision. Kongo also means Kingdom/United. It's the root word for Congregate, Gang etc.

It's the same way Zombie was used to mock the name they call the Most High creator, NZAMBI/ NYAHMBI (Hebrew: YAH-Abe) meaning YAH is Father.
Politics › Re: Why The Igbos Feel Marginalized by budaatum: 9:34am On Jun 10, 2021
Nigeria has placed an embargo on any Igbo man becoming Nigerian president and Igbos understands this.
The above is a sign of irresponsible lying!

If the Igbos raise up a Messiah to alleviate our Nigerian suffering the majority of us would vote for that person. But unfortunately many Igbos themselves might likely not vote for an Igbo Nigerian Messiah because a Nigerian Messiah is detrimental to their dream of Biafra which can only happen if Nigeria is destroyed!

Igbos have little capacity to blackmail Nigeria to the presidency.
Not true!

First, you don't blackmail to become president of Nigeria. You let your good works so shine before we Nigerians so we see you are competent and then we elect you as president!

Second, A people who do not want to be marginalised should not marginalize themselves out of the nation they do not want to be marginalised out of, because you can not expect to be placed in positions of power when you are marginalising for Biafra!

The East is one of the weakest links. Until it stops being a weak link, Nigeria cannot truly make progress”
This part is however true. A tribe (and religious group like boko haram and iswap) that is hell bent on destroying Nigeria in order to create their own country weakens the entire country and stops us all progressing, and are true enemies that all Nigerians must conquer amongst and in themselves.

Imagine spending 4/5 years studying any of those courses, wait for your clearance for a year, do NYSC for another one year. Start all over again to task your friends and relatives for money to secure farm land and resources which will definitely be higher than the amount you spent schooling. You invest more money on training and retraining to be able to manage your farm. Afte all said and done your crops start growing after applying very costly manures and fertilisers. You wake up one morning to discover that cows have eaten them up?

Maybe you're safe from cows because cows doesn't eat all kinds of agricultural products or maybe your area is safe, but thieves, government taskforce, area boys, inflation etc make a mess of your efforts.

Maybe you scare through those huddles, cost of transporting your end products, competition from imported alternatives etc will kill your little moral. Imagine how much a cup of well processed imported rice is compared to local, unrefined rice? Cost of production coupled with scale of production is not a joke.

After 5 years of fruitless investment and optimism, you give up, and Start carrying cv up and down. Las Las a A retired Deeper life school proprietor will hire you to teach 5 subjects at 25k/month. Those people are sadists

When he can't take it again, comes to nairaland to sell Aba made plain and pattern.

The only way these courses would be useful is if there are large scale agricultural enterprises in the company that can employ people with those skills.
The above is precisely why I said, "add brain".

If I were one of those you were tapping for money I would have identified in your business plan that you relied too much on imagining and optimism and never addressed your threats, and I would have decided you were a bad investment and would have turned you down so cattle does not eat my money due to your lack of diligence.

Once you have decided to become a Christian and have accepted Christ into your life, your weed seller will stop selling you weed! But if your weed seller does stop selling you weed, your rizla seller will stop selling you rizzla. But if your rizzla seller does not stop selling you rizzla, you will forget how to skin up. But if you remember how to skin up you will light it in vain. But if you do not light it in vain, you will have forgotten how to inhale. But if you remember how to inhale you will be a stoned Christian, and we can guess what happens to those because stones will abound in your heart and your mind and your soul and your being and your eyes will become very dim.

Let’s take this example, a man hits a jackpot. He buys his ‘girlfriend’ the gift she has always wanted. Built a house for her and her parents. Flew her to 6 countries in 2 weeks in a private jet and was planning a wedding with her. Then, all the money was lost. He became extremely broke and was even owing the bank. They have an argument and she breaks up with him and calls off the wedding.

Who’s to blame for the loss of the money?
The man is to blame for the loss of his money because he did not wisely invest the money he won.

The woman on the other hand gained by wisely getting the unwise man to unwisely invest his money in building her parents a house and by unwisely investing in her getting an experience in private jets and in 6 countries that she never would have gotten.

You can easily tell by the fact that man will suffer to pay back what he now owes instead of wisely investing the money that he won while the woman would just move on to the next unwise man who might unwisely buy her parents another house.

The lesson from your example is, men be wise and do not invest in hookers whose only interest is in your money!

Quick question, what is (or is supposed to be) a man’s value and responsibility to a woman and society?
Everyone's value and responsibility is to themselves. I value myself, so I take full responsibility for myself and my actions and for ensuring I am highly valued by those whose value is worthy of consideration.

That said, we do not all place value in the same things I value, so some might value things that differ to what I value and be responsible for and to those things as opposed to themselves.

Like beauty, value and responsibility is in the beholders eye.

Hang on, feminism is equal rights and opportunities right? But when men are deceived and cajoled into doing something, they take 100% responsibility irrespective of the outcome right? So, why can’t the females take responsibility for their action albeit deceived into taking it?

Your thoughts…
Please! Only if you are new here would you claim men take responsibility for themselves . The truth is, some men and some women take responsibility for themselves while many men and many women don't take any responsibility at all.

Responsibility requires honesty. An example is here.

That's my problem with feminists they don't want to take accountability for their bad life choices and they will blame men for it, imagine a full grown adult female having sex knowing that if it's irresponsible and careless it would lead to pregnancy, with over 30 contraceptive options for women alone and just 2 for men( vasectomy and condoms) and even the lethal option of abortion ( in western Societies), they even have the most matured option of vetting the man that will have sex with them (as they were not raped) yet with all these in place they choose to be reckless and gullible carrying children for individuals that are not prepared to be fathers, infact getting pregnant outside wedlock where there is no marriage-family two household parenting structure knowing the risk that it would be bad for well-being of the children
It's not like the man lied to get into her knickers or anything. He just told her she was the sun in the sky and the sugar in his tea and even death will not part us and please be my wife until he got her pregnant and dumped her when it was too late for a condom or an abortion!

Some people are really smelly!
