PAWG:
Why must it be pastors that should receive the seeds, why can’t the needy be sowed onto?

Budaatum please enlighten me on this cos I’d rather give to a beggar than sow seed in church. Am in the wrong?
You need more enlightening than you already have and than is contained in the op?

I think you are enlightened enough on this topic and those who see a different light should continue to give to the rich because it is clearly written that from those who lack sense shall it be taken to be given to those who already have plenty sense, and that is precisely the reason the pastor is profiting.

How can you even elect a preferred leader among us when the structure of nigeria and its constitution does not allow that? Or do you think the majority of Nigerians wanted buhari for second term?
Obviously, "the majority of Nigerians wanted buhari for second term".

See it below for yourself.

Christianity Etc › Re: The scam of seed sowing exposed by budaatum: 10:49pm On Jun 13, 2021
perezeghi:
You can choose to say anything you want. Just read and get sense.

Luke.6.38 - If you give, you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full measure, pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, and running over. Whatever measure you use in giving--large or small--it will be used to measure what is given back to you."

Acts.20.35 - And I have been a constant example of how you can help the poor by working hard. You should remember the words of the Lord Jesus: 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'"

Matt.10.40 - "Anyone who welcomes you is welcoming me, and anyone who welcomes me is welcoming the Father who sent me.
Matt.10.41 - If you welcome a prophet as one who speaks for God, you will receive the same reward a prophet gets. And if you welcome good and godly people because of their godliness, you will be given a reward like theirs.
Matt.10.42 - And if you give even a cup of cold water to one of the least of my followers, you will surely be rewarded."

1Kgs.17.9 - "Go and live in the village of Zarephath, near the city of Sidon. There is a widow there who will feed you. I have given her my instructions."
1Kgs.17.10 - So he went to Zarephath. As he arrived at the gates of the village, he saw a widow gathering sticks, and he asked her, "Would you please bring me a cup of water?"
1Kgs.17.11 - As she was going to get it, he called to her, "Bring me a bite of bread, too."
1Kgs.17.12 - But she said, "I swear by the LORD your God that I don't have a single piece of bread in the house. And I have only a handful of flour left in the jar and a little cooking oil in the bottom of the jug. I was just gathering a few sticks to cook this last meal, and then my son and I will die."
1Kgs.17.13 - But Elijah said to her, "Don't be afraid! Go ahead and cook that `last meal,' but bake me a little loaf of bread first. Afterward there will still be enough food for you and your son.
1Kgs.17.14 - For this is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: There will always be plenty of flour and oil left in your containers until the time when the LORD sends rain and the crops grow again!"
1Kgs.17.15 - So she did as Elijah said, and she and Elijah and her son continued to eat from her supply of flour and oil for many days.
1Kgs.17.16 - For no matter how much they used, there was always enough left in the containers, just as the LORD had promised through Elijah.

Gal.6.2 - Share each other's troubles and problems, and in this way obey the law of Christ.
Gal.6.3 - If you think you are too important to help someone in need, you are only fooling yourself. You are really a nobody.
Gal.6.4 - Be sure to do what you should, for then you will enjoy the personal satisfaction of having done your work well, and you won't need to compare yourself to anyone else.
Gal.6.5 - For we are each responsible for our own conduct.
Gal.6.6 - Those who are taught the word of God should help their teachers by paying them.
Gal.6.7 - Don't be misled. Remember that you can't ignore God and get away with it. You will always reap what you sow!
Gal.6.8 - Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful desires will harvest the consequences of decay and death. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit.
Gal.6.9 - So don't get tired of doing what is good. Don't get discouraged and give up, for we will reap a harvest of blessing at the appropriate time.
Gal.6.10 - Whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone, especially to our Christian brothers and sisters.

2Cor.9.7 - You must each make up your own mind as to how much you should give. Don't give reluctantly or in response to pressure. For God loves the person who gives cheerfully.
2Cor.9.8 - And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.
2Cor.9.9 - As the Scriptures say, "Godly people give generously to the poor. Their good deeds will never be forgotten."
2Cor.9.10 - For God is the one who gives seed to the farmer and then bread to eat. In the same way, he will give you many opportunities to do good, and he will produce a great harvest of generosity in you.
2Cor.9.11 - Yes, you will be enriched so that you can give even more generously. And when we take your gifts to those who need them, they will break out in thanksgiving to God.
2Cor.9.12 - So two good things will happen--the needs of the Christians in Jerusalem will be met, and they will joyfully express their thanksgiving to God.
2Cor.9.13 - You will be glorifying God through your generous gifts. For your generosity to them will prove that you are obedient to the Good News of Christ.
2Cor.9.14 - And they will pray for you with deep affection because of the wonderful grace of God shown through you.
I failed to see where what you posted was about giving to a pastor or a church. All I saw was about giving to the needy and the poor!

Besides, the Priest and the Levite were going to give to the church but Christ said "Go and do like the orangutan", no?

Aren't you kinda odd to think I am crying while you are objecting to my rejoicing? Are you sure you are not mistaking the tears you believe you see for tears of joy? The clue might be in my yippee if nothing else, that's if my "delighted" is not enough of a clue!

Perhaps you should ignore my rejoicing and continue believing I am crying since that seems to make you happy because I am far too overjoyed to be concerning myself with how you feel.

How many Arab Muslims are there in the coalition? They won't have any impact jare. Israeli PM's always put the interest and security of Israel above everything else not pander to few Muslim Arabs that are more loyal to Palestine than Israel. They were just used to make up the numbers to form a government and if they think that is an opportunity for them to promote Palestinian agenda then they have a serious shock coming for them. I see them being kicked out of the coalition anyway, they were never going to last long in it. As soon as Mr Bennett convinces more hardliners to join his coalition, the few Arabs in it will be kicked out.
I guess you have a crystal ball. I on the other hand don't just make things up in my head, I wait for the facts.

The United Arab List has 4 seats in the Knesset, and the current government won by a 60-59 seats, a majority of one, which it obviously could not find non-Arab parties to currently contribute, so it might not be as easy as you think.

I'll wait and see, if you don't mind.

Based on d system of govt practiced, netanyahu can still emerge as PM any time since he is opposition leader. He was voted out by just one vote. Shows he is still popular. If he gets a majority or forms a coalition that gets one, he is back in business. This new coalition according to d report is quite fragile because it is too diverse. One little disagreement & it's out d window. Guess what, Likud still hanging in d wings.
The coalition will need to fail first, and there is no guarantee that it would since the main aim of the coalition of staunch enemies was solely to get the Netanyahu who is waiting un the wings out so forgive me for not crying yet.

lexy2014:
As far as Israeli politics is concerned, changing from one prime minister to another, doesn't change d objective which is to ensure Israel is secure at all times. Hamas, Hezbollah & Iran still remain enemies of Israel from d Israeli point of view
This I disagree with. Its like claiming the current policy in Nigeria can never change, when we all know different leaders have their own priorities and agendas.

The objective of Netanyahu was not only to securing Israel, but included kicking Palestinians and Arab Israelis off their land, and that might change.

Nigerian youths could put you to shame, just be open minded.
Many Nigerian youths do not only put me to shame, they lambast me daily and insult me constantly and would probably bash my head in with rocks and drown me in a river if they could get hold of me. I mean, if they could crucify Christ, what chance does buda have? Or do you not already see them here yelling "crucify buda"?

But I am buda. I am not fighting flesh and blood, but the principalities and powers and the rulers of the darkness of this world and spiritual wickedness in high places and those in low places too, which is why I girt my loins with the full armour of wisdom and knowledge and intellect and truth and I put on the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, while my feet are shod and prepared with the gospel of peace so that with my faith I can withstand and quench all the fiery darts of the wicked and the evil that may come my way.
